Started going here for my lashes, went here approximately four times to give Lauren a chance to do…read moremy lashes, every single time. I was not happy with my fills. Consistently had to correct her and fills took no less than two hours. Which normal fills are an hour to an hour and a half. Then, after coming back from vacation, I receive a message from her stating that maybe I should look for a different lash artist because she gets too stressed doing my lashes. I gave her four chances to do my lashes correctly, however, she did not like being corrected, when my lashes were uneven, not the mapping that I asked for or not filled in properly. Not to mention, I asked her to take off the old Lashes and do a complete new set and she did not want to. She stated she did not like doing full sets if she didn't need to. Then she would use the excuse that I didn't have enough Lashes, but other lash artist were able to get my lashes, completely full exactly how I wanted them. I have more time in the morning to spend on other productive things since I am wearing less makeup. I'm more confident with them too. Getting lashes was life changing for me and Danielle is the best. She is not only talented but also sweet, humble, knowledgeable and gentle. Her associates Paola and Brittany are also amazingly talented. I've had all three do my lashes and I've always left happy.

Not just in lashes, but also in customer service. Every time I went in, my boyfriend came with me and drove me to my appointments (he waited in the waiting room- completely quiet, patient and unbothered). I went in to get my lashes done one last time and the owner told me over the phone that she was just as experienced as her and the other woman I had seen. So I booked the appointment and my boyfriend and I showed up. He sat down in the lounge room, and I was in the room next door getting my lashes done by someone I never really seen there before. Anyways, I could tell she was less experienced because my eyes were burning to the extreme because she was using too much glue. But I will get back to that. So, this woman is doing my lashes, I have pennies on my eyes so I cannot see anything. I asked my boyfriend a question so he walked in the room and then went back and sat down. THEN! The BOSS and the other woman back there (not sure who it was) were laughing and the boss yells my boyfriends name like (hey, Niiiickkkkkk! Come over here I need help!) So he walked over and was like, "uhm, yes" and the owner is like, "someone clogged the back toilet really really bad and none of us can fix it...so...." and he was just like, "uh, I'm not a Plumber so sorry" and walked away. I didn't say anything to them. We were both kind of disgusted by it. He helped me pay for my services. Why would someone be so unprofessional and absolute rude? Anyways, once the lady was done with my lashes she completely MESSED them up! There was a bottom eyelash of mine glued to one of my upper lashes. Which not only felt uncomfortable, but hurt badly. I tried to work with them for a couple of weeks about coming in and getting them off but they kept offering times they knew I couldn't make. I scheduled an appointment to get them taken off and and I had to put down a $20-25 down payment. I ended up just not going back in because of how rude they were being to me about fixing my lashes and also charging me full price for someone who was not experienced for that price. I let them all fall off myself and I won't even ask for my down payment back. Yeah, they can do pretty work for cheap, but make sure you know not to bring your boyfriend with you, and to expect less. I will not be going back here after this incident.
