If I could give 6 stars, I would. This is the first time I get lash extensions and I am so happy with how they look. I went for the classic lashes and Silvia did not disappoint. She put a lot of care and effort to make sure my lashes look perfect for my birthday. She was also very gentle, at no point did I feel any discomfort, and her office is very clean and professional. Silvia does such a great job I don't even feel the lashes are on. I wake up every morning feeling so beautiful. Even my hubby compliments my lashes all the time telling me how pretty I look. :) The way Silvia puts the lashes on, it doesn't hurt at all, you don't feel anything while she is doing the lashes and once they are on they are as light as your real lashes! You must go to her! My sister-in-law has been going to her religiously for almost the last 4 years! And I have been going to her for several months now. OMGoodness I can't brag on Silvia enough. Where do I start... I set an appointment for eyelashes with Sylvia, and her responds time was very timely and if your like me, that's professionalism. I arrived to my appointment early and Sylvia stated she will be with me in a few minutes, she's finishing up with another client. I'm use to hearing this *be with your shortly* and it take longer, not with this appointment, she meant what she said, my appointment was on time. This was my first interaction with Sylvia and I have to say, great first appointment and I will be returning. The environment is very clean, the music is calming, so much so, I fell asleep. Silvia's Lash and Brow is the best! I had an appointment today @5:30 but I was stuck in traffic so I addressed that I am running 15mins late. Sylvia was so nice and patiently waited for me. She greeted me with a big smile as soon as I got there and assisted me right off. The space is super clean, quiet and cute! Lots of parking spaces too! Sylvia made sure that I was comfortable and provided me a blanket while she's doing my lashes and surely, I threw a quick nap and felt so relaxed afterwards! I would def recommend this place. Silvia has a cute little studio towards the back of building close to where I live! I just went to her on Friday and have been LOVING my lashes. She puts quality work, creates great fans, and she totally cares for her clients. My eyes have always been uneven with other lash artists' work so I explained to her my problem and she was able to create a BEAUTIFUL full volume set for me and made my eyes/lashes look even! Silvia saw me at the beginning of March (yes I've been meaning to write this review for a long while) and I STILL have enough lashes on that they STILL look cute. She saw me super last minute the same day I contacted her, just as all the other lash shops were closing. It was only my second time getting extensions and I was looking for someone close by.
