I had a general idea of what color I wanted but wouldn't have found the perfect shade without help from the front desk worker - thank you, girl!! I was very surprised to see so many people bring in their own polish. Apparently that's a thing. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and they led me to a spot to start soaking at 2:38. Things officially kicked off at 2:45. I really liked who I was paired with, Frida. She was so sweet and made sure I liked how short she cut my nails, asked if the water was hot, etc. just paid attention to details. The massage that I got as part of the spa package was heavenly.
