Susan was really helpful just talking on the phone, and my experience with her was great. It was my first time getting a facial, and she talked me through everything she was doing. I loved all the natural products, essential oil diffusing, water she gave me afterwards, there was even a little bowl of nuts. You can tell that she's very knowledgable at what she does. She wound up scheduling me for a makeup consultation where she helped me with some basics for my wedding day (I'm not into makeup). I got a couple products that are organic and I feel good about using, on the rare occasions that I do. Hoping to go back soon!

I've seen her for both facials and brow waxing, and every experience has been wonderful. She does a great job evaluating my skin, talking through what she's seeing, and making thoughtful recommendations for my skincare routine without making it feel overwhelming or like I need to completely change everything I'm doing. The facials are incredibly relaxing, but I also feel like I'm getting real results from them. Lately, I've had multiple people comment on how good my skin looks, which is probably the best compliment I could give! She also did an amazing job with my brows. They looked polished and natural, and exactly how I wanted them to look for my wedding. Cheyenne is knowledgeable, kind, and makes the whole experience feel comfortable and personalized. What started as part of my pre-wedding skincare routine has officially become something I plan to keep up with. Highly recommend!
