My lashes and how good they still look get a five star. The only reason I'm giving four star is because my appointment was at 6:15. I didn't get my lashes started on until 7. So I just kinda just waited there. I'm thinking it's maybe just a one off and the client before me took up extra time or something. But over all I had a good experience. The lashes look great! And I felt like the price was reasonable as well. The ambience of the studio was nice and clean. Bring cash though! I didn't know. Came here a couple months ago to get a new set of lashes. They have a pretty good promotion for new customers. I first had a quick consultation with one of the staff to see which style of lashes and how thick I want mine to be. The process took about 1.5 hours and I was happy with the result. The lashes were thicker than I initially wanted but they still look very nice. I was very surprised of how long the lashes lasted! They usually fall out after 2- 2.5 weeks when I get them done at other places but they lasted for a least a month when I got them done here. I don't get lash extension that often - only before a big event or before a vacation or else I would consider signing up for the membership here. read more

Linh does a great job with the lashes and takes her time in applying them. It's head and shoulders more natural/ comfortable than any other lash place I've been. I also followed Lucy to the Huntington Beach location. I'm trying to like this location better but I am having trouble. It's just not as quiet and serene as Huntington Beach. I keep getting booked when the Eyebrow Girl Yvonne is there. She rents space from Lucy and talks on her cell phone at full volume (full speakerphone!), and while working her phone is continually buzzing and ringing. Today alone while I was there she took three cell phone calls from her building manager (San Rafael) PLUS a telemarketer (!) - all on speakerphone (!) while working on her poor clients. I'm not talking short calls. We all had to listen to her conversations. Her cell phone ringer is also going at Full Blast...as if we aren't there. To top it off, today her customer also complained that she didn't warn them to numb themselves prior to cutting them with a blade. This is for micro blading- she's cutting them with no numbing cream. I felt so bad for them as they gasped and yelped in pain... while I'm getting my lashes done, trying to sleep (usually). I try to sleep during my eyelash visits as they take a while but it is impossible to do it at this location. I wish they do a better job of maintaining this location bc Linh is otherwise fantastic. read more

I've been going to Lucy's lashes for years! I get my lashes retouched every 4-5 weeks and each time they come out exactly like the last! They're so consistent with their application and truly pay attention to detail. They're also very clean and follow COVID protocols- they have you wash your hands upon entering, check your temperature, and face masks are required. They also change their bed covering every client.
