Love that the place is always clean and employees are very nice and seem happy to help when ever needed.

Waste of money, car wash just wets your car and leaves dirt all over. I can't imagine what the $5 wash would do. Absolutely awful!

As stated in my previous review, because of where I work, my car is DIRTY by the end of my rotation. I'm not the type who gets all bent out of shape if my car is a bit dirty but I do want it to at least be mostly clean and presentable. Enter, Schell Creek Car Wash. I'm upgrading it to three stars because the guy with the staring problem mentioned in my previous review isn't there anymore. Or at least I haven't seen him. The other guys I've seen there have at least waived. You can choose the touch less wash (far left) or the soft touch wash (right side). If you like to detail your vehicle yourself, you can also choose one of three DIY spaces. I go through the soft touch because the touch less simply doesn't cut it. All in all, it does the job for the most part. My car is never 100% clean after going through here and the air dryers at the end are pretty weak, so my car is never completely dry either. But it's decent. It's gotten a little bit better. If you're not picky about how your car gets clean this place will suffice. read more

Took my Jetta Wagon through the 'soft-touch' bay after traveling back from Sacramento. It had tons of dried up dirt and crud from the road being semi-wet after this last storm system. I never usually think twice about these sort of 'drive-thru' car washes as they typically don't do a great job around the rocker panels and rear bumper...but man oh man was I wrong! When I got out to check how well it did, I was extremely impressed. Since it is brand new all three of the 'self-serve' wash bays were super clean. There was even an attendant performing some maintenance checks on one of the systems. Super convenient location! read more

The attendant is psycho, Yelling kicking the signs, cussing at a customer. We just left my kids do not need to be around that. Out of control, the customer left did not even get his truck washed. If there was a problem I am sure the attendant could have handled himself a lot better. read more

Took my Outlander to this location and spent the $12 for the Aqua-protection and the works and all I got was a horrible spray and a very bad after look on my car. Look at this photo. read more

Didn't think people reviewed self-cleaning car washes, but I was wrong. This is my go-to car wash, though I wish we had a detailing car wash in town for people like me who are getting too old to detail their own cars. It's fairly clean most of the time. The units usually work correctly. They have a lot of cool options for detailing my own car if I wanted (including the vacuum, fragrance spray, interior cleaner, and vending machines). Once or twice out of the many dozens of times I've been there, the soap or specialized water has been empty in one of the randomized options they give us to select in the ports. The only issue I have really is the dryer when I choose one of the drive thru washes. After getting it all soapy and rinsed and I proceed through the dryers, they push bait 3 cups of soap back onto my windshield and of course the dryers just spin the water around and don't actually dry very well. It would be awesome to have a full car dryer rather than two dryers facing each other and glowing water in circles. I gave it 4 stars because it's the best one in town. If we had a different and better option, the stars probably wouldn't be so high. read more

I would give less than 1 star if I knew how. I pulled into an open bay to wash my car and there was a bucket over by the wall. I assumed someone left it there from the last car wash. As soon as I got out of my car a man comes around the corner, gives me a dirty look and snatches up his bucket and storms off. After I finished my car wash and before I could exit the bay, the man comes storming back and puts his bucket in the middle of the bay. I assume he was there to clean, if that's the case, he should have closed off the bay. Instead, he gave me quite the attitude. Come to find out, this happens quite a bit there. Car wash stopped in the middle of my wash. Still had soap all over my truck. Called both numbers on their "for assistance" sign with no answer and both voicemail boxes are full. The man behind me was able to get ahold of someone but said they're 20minutes away but would try to get a hold of the person who lives in town. After sitting & waiting for 15 minutes, watching the soap dry on my truck I decided I'd just pay twice to at least rinse my truck.. so my $12 car wash just cost me $24 for a crappy job. Learned my lesson. Won't be back read more

They do not answer their phone. I went here and used their foam preconditioner. It sprays every where. It's not a stream its a sprinkler and it splashes back on you. The sign says to spray on every part of your car. So I did. It stained my wood panneling blue! And it stained my skin blue for three days. Still hasn't washed out and I feel sick. This place is awful. No customer service. Bad equipment. Their should be a sign that says danger toxic chemicals. read more

beware using your check card they overcharge you! noticed on my statements for every $6 wash they charged my card $10. for every $8 wash they charge me $12. notifying my bank. ridiculous. read more

Seems every time I use my ATM card here I get overcharged $2 each time. In addition to being overcharged, the last time the back of my car was still full of soap. read more

Consumer beware! I'm a three strike and your out person. This place is awful! The first time I went there my card was overcharged. The second, after much encouragement from my son, the owner came out and was screaming and threatening a women for throwing away a grocery bag full of trash she had just taken from her car. He kept screaming "don't bring your kitchen trash here you b****". I really had enough then but my son again was encouraging me and I was using a car wash in Reno when I could get there. Now he turned his insane tirade on my son. My son uses this car wash almost weekly. The other day he went and the owner came out screaming at him. He insisted he saw my son doing burnouts in the parking lot on the cameras after hours. My son told him he must be mistaken it wasn't him and this **** continued to scream at him. My son finally said whatever I just won't come back your loss and the insanity continues. He then told my son he's trespassing, to never come back or he'll be arrested. My son works midnights and only washes his car during the daytime due to this. He works 6-7 nights a week. Don't worry my son, our family and all of our friends won't be back.
