I can't say enough wonderful things about Carrie. Carrie is genuinely kind, warm, and so friendly!…read more It's obvious that she enjoys helping people feel better. I've been a client for about 3 years now, and I have never had a better massage. I have been to places like Elements, Massage Envy, and Neroli, but nothing compares. She does a variety of different styles. I always leave her feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Her studio space is very quiet and tranquil, and she sets the perfect environment with soothing music and candles. Although it's about a 30 minute drive for me to see her, it's so worth it. I've gifted my mom and mother-in-law with massages with Carrie and always give my friends her name. She's just amazing!!

I had a photo and video of the color I desired (which is just a toned down version of what I had). The dimensions were already in my hair from the balayage and my natural color. The girl tried to talk me into low lights which I was confused about. I asked to just tone it. Well, she did and my hair was almost black! I was so surprised and shocked. When I called the next day to speak with a manager she offered no help. And then told me to call her back next week! I'm sorry as a business owner I would call a client to check on them if they weren't satisfied and I would NOT tell them it was their problem. So typical of an average salon to take their mistake and tell me it's my problem.

The class is a safe space...everyone is very respectful…read more I'm learning so much about myself, specifically how to cope with negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions. The class has taught me to be more forgiving of those who behave in ways that I consider negative. Allowing me to realize that it's not my job to be judgemental of others, as my energy would be better spent protecting my own energy within my energy bubble. I enjoy hearing my classmates explain how they cope with things and consciously improve themselves. It's a very positive space, and I feel very comfortable participating, which is new for me, since I normally shy away from class participation due to being very self-conscious. Tracy H.

The new owner truly could not be nicer, and she does a fabulous job with my acrylics w/shellac. I always get compliments!! ----------------- After moving to Mequon from downtown Milwaukee in February I stumbled across this place as it was unassumingly located across from the Metro Market in a strip mall. While the decor is nothing like what you'd find downtown at a posh "nail bar" the service is the reason to choose this salon. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what service I would like. They have a great selection of all top brand shellac polishes including the newest collection from OPI (I believe they have upwards of 160 colors to choose from!) Picked a polish and proceeded to get the best mani of my life (I'm quite picky about quality, especially with filing +cuticle removal) complete with paraffin dip and hand massage for... $30! Oh and they have wine, if you weren't already convinced.
