Now if you ask anyone a question they will barely even look at you. I went into the store last night to make a return and the lady at the service desk jumped back like I was holding them up! Yes she even threw her hands up and jumped back. Now when you buy something for $60 and they will not even consider the situation, this is ridiculous. There employee handed me the wrong item. I got home seen that it wasn't what I had asked for and went back to the store to exchange and was told it could not happen. I will admit I made a mistake by not checking it but when you ask for one thing and they give you another they have some responsibility. Terrible customer service even with some of their products being cheaper I will no longer shop at this store.

Otherwise, a super-fast cashier is always at the ready.

I don't know if I'd do my weekly shopping here if I lived in the area but it's a great option to pick up a few things you may run short of. They have it and at less of a cost! Rural King has everything: . Soil . Fertilizers . Chicks . Clothing . Snacks . Planters . Gates . Buckets of all sorts . Hunting supplies & Fishing gear . Chainsaws & lawn tools The service was pleasant. Informative and friendly. The prices are amazing. It's an hout from home but no traffic. Plenty of parking. I will return.
