Long wait, terrible service, unsanitary and feathers still on the wings. I honestly have nothing good to say about this restaurant.

Heard such great things about this spot so had to check out their Aurora location when I was in the…read morearea. This spot is ontop of a set of stairs, has an outdoor patio section, interior looked intentionally decorated and was cute! Cash was very nice and patient with me when I was ordering since it was my first time and I had no clue what to get. The options I got were great though for a first timer: 4 Seasons 4/5 - Thought this was a great first sandwich here since it had all the different types of cold cuts in one including ham, turkey, salami, and mortadella. Delicious, packed and well wrapped. Chef's Choice 4/5 - Came with grilled chicken strips, avocado, tomato, hot pepper, fresh onion, olives, crispy onion, pesto sauce and grandma's homemade hot sauce. This was good and warm but definitely preferred the 4 seasons more. I thought the bread was a tad tough when eating it. It might be because I got it as takeout and ate it within the hour rather than right away. But it was still a pretty solid sandwich overall.

The plaza itself is such a vibe, reminding me of Unionville Main Street for those familiar with the area. The signage throughout the plaza is excellent, making the place easy to find. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately captivated by the decor. It has such a unique aesthetic that's perfect for photos. I also noticed they have a patio with umbrellas, making it an ideal spot to enjoy on a breezy summer day without worrying about the sun. I originally came intending to order the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap ($15.99), but after spotting a table advertisement for their new Pizza Caesar Salad Wrap, I couldn't resist trying the pepperoni version ($16.99). My sister ended up ordering the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap instead, so we got to sample both. They also offer cookies, croissants, coffee, and matcha, along with 16- and 20-ounce iced drinks that are reasonably priced. I'm definitely intrigued to come back and try one. Even better, they've recently started serving breakfast, giving me even more reasons to return. The portions were generous and satisfying, and both wraps were packed with flavor. They struck the perfect balance of textures; crisp, creamy, and incredibly fresh. Honestly, no notes. They were perfection. I'd happily order them again, though I'm equally tempted to work my way through the rest of the menu. To top it all off, the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making for an all-around excellent experience.

They've got all kinds of choices, something for every craving, including soups of the day, salads, and more. This time around, I had their Chicken Club sandwich and it was delicious and filling. It was served with potato chips and a pickle on the side. Great meal! Check them out at 90 Old Kingston Rd in Ajax!

Ryan is the founder of the business, which he runs with family and friends. We got to meet Riott, his son, who had a love for skulls and all Halloween decorations at this eatery. This place specializes in sandwiches. Many of their meats are slow-cooked for ten hours. Sauces, soups, and slaw are homemade. We ordered many items off the menu and had what we liked: - Jalapeno and house slaws - Chickpea and ham soup - Roasted garlic and tomato soup - The Brooklyn (Italian) - Hot corned beef - Montreal smoked meat - Slicey's chopped chicken - Chicken club wrap I started with the hot corned beef sandwich. The corned beef was generous and so flavourful. The rye bread held all that tender corned beef together, along with the best grainy mustard aioli. I am a soup girl. I enjoyed the roasted garlic and tomato soup. It had the perfect amount of garlic with tomatoes, along with onions and spices. It was a comforting, smooth soup. The chickpea and ham soup was excellent. It had nice cubes of ham with chickpeas. It was so hearty and delicious. I also love slaw. The jalapeno and house slaws were crunchy. The former was creamy with a touch of heat. The latter was vinegar-based. You get the best of both slaw dressing worlds! I then had the Montreal smoked meat. It was full of the most tender smoked meat on rye bread with mustard. So good! I'm not sure how I managed to down Slicey's chopped chicken sandwich. It was so good that I did! It had slow-cooked chicken that was chopped with tomato, and red onion. It included the jalapeno slaw, along with white cheddar. It was messy to eat, but so worth it. The flavours were outstanding. This business supports other local businesses. The bread comes from a local bakery. It also features Purple Tongue hot sauces. Staff are super friendly and kind. They can craft a sandwich to your liking if you go with The Riott. There were two separate washroom stalls. I used one of them before I left this eatery. It was clean. No complaints. It's a comfortable place to hang out with friends over good food and drinks. I ended up having a Diet Coke and Crush cream soda during the two hours that we were here. They were cold and refreshing. It's street parking for three hours. It's free, which is nice. Alternatively, there is a parking lot across from this eatery. I look forward to returning for more good eats and soup. It's a gem of a sandwich place that happens to have awesome soups and slaw. (391)
