The salon itself looks beautiful -- very clean, neat, and well put together. However, my experience with the service was disappointing. When I walked in, the receptionist (Naomi) did not greet me. She saw me and walked away from the front desk -- I'm not sure if she realized I was there or not, but I ended up standing there for about 10 minutes. When she returned, she simply asked for my name and told me to wash my hands and pick a color. There was no "good morning" or welcoming attitude, and she seemed uninterested and disengaged. Even after I chose my color, she stayed on her phone while I waited to be seated. Once I was seated, Throughout my pedicure, several staff members were speaking loudly among themselves In spanish, which made the environment feel less relaxing and more unprofessional. What made the experience especially upsetting was that the technician working on me made comments about my feet smelling and about my legs being fat In Spanish to another technician, They both laughed, and mind you I could Understand it.. which I found extremely disrespectful and inappropriate. I felt welcome and at ease right when I stepped in to her space. I found her spa blue treatment room to be very comfortable and relaxing. After seeing Melissa's fabulous work and hearing nothing but great things about her, I decided to…read morejump in and get my brows done. I was tired of filling it in on a daily basis. I am so happy I got it done! She did such an amazing job and I have gotten tons of compliments. She took her time to be very precise and made sure they looked PERFECT, and natural! Sometimes microblading can look a little too unnatural and harsh but nope, not with Melissa!! My mother in law loved it so much that she decided to get one as well. She is in love with her new natural looking brows since her brows are more thin and sparse. We both thought it was not that painful, more on the uncomfortable side but definitely worth getting it done! A very important part is Melissa has all the licensing that is required. Some microblading Specialist only have a certification but they do not have a Tattoo Establishment License (which is a big must!) and go through all the regulations.
