Very big fan of this place. I have seen Vanessa for about 6 months now and she does an incredible job of making lashes that look extremely natural while defining your eye in an attractive way. I specifically wanted this and nothing too much, and I'll be a repeat customer for a long time. The location is clean and nicely located with easy parking. It feels private and chic but not swanky in an unnecessary way that salons sometimes do it

Love their new location! Easy parking and nice calm vibe inside. Annie is excellent. I like natural look with a little pop.

I had been meaning to write a review for quite some time now..it's long overdue but better late than never :) I have been getting my lashes done with Evelyn for many years. I would say around 2010 or 2011 starting back when I was traveling to Sacramento on business. I am so LUCKY to have come across her, she is so TALENTED. Before I met Evelyn, I had been going to a woman in the OC that did NOT know what she was doing and I didn't really know much about eyelash extensions because it was my first time (Cheap didn't necessarily mean good). Since I did not know about individual lashes at that time I figured the lady in the OC knew what she was doing because that was her business. I mean they did look great when I walked out, little did I know she was doing clusters and ruining my natural lashes in the process. Chunks would fall out at a time. (Not good) Anyhow, I came across Evelyn because I wanted someone close and it was more convenient. When she initially removed my lashes I was horrified at the little to no original lashes I had left (I literally wanted to cry). She explained to me step by step what she was doing and what she would be able to do with my remaining real lashes. She also explained to me that the person who did my lashes was unfortunately, not doing them correctly and once my original lashes grow out she would be able to make them look fuller. I thought I would be done with Lash extensions but she changed that for the better. I am so Happy that I was able to find her, she does wonders and is very professional. Look no further this is a place that does not disappoint. :)) WINK!!!!

I went in wanting to have lash extensions but left with so much more. Tasha and Evelyn made me feel so comfortable from the booking all the way to going home a lifetime customer. I feel like I have so much more confidence and the open communication and incredible customer service make you feel like part of their family. I would recommend Wink to everyone and anyone. Even it being my first time, they totally understood me as an individual and made sure I got the exact look I wanted. I am so grateful I found them!!

My experience was great! Evelyn is such a professional! Made feel at ease. First time ever getting lashes and I will be coming back. It's like an addiction! When I first came in, Evelyn acknowledged me. Made me feel comfortable. Showed me the bathroom and offered coffee, tea, and snacks. She had a client before my appointment but made me feel welcoming. It was my turn and I expressed that it was my first time and was nervous. She made me feel at ease. Asked me how I would like my lashes to look like and since I don't know what the differences look like I asked her to show me pictures. All the pictures looked really well so I told her, do what you think will look best! Layed onto her long chair and I closed my eyes. I love the fact that she would tell me what she was doing. As she would place protection around my eyes, she would explain what and why she was doing. I felt I was in great hands. An hour and half passed and she was done. And when I say my lashes I was so shocked how beautiful they came out! I was really impressed! My husband was waiting for me and was impressed. He loved the way I looked! He thanked Evelyn for making me look much more beautiful! ...lol I've been getting great compliments! I highly recommend Wink Lashes to everyone! You need to book an appointment. They're schedule fills up quickly! Thank you again for my beautiful lashes! I will be coming every month for my refills.

This 5 star review is long overdue! I have to admit this was the first time I got my lashes done. I usually keep the eyeliner and mascara look for "special occasions" due to environmental allergies that make my eyes watery/itchy and the prep time required. I finally got my lashes done for an upcoming wedding. I couldn't have picked a better location than Wink Lashes in Pasadena. I knew my lashes looked amazing as I noticed the reactions of complete strangers I encountered. Several people asked me what mascara I used. The fact that they thought these were my lashes speaks volumes to Tasha's artistic talent in applying just the right amount and right length of lashes. Two weeks after getting my lashes done I went into Sephora and I had multiple make up experts compliment my eyeliner/mascara look. Finally one of my BFF's asked "what mascara are you using now, your lashes look amazing." The look on her face when I said "I'm not wearing any" was priceless. My lashes looked amazing 3.5 weeks in. Front desk personnel was friendly, sweet and professional. Tasha is AMAZING. She is sweet, gentle and makes the process super pleasant. I was nervous about the lashes and she made me feel so at ease from the moment I checked in to the moment when I left with my impressive new look. Best part is being able to wake up wash your face and leave the house looking like you just spent 20 minutes trying to get that perfect eyeliner look without any of the hassle or having to remove the make up at night. Thank you Tasha and Wink Lashes of Pasadena for my amazing first experience. I will be back and recommend it to anyone who is considering it. read more

