If you're looking for a great massage, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Gregory. I've seen him twice and now won't go to anyone else. The spa itself is nice, a great steam shower with plenty of products to indulge in. The only weird thing is a shared locker room for men and women. Make note- the 80 minute clock starts when you walk in the front door. Then you have to wait for the front lady to check you in, change into your robe, and wait for your massage therapist to come get you. Its not 80 minutes of massage time. Despite that, the massage therapist was good. For the price, I would expect 80 minutes on the table. Very misleading. read more

Just had the most amazing deep tissue Signature Massage from Jolene at the Neroli Spa Mequon location. You have to request deep tissue and I have to say, it's a bit pricey but WORTH EVERY PENNY! The took a steam shower and got a hair cut too. Facilities are top notch! read more

Just had a very disappointing experience. From the front desk staff not being very friendly/helpful, to a let down of a massage- I've been to other Neroli locations and was always impressed with my experience. Being currently pregnant & mom of a toddler, I was counting down the days until I could enjoy this special treat; & was really looking forward to the 'Neroli Experience' that my sore muscles were craving. I was specific upon booking what I was looking for, as well as with my therapist but the massage just wasn't good. Let's face it- services here aren't cheap & not getting the best is a real disappointment. My advice: skip the Mequon location, save your money & go elsewhere. read more

I walked into Neroli in Mequon at 4:58 on Friday night to purchase shampoo/conditioner and to make an appointment for my daughter. I work retail, so I realize that it was cutting it close to their closing time and wanted to get in and out quickly. Instead, I was met by an employee as soon as I entered the door and she proclaimed that they were closed and ushered me out the door. Like I said, I work retail too. Oh boy. Sometimes I'm just a lucky girl. Tonight was one of those times. After a different salon cancelled my appointment last minute (I won't name names, but they are on Oakland in Shorewood), I was in a panic to find someone to tend my unruly locks. It had been far too long since they had been groomed! A stylish coworker of mine, whose hair always looks fabulous, suggested I call Neroli. She told me to ask for Michelle, her stylist. I thought to myself, "I'll never get in, things like that just don't happen". Well lo and behold, I was delighted when I found out she had an appointment that very evening for 8 o'clock. I love a salon that has hours past six, as many of us work for a living! Although it's located in a strip mall, once I entered the place the vibe was chill and elegant at the same time. Totes comfy. Michelle was as sweet as can be and talked to me thoroughly about my hair and what I wanted prior to beginning the cut. I showed her my Pinterest board of hair that I liked and after conversation, we headed to the shampoo bowl... I ended up with a fabulous cut! One I would've had to book months ahead of time if I was in Chicago. I can't believe I called and got in on the same day. AND received such a spectacular cut!!! Terrible nail services... Does not cover the full nail at all, color uneven with bubbles and smudges from them not touched up well, flippent with nail file...and my mom's French manicure terrible with uneven lines on nail and single coat of white tip with poor execution with lots of paint on skin. I've never been to a Neroli salon before, but after hearing good things I decided to give it a try. The new Neroli salon in Mequon recently opened. The interior is beautiful, spa and zen-like. I loved it! And their hair washing station chairs are the most comfortable things. (I wanted one for home, minus the sink.) Parking is super convenient too. When I entered the salon I was greeted with that wonderful Aveda tea and a warm towel for my hands. How lovely on a freezing cold January day? I had made an appointment with Michelle Senour for full highlights and a cut. I am someone who has very naturally light/long hair so I tend to go a while in between highlights and cuts. By the time I made this appointment I was over-due. Michelle gave me the best consult I have ever had! She asked me what I liked about my hair, what I thought about the color, what I was hoping it would look like, how much length I was willing to take off, what products I was currently using, etc. I explained that to me it was drab and flat and I wanted more body/layers, and to really brighten up the blonde without having it look unnatural. Well, the cut was fantastic, and the color just as great! I've always walked out of salons feeling just good about my hair, but never wowed. I was wowed with Michelle's work. The long layers are perfect, it feels fuller, looks fuller and she did a great job framing my face with the perfect length layers that I cant tuck behind my ears, or let down when I have my hair up. The cut was very flattering to my face. Not only did my hair turn out great, but Michelle gave me a wonderful hand massage while my color processed and a fantastic head massage during my hair washing. She showed me how to achieve more volume when I am blow drying my own hair and tips for styling. I never felt rushed during the whole process, which I have to say has never been my experience at other salons. Overall I would say the price is inline with other higher-end salons I've been to, but the service exceeded my expectations. Pretty disappointed in my wax today. I came in for a Brazilian wax. I have had a lot of Brazilian waxes before and also have done them at home myself. I also have had laser hair removal on my bikini area. There was not much hair to remove but she managed to not remove it all. When I got home I realized there was still wax on my skin and hair all over the place that was missed. It was also more painful than others I've had. Overall when looking for a good wax I would avoid this place, honestly even a decent wax. You're better off doing it yourself and saving yourself the money. I will not be returning. I was hoping to schedule a wax in the next month or two but I think after today's experience I will go somewhere else. read more

I have never written a review but I was so disappointed that my friends told me to review it on Yelp so here goes... went in for a brow and lip wax for the first time (wanted someone else to do it for a change)... took 5 minutes with me ... showed me what was done basically in the dark ... went home and looked in a 10x mirror and pretty much tweezed my entire lip and most of my brows myself which again was the reason besides wanting to be pampered a tad was why I went... and tipped 20% on $32 .. now on the other side I bought product and the guy that assisted me was awesome which is the reason I even gave two stars. So sad I will not be buying my product or any services again. read more

I'm seriously asking if the people that work here had an education. If the hairstylist doesn't know how to cut hair properly for men, then they shouldn't do it. My friend asked for a faded buzz down the side, which I have seen many barbers do very nicely, and what this hairstylist, Irena, did was not even and looked like a 5 year old just used a razor and shaved the sides. I cannot write enough good things about Michelle. She has been my hairstylist for the past two years. I drive an hour for my appointments, so you know it has to be good. Customer Service is her passion. She is always cheerful, helpful, a terrific colorist and her hand and scalp massages are perfection. Yesterday, I had my typical cut and color appointment scheduled but had a massive migraine headache. Because it is always difficulty to fit the drive into my schedule, I went anyway. The extra attention and care I received was beyond any expectations. While waiting for my color to set, she put me in a darken room and let me sit as comfortably as possible. Amazingly, my headache lifted and I left feeling much better thanks to Michelle. What a kind, compassionate person in addition to being an excellent stylist. My color (including highlights) and cut can be a bit pricey, but the cost is definitely worth it. read more

Went for a low-light and cut at 6:00 p.m. today at the Mequon location (that I scheduled online using their appointment system) only to be told they don't have me in the system for any appointments today or going forward. How unfortunate. I hope they will have their tech person look into the matter. I've been a customer of theirs previously (in last month for a color and cut) and purchased alot of products recently at their downtown location.
