Service was a self serve kiosk, however at handoff the guy is super easy going and friendly. Ordered the traditional, nothing fancy poutine, and was still wowed by it. Nice crisp fries and very good gravy. There was a hint of sweetness in it, which I want to say they put a dab of maple syrup in there recipe, but I'm not really sure! The service is always 10/10; everyone is super nice plus I love that they put each person's order in its own labeled bag! The restaurant is also pretty clean and the ambiance in general is very minimalistic - it's clear that the star of the show is the food! The smoked meat tasted fresh, tender, and succulent and pairs well with mustard. I personally ask for extra mustard. If you're very hungry and can eat a lot, Small Plate of Smoked Meat (~$26) is perfect too, which includes enough smoked meat, slices of bread, and mustard packets for 1.5 sandwiches.