This place is EXCELLENT!! Staff is friendly and very helpful and establishment is clean and comfortable. Vanessa was great at answering all my questions and helping me choose the best look for my little eyes. The before and after pics are so amazing. My lashes look SUPER GREAT. They are really lightweight and very natural feeling and NOT clumpy with glue like other places. I don't wear make up on my eyes and now with the lashes that I got, HYBRID, it just makes my eyes stand out more (POP) LUVIN IT!!! read more

Okay, I had never done this before or even thought of it until one day I looked in the mirror and wondered when my eyelashes were so hard to curl and not as long as they used to be? I guess that's part of being 40 something. So, I did some research on Yelp and found Wink Lashes. I made my appointment and went in. I explained to Tasha that I was a virgin at this and really did not know what to expect. She was very informative and professional. They're salon is nicely decorated. The music softly playing while getting the procedure done is great in keeping your mind off of lying still for an hour or two. The only condition I had was that I not look like a 2 bit prostitute when she was done. She meticulously worked on my lashes for two hours. When she was done, she gave me a mirror to check out the results. OMG, I LOVE them! They really make my eyes stand out and look beautiful!! I then asked, "Why did I not do this before!?" I will continue to go back for fills with Tasha. I really love them and thank the ladies for making me feel at home. :) They are in the parking lot where Cash for Gold is located, right before Locust. If you pass Locust, you've gone too far. read more

I made an appointment for lash extensions a few weeks ago and I've been very satisfied. The location has ample parking and is just south of the 210 freeway on Lake Ave. The business is clean and run very professionally. My appointment was with Vanessa, and as someone new to extensions, she put me at ease and explained the process each step of the way. The results were exactly what I wanted, very natural looking but full. I highly recommend that if you choose Wink Lashes, ask for Vanessa and you will not be disappointed. read more

I have been coming to Wink since October and i kept forgetting to write my review on here. I must say my lashes have been done since then because i can't live without them now, i always get so many compliments and people asking where i go, who i go to etc.. and i don't have to ever waste my time doing them ever since they always look great even right up until i am going to get my fill or my fluff they still look great and in tact! I go to Vanessa, she's been doing my lashes since day 1, she is the sweetest person you'll meet, explains the whole process and is always open to her client's if needed. I know people will say that it can be pricy, but you get what you pay for, my lashes do not look cheap and they are never looking like spider legs hanging all over the place like those girls who get them done at the nail shops for $30. It really is true, you get what you pay for! Iv had a co-worker of mine go to Vanessa and she loved them and now one of my best friends go to Wink and she can't live without them either! i highly recommend this place, all the girls do great work! If your thinking of getting lashes go to Vanessa, you will not be disappointed! read more

Wink Lashes is the best place to get your lashes done. Tasha is the best. Had my lashes done before traveling back to NC for Christmas and came in for a fill 4 weeks later and my lashes still looked great. Have had them done at other places and within 2 weeks they started looking bad and needed to be filled in. Be prepared to wait about 15-30 minutes past your appointment time, as the lash tech (Elaine) is usually finishing up with another client. She was sweet, and the overall vibe was calming. I even fell asleep during sessions thanks to the soft instrumental music. However, the lashes themselves were just okay. At all three appointments, my eyes burned during and after the application, and I had to use a fan every time to relieve the discomfort. The classic sets I got during the first two visits had poor retention. Maybe it's because they're classics. I experienced daily fallout, which was annoying as stray lashes would poke my eyes. The third time, I tried a volume set and they were gone by day 25, which I'm not complaining. The style looked bulky, black, and unnatural, but slowly started looking like classic with fallout (which was also itchy/poking me). I made sure to clean and fan-dry my lashes every other day. Also, keep in mind that switching styles doesn't come with any kind of pricing adjustment. She did check how many weeks had passed since my last visit, so I thought there might be a slight discount but nope. Overall, the lashes are cute, but I wouldn't return. I've since found a new lash tech where retention is better, and I've had no burning from the glue or daily fall out.

