I had a photo and video of the color I desired (which is just a toned down version of what I had). The dimensions were already in my hair from the balayage and my natural color. The girl tried to talk me into low lights which I was confused about. I asked to just tone it. Well, she did and my hair was almost black! I was so surprised and shocked. When I called the next day to speak with a manager she offered no help. And then told me to call her back next week! I'm sorry as a business owner I would call a client to check on them if they weren't satisfied and I would NOT tell them it was their problem. So typical of an average salon to take their mistake and tell me it's my problem.

Everyone here is very friendly and accommodating, plus the salon itself is super clean and well-kept! My manicure took ~an hour and was plenty relaxing. Especially the hand massage at the end, wow what a little bonus that was. Wouldn't say it's the absolute bet manicure I've had in my life (I always notice the smallest little things haha) but Tyler certainly did a good job. Oh it's also nice that they have the option for Venmo tipping because I never ever carry cash. Good prices, lovely salon. Will return.

I've been a client for about 3 years now, and I have never had a better massage. I have been to places like Elements, Massage Envy, and Neroli, but nothing compares. She does a variety of different styles. I always leave her feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Her studio space is very quiet and tranquil, and she sets the perfect environment with soothing music and candles. Although it's about a 30 minute drive for me to see her, it's so worth it. I've gifted my mom and mother-in-law with massages with Carrie and always give my friends her name. She's just amazing!!
