He suggested that I improve the hose connection to prevent water leakage. After I did so, the problem remained. I called back the electrician, who said that evidently the problem was in the pump itself and that it should be replaced. The electrician was friendly and courteous. I understood that they needed to charge an inspection fee, but what seemed excessive and unfair was the categorization of diagnostic levels that raised the cost of the service call beyond what I considered a reasonable expense for the type of repair needed. For this reason, I cannot recommend this company. It would have been better to work with a company that charges an hourly rate. I will never use this company again - the fees they charge for the service rendered, despite their politeness and friendliness, are simply too costly. The determination that a pump servicing a fountain needed to be replaced cost me $500 plus their inspection fee. Outrageous!

We have had them run a 50 amp line for an electric stove, install electrical boxes in our bedrooms for fan/lights and install the fans. Great quality work and they really leave the area clean. They even suggested a dual switch so we have a button for light and another for fan. Both buttons have a switch to control light dimming or fan speed. Gone are the days of guess which chain to pull and how many times to get the desired light and fan speed combinations. We will definitely use them for future work.

Shlomo Kushner responded immediately to my first contact and those that followed, seemed very happy to answer all questions (and I had a lot, lol), and helped me with selecting fixtures and fans that were compatible with the condo's wiring and various limitations. On the appointment day, he arrived on time (even gave me an early warning so I could secure the dogs in another area), and made his way systematically through my list, all the while explaining what he was doing, why, and informing me of a few "surprises" (hazards behind blinking lights, etc.,) that my condo was hiding from me. The fans and fixtures are great, and I am much more secure knowing that he discovered and fixed several areas that were not safe (and had disconnected wires, burn marks, etc. that I could only see when he removed the wall plates).
