While the Rx was expired (of course), I was able to text a photo of the broken glasses. Melissa said they could fix them & to come in. We were there less than 15 mins- temporary but sturdy fix! I went to Costco it cost Me 35$ with insurance and the extra testing was only 29 $ not 60$ from Spanish oaks and they don't force u to use it I am sure they want to pay for the equipment they have bought but forcing a customer does not make me happy and they lost me as a customer!!! We discussed a number of myopia control options with Dr. West and settled on Ortho-K. Everything was explained very clearly and her staff took as much time as was needed to make sure my child could safely and confidently insert and remove the contacts.
