This review is all about how Trader Joe's at the Summit went above and beyond to listen to my one concern and responded in a way that displayed excellent customer service and satisfaction. I enjoy shopping at Trader Joe's and I'm looking forward to a new location opening within our area soon. Their stores are always warm and inviting and I love their unique produce options. They are my go to for beautiful Brussel Sprout stalks and their delicious cookie butter. I would love for them to bring back the washable, reusable wine bags circa 2019...but even without those, I will continue to return and shop and Trader Joe's. I say that because while the aisles felt wider, the produce less crammed, and a back corner reconfigured, I still have never mastered the art of shopping Trader Joe's. The placement of items seems so random to me, and unituitive. Why are there peanut butter cups and harissa above frozen vegetables? Why are cookies over nearly everything frozen from dinner entrees to breakfasts? It can be a little frustrating for 'compartmental shoppers.' If you want fresh flowers, make sure you go early in the day for the best selection. And if you're going for flowers near the end of the week, be also forewarned that a number of church flower guilds use TJ to create and/or supplement their weekly arrangements because TJ gets some unique flowers in smaller bunches at decent prices.

Whole Foods had them in stock, but what truly made the visit special was the team. Sonia and Davida helped me find exactly what I needed quickly, and the entire time they were friendly, polite, and genuinely kind. Sonia and Davida are the example all customer service professionals should follow. Sonia and Davida made my day! They go above and beyond what their job duties are. They try to spread positivity and make sure every customer has a positive experience at the store! They are both making the world better. The crazier the world becomes, the more important small acts of kindness become. Sonia and Davida far exceed what is required for their job and Whole Foods is lucky to have them! I came for $5 Sushi Wednesday (inflation hasn't taken this from us yet) and they still had a good selection out at 7pm. The only drawback here is how difficult the parking is at peak hours. You could find yourself circling the parking lot here. But, it is a convenient location, close to the gym for me. The bakery is also amazing, especially the 3-for-$12 dessert deal. The staff is always kind, friendly, and ready to help.
