On this particular day, though, the experience felt different. I'm not sure if the staff was tired or just having an off day, but they didn't inquire about my side mirrors like they normally do. In past visits, they've always been proactive about pushing my mirrors in before spraying down my car, which I really appreciate. I still want to acknowledge that they offer great monthly rates, free vacuums, cleaning solutions, and towels for customers to use -- which is a big plus. They're closed on Sundays and open Monday through Saturday from 7:30am-7:30pm. Hoping this was just an off day because overall, we've had mostly great experiences here.

After you drive through the automated wash, you head to the self service area. Here you will find unlimited use for the vacuum cleaners. These really suck! Recently traveled with our long hair dog, no more straggling hair in the back seat. Along with the vacuum, they provide an air compressed hose to blow out the nooks and crannies as well as glass cleaner, interior cleaner, clean towels and large trash receptacles. It was awesome to have a clean shiny car but the ability to clean the inside to my liking included in the price, game changer. We will definitely be back.

After walking out to inspect my car, I realized the front windshield had not been tinted. I had paid $420 for only the four doors and the back window, which I assumed covered the entire car. When I went back inside, I was told the windshield was an additional charge. That should have been clearly explained upfront. On top of that, I was informed I would need to sign a waiver before they would tint the front windshield. To be fair, the quality of the tint job was good. However, their communication and transparency were extremely poor. Customers should not have to guess what is included in the price. Clear explanations about pricing, services, and requirements should be provided before the work begins." Good workmanship does not excuse misleading expectations and lack of communication.
