    Gar Par
    Clement R.

Let see. Was in the neighbourhood getting furniture and we decided to get some wings. Came in and got seated. This place is busy on a Saturday evening. I like that. And so we were looking thru the menu. My first choice for wings is dry Cajun breaded and fiancé ordered the gar par. We also gotten a quesadilla. Our food came out in a short while and we chowed down on it. The dry Cajun is yummy!!! As for the gar par, this was a miss as it was quite overpowering with that garlic Parmesan cream sauce. After a few hours, my fiancé didn't feel well at all. So the food experience wasn't great all. The people are nice though.

September 10th, 2019 - my cousins and I went to Wild Wings for late night dinner The server was very nice and funny. We all ordered Boneless Sweet Escape. It's our favourite flavour! The wings were pretty good sizes, I had to take some home cause it was a lot.

Came here to watch a pay-per-view boxing event and it was all right. Some of the television had the caption, which was useful. The place has a patio, but it wasn't utilized the time I went there. The place is quite small and have a couple of medium sized TV's. As for the food, I've been to a couple of Wild Wings before, but it was my first time at this location. The wings were pretty good. This locations seems to have normal, smaller sized wings than the Heartland location, which I prefer. I had the lemon garlic garlic dry wings and they are pretty good! Great crispness to the wings. Some wings places seem to have wings that the bone just breaks when you pick it up, which is not appetizing. Service is decent. I would go back and try them again.

I've been to many wild wings and these are great like the rest. I love the boneless wings because I am a bit of a neat freak and I like to use a fork. Also, I think you get more meat per wing. Staff is very friendly at this location and always looking to make your night a more pleasant one.

We ate the hottest wings in the Wild Wing's menu and survived.... We started with Dusty Muckaroo - Honey Garlic and Extra Hot (5*) A tad too sweet not spicy Then Bubba's Backfire - BBQ and Extra Hot (5*) Too sour taste too one dimension Then Sweatin Bullets - Smokin BBQ and She is a Hottie (6*) Spicy enough and love that smokey flavour I preferred them non breaded as we were given that option. As I found the breading a little too thick to my liking! The chicken wings though were quite juicy and tender... It was a great night as Pint and Wings are going for $12.99.. washing the spicy wings down with some cool refreshing beer.... and watching a NFL game.... The bartender/server was nice and friendly and was smiling when she saw my Red Eyed Yelp Friend sweating his brains out from the spiciness! Beer on Draft and Bottles are minimum, surcharges for Premium (30 cents) and Import (50 cents) which we happy to pay!

I have been wanting to try Wild Wings for a bit now. Finally convinced my fiancée today was the day!! We entered into the restaurant and had it all to ourselves! Not a soul in sight.. I thought this could be bad or this could be good. I ordered the spicy gar par and my other half ordered hang 'em high. I wasn't a fan of the spicy gar par. I didn't find them medium in any sense and a tad on the creamy side. Like too creamy in a way. The good thing? The wings were cooked perfectly. I tried a wing from the hang 'em high and they were not that good either. The dry rub was focused one one spot of the wings and you were left with battered wing on the other half. I think it was worth the try but you can catch me at all star wings next time I need some wings.

Wild wings is always a dependable, consistent joint to get your classic wings! Service [5/5]: once you sit down, you will be approached by your server right away to place your order (plus). Once placing your food order, the food comes in 10 minutes. Big shoutout to our server Kristina who met all of our needs and went above and beyond! Space [4/5]: the space is small so if you go during busy time (ie. a big sports game) it will be harder for you to get a spot. Food [4.5/5]: the wings are the perfect size! I prefer getting the boneless wings since they are more filling. The classic wings are definitely not the same wing size as the traditional buffalo wing from Buffalo,NY. The meat is super juicy!! The fries are the exact same as Costco which is a big plus since they are crispy. The only downfalls are that the blue cheese portion is smaller than a true wing joint from Buffalo as well as there was very few veggies given with each meal. Tip: if you like really hot wings, get the "She's a hottie"...you definitely will need a lot of beer with these!

The wings here are so salty! Have to drink a lot of water to balance! Chicken flatbread is good, seasoning is nice. I tried their new Fuji apple chicken salad ( with their special sauce), the dressing is weird: too sweet and sour for salad with chicken on it. The service is pretty friendly.

