B is my favorite lash girl of all - I've tried at least 4 other places in SoCal, and her work lasts the longest, the lashes are never out of place/twisted/crooked, and they look the nicest of anywhere else I've had them done. I usually go for the classic instead of volume because I hate how there are clumps when the volume lashes start falling out. Even though it's just the classic one, I get so many compliments on my lashes, and they look natural enough but with oomph so people who don't have extensions think they're my own. I can go at least 3 weeks without getting a fill, because that's how long they last! I don't try to avoid water or anything in between - but I will say that I do not wear makeup at all, so I don't need to scrub off or remove any makeup at the end of the day, so perhaps that helps preserve the lashes a bit longer. B is seriously the best and she is such a sweet person, so if you want to shave off a few minutes every day and skip the mascara/eye makeup, GO HERE and get your extensions. read more

The very first time I got lash extensions was over 5 years ago for my college graduation. Back then, it was more expensive & harder to book my girl b/c she was booked 3-5 weeks in advance, so I didn't keep up w/ it. I saw B's work on my girlfriend recently & thought - "DANG! --I wanna try them again!!" I'm the typical Asian w/ short & super fine lashes.... (mom - why did you not reproduce w/ a hairy burly man!? My routine: I go back for a fill every 3 weeks (like clockwork) & have requested various lengths every time so far. This was my first time getting lashes done and I am so happy that I did! I was referred to her by a friend when I saw how nice and natural her lashes looked. When it comes to make up, I am very lazy and try to keep it to a minimum, as in powder, eyebrows, blush, and mascara. I try to keep my makeup application to under 5 minutes. But after I got these lashes, it totally brightened my whole face. My makeup application time is now about 2 minutes. Some days I don't even wear makeup because I feel so naturally pretty. Honestly, this is one of the best investments ever! B was very professional before, during, and after the process. She explained what she was doing to my eyes so that I would feel comfortable. Bi is amazing!!! I live in NorCal but visit SoCal often to visit my family. I go to a fancy schmancy expensive spa where I live up north because they are the only legit place that does lashes that I can actually trust. That being said, I am a lash addict, and cannot stop. Ive continuously gotten my lashes done for a year now, and I don't know if I can ever go back to my sad, lash less days. I was going on an extended trip to Orange County and found Bi through yelp and I'm SOOOOO glad that I did, because she does an amazing job! She tried to get EVERY lash and they looked so beautiful, full, and lasted for weeks. Usually, to get every lash, you need to pay extra. At my usual place, they will charge you $200 to do every single lash for a new set, and Bi only charges $120! Bi is truly the best. She does an amazing job. She's sweet, warm, and funny. Her studio is really clean and very modern. I have considered kidnapping her and forcing her to open up a studio in Santa Cruz, but I wouldn't want to go to jail because then I really couldn't get my lashes done anymore. She has the steady hand of a surgeon yet light as a feather so you don't even feel her doing her magic. Personally, I work in a professional setting and am a mommy of two so I like to keep a full but natural look...like a good double application of mascara with a little kick.