It still was long, but looked fresher (which is exactly what I wanted) My side bangs were re-styled nicely and they're much easier for me to maintain and trim myself now, without messing them up. Had allover highlights done...I came in wanting one thing, and she recommended something else and It came out better than I could've imagined (Although, I'm already naturally blonde, and you cant really mess up a few blonder highlights). Total Price; $115 for cut and full highlights...not what i thought for the LA area..i was HIGHLY impressed! NOTE: they DO NOT take credit cards! Bring cash or check, or use the Wells Fargo ATM down the street! And get some Jamba Juice across the street after you come out feeling fabulous! :)

I was very pleased both times If I remember correctly I paid $60 or maybe $65 not cheap but as I'm realizing now based on my bad experiences elsewhere, well worth it.

Tasha did a wonderful job with my Lash Extensions. She was responsive to my first-time client inquiries, incredibly thorough, and took time to understand my preferences and walk me through the process. Tasha achieved a very natural look with her application. Additionally, the service began on-time and was performed in a private treatment room, which not all lash studios offer. I will absolutely be returning and am looking forward to my next treatment! Thank You, Tasha! -Natalie read more

Wink is such a beautiful spot -- it's like a trip to the spa. And the GLAM factor is out of this world. I followed Tasha over from her former studio and have had lash extensions done by others in the past and there is just NO comparison to Tasha's level of skill and expertise. She is super fun to talk to while you're lying on your back with your eyes closed for an hour! The time flies by and you come out looking red-carpet ready. It's amazing to not have to deal with mascara anymore! read more

Needed a facial and was recommended by a friend to see Tasha. Facial was amazing and I now go back monthly for them. The studio is clean and stylish. Staff makes you feel welcome and at home. Ladies, if you OR your man need a facial I would definitely go. I've also recommended them to a girlfriend for eyelashes and she was very happy about the job they did....she's now a regular too. read more

I have been Evelyn's client for a few years now. She does such incredible work that I followed her when she moved from a previous location. Her and Tasha's "new" studio is lovely and peaceful, unlike the previous location which was noisy and impersonal. You go in to Wink Lash harried and walk out completely relaxed! Thank you Evelyn for giving me eyes that "pop"! read more

Disappointed AND- I had a $10 off credit on my account which was not applied when I paid. For such an elaborate digital customer system, one would think client preferences and account information would be noted at check in. And Response to business owner's reply. I did want the exact same 1:1 fill with the quality lashes I paid more for on my initial visit. And I was not ASKED if I wanted the double lashes on a single lash to fill in at "no extra charge" because I don't like them. It makes the glue clumpier and is eye irritating to me. First, I feel she could've been kinder when she missed my messages over a five day period. I never received an apology and in person, she was not the warmest person. Second, I thought it was incredibly uncomfortable to sit in a chair with no back support for the entire duration of my brow appointment, which was close to an hour. Again, having now gone to another artist, most have a bed where you can lay down and relax. I actually asked her about this and she said the bed is only used for lashes. Finally, I thought she did a fine job, but having had them done by another artist, I like my brows much better by the new artist. All of this said, I had initially gone to her once before just for shaping and tinting and I thought she did a great job. I've attached a photo of that service. When I found out that Emiko did bottom lash extensions, I was overjoyed and was even more pleased because she was in my area. During my consultation, I mentioned that I just previously had top eyelash extensions put on so she went ahead and took a look at the job. Shocked at knowing that a few of my lashes were glued to one extension, I knew that there was some damage made. I allowed her to remove some of them (an extra 20 bucks-such a waste of money and I hate that), so she could apply one extension to one eyelash. There was even a top eyelash that was applied to a bottom lash from when I visited Bylle Breaux... terrible. http://www.yelp.com/biz/bylle-breaux-make-up-and-hair-los-angeles-2 Emiko took her time (1 hour 45 minute application) applying the extensions on my top and bottom lashes with her own concocted glue from Japan (zero odor and no irritation). What a huge difference!! The lashes were softer, more defined and natural looking, and weren't clumped together with huge spaces between them. They really made my eyes pop and enhanced them beautifully. Emiko was gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time... I actually dozed off twice. Everyone there was very kind and welcoming making my visit an amazing one. If you are truly looking for quality eyelash extensions and specialists that handle your lashes with love and care, definitely come here. I'm excited to go back and get a full set from Emiko. She doesn't half-ass her work and you can count on her to help continue caring for your lashes as they grow out. I'm very confident that her technique is non-damaging and I highly recommend her.