Okay, just to make one thing clear before I go on my rant, my usual go-to spot for chicken wings has always been All Stars, but this time around I decided to give this Wild Wings location a try... I took an L tonight for my decision... The service was extremely slow tonight to begin with. Don't know if it's because they were short staffed or because our waitress was just bad with her job, but ya the service was horrible. We even had to go up to the front to pay for our bill!!! The wings were just decent. A 4 rating for their wings is supposed to be "hot", but it was nothing even close. In fact, some girls dining in were hotter than the wings lol. The fries were also bland with a lack of seasoning. Literally the only thing that was pretty good was the spinach and artichoke dip with tortilla chips. Other than that, my experience here tonight was a big reminder why All Stars will always reign supreme when it comes to making the best chicken wings. Probably will not be coming back. Peace!

Good food very good service The price is good can't be beat beer and wings Specials .. It was fast fresh and came exactly as I ordered The bartender she was amazing and super nice .. Even thought I could tell she was having a bad night The location is easy to find The beer selection on tap could of been better but the food and service made up for that Each time I've been here it always was perfect., Try the breaded ravioli

Good wings, good amount of variety of sauces!

Service was friendly despite they're always busy. They do takeouts mainly but there are about 20 seats for dine-in. On the left side of restaurant, you see a wall in yellow with their logo on. When I went, there were 22 fried wing flavours and 4 baked flavours. I visited on a Sunday at around 5pm, and it was already bustling with customers and music. Saw from another review that the baked wings were good, so that definitely took up one of the pounds/flavours. For the two of us, we shared the 3 pounds deal ($23.5 +tax instead of $47): - two pounds fried (Dragon Breath, Honeycomb Heaven) - one pound baked (Bollywood) - carrots/celery - one dill sauce for each pound of wings I also got a pint of their Canadian sub-zero draft. It was splendid with a balanced amount of malt due to the cold temperature shielding the hops that would have otherwise turned me away. Some of the flavour names were questionable, lol, but I wouldn't have any better naming conventions either. Bollywood baked wings had tandoori spices and were marinated in yogurt. Dragon Breath was really just coated in a buffalo sauce rub, and Honeycomb Heaven was like honey garlic with a lot of honey and just a touch of garlic. The fried ones didn't have as much chicken nor the flavour of chicken on its own, and were kind of dense and dry. Still better wings than the chains I've tried though. Honeycomb heaven was just alright; something I would find as a go-to comfort zone pick. Dragon Breath was too spicy to enjoy, and I had to soak the wings in the side of dill sauce to remove the tangy heat - an amazing combination that maybe needs to come pre-dipped. Baked wings are meaty and fresh, just like how homemade oven-baked wings are, but the Bollywood marinate really blew me away. I believe my exacts words were "why get dry tandoori chicken when you could have fresh tandoori wings?" If they introduced more baked wing flavours, I'd choose the baked option for every single pound of wings I'll ever get. Now onto ambience. I didn't recognize the music which was good because it served as the perfect background noise to my wing munching trance. And it was lively and nostalgic enough that I felt like I become one of those locals in a diner in a small town that would visit weekly for a dose of wings. I liked that everyone was either eating or in conversation, and that the server left me alone to enjoy my food. In the end we counted the bones, and there were 21 wings. Around 7 wings per pound, it looked and tasted like like a lot more meat than if I had gotten the same quantity at St Louis. 3 pounds of wings + a pint came out to be ~$35 after tax. Very nice - I will be back.

We got the 50pc combo and it was enough to share between 5 people with some leftover. The price was pretty standard for the combo but seems to be expensive otherwise. The flavours we tried from most liked to least in my opinion: Mango habanero (spicy), Korean bbq, Lemon pepper, Honey garlic. The cajun fries and corn were also pretty good. The ranch definitely elevated everything as well. The main issue I had was with the chicken; the pieces were small with some that were very small. Overall the sauces were good but in general I'd say it's a bit over hyped.

Upon entering, the mix of greens, woods, and spacious seating was very inviting. However, the service was just decent. Now, let's talk about the food. I was disappointed with the size of the chicken wings compared to other places I've been to. The fries were okay but lacked a punch in flavour. As for the wings, I tried the BBQ bases, KBBQ, and Hickory Smoked BBQ. Despite being advertised with a bit of 'heat,' I could hardly taste any. The dipping sauce was also quite runny compared to the thicker consistency I prefer. Overall, I was a bit let down after all the hype on social media. Many say the U.S. locations are better. It doesn't hurt to try, but there are other wing places that I'd prefer.
