I've been here two times during my visit, both of which were slightly above mediocre. They seem to surcharge everything; extra seasoning, water cups, etc. without actually telling you there's a surcharge. The first time I went, the wings were unappetizingly crunchy, nauseatingly oily and overwhelmingly seasoned. Tonight was a little better. The corn was great both times and I would highly recommend. I think there is one back in my current town of residence but I doubt I'll go there. This is a novelty I think I can live without until my next trip to NY. read more

Wingstop - Wings/Cajun Fried Corn. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Yonkers, New York

I thought that by ordering online it would make it easier to get my order right and that I wouldn't have to wait. I was wrong. I got to the place about 5 minutes after my stated pick up time for my online order. I went up to the pick up counter and was told my order would be a few more minutes. Judging by the more than 10 minutes I waited, I don't even think they had started my order at all yet. The GOOD: The drink machine is cool. You can get all kinds of combo drinks. I got a peach Sprite. Also good, the fries. I loved the fry seasoning that was on the fries. It tastes like the seasoning has a little bit of sugar in it. I could eat the fries w/o ketchup, that's how good the seasoning was. I'd go back just for a drink and fries. The Okay: I got a 10 piece combo. Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parm. The Lemon pepper was decent. Had good lemon pepper flavoring. The Garlic Parm wings had NO taste at all. The BAD: The fact that the wings were NOT cooked WELL DONE like how I requested when I ordered online. I probably would've enjoyed the wings a little better IF they were fried hard. I just couldn't get past the just barely done slimy skin and meat. I felt like I needed to put them under my broiler for 5 minutes to get them cooked correctly. Also, online you can customize the number of wings you get of each flavor. I requested 6 Lemon Pepper and 4 garlic Parm.... I got 5 of each instead. Which just goes to show that they did not read the details of the order.. I will probably give Wing Stop another try before completely writing them off. Next time I will call to place my order, or just order in person so that I can STRESS for them to cook the wings until they're well done. The restaurant it self was clean. The eat in area was cute, The place wasn't packed or super busy, but there were about 6 tables of people eating in, and 4 people waiting for to-go orders. The staff wasn't super overly friendly, but they weren't rude either. They were just sorta THERE. read more

If you are craving for wings I Can understand however Wingstop is not the best of wing Buffalo Wild Wings is much better I would Rather go to some pizza spot and get wings there than Wingstop the staff there are okay but seems incompetent when ordering for the meal I request Don't waste your time and money. read more

This was by far the worst experience ordering food I've ever had. The "manager" Shea was the rudest worker I've ever encountered. She refused to add anything to our order after we spent 140$ on takeout and then once the order finally came the forgot all the French fries !!!! When we called she basically told us oh well. I will never order from here again, and neither will the other 9 people from the party. You suck ! read more

Good food, fast service, Pedro was very helpful. Highly recommended. Took my group of students here for lunch and they were very patient with us and explained everything in detail! read more

Some wings are a little dry, dine in isn't available. Staff are friendly and stick to a good time schedule for the food. Fries are good, soda machine is good, sometimes runs out of wings. read more

Will never be ordering from here again. 2 hrs for 8 chicken tenders. One of the orders was so over salted it was not edible! Never again!

Horrible experience will never return to this or any other Wingstop. This is possibly the worst run store I have ever been to. From the store employees to the upper management, these guys do not give a damn about its customers. I ordered wings for a Thursday Night Football party I was throwing a few weeks back in November. I ordered the wings for a 7:15pm pick up and arrived at about 7:20 to pick them up. Guy at the counter said it would be a few more minutes till they were ready. I totally understood as the restaurant was busy. I took a seat about 10 feet from the counter to wait for my wings. About 15 minutes later after not being called I again asked if they were ready. I was told they would be out in a few minutes, so I sat back down and waited, it was about 40 wings and sides so I thought maybe this was the delay. At around 8pm i asked another employee if he could check to see if my order was ready. He said it was right there in the holding area and had been for some time! At this point I did not want to argue because the game was starting and I was starving. I head home and when I pull the food out, everything was cold. I heat everything back up and enjoy my wings. Next day I receive an email asking me to rate my experience. I relay everything that happened and receive an email from corporate apologizing for my experience and if there was anything they could do. I said I appreciated the attention but i was so upset that I would just not be returning to that particular store ever again. The person at corporate asks if I would be willing to give them another shot if they gave me a gift card to try them again. I told them I would give it another shot. I was told to send them my info and someone from the store would contact me. I sent over my info and waited for the store to contact me. About two weeks went by so I replied again thinking maybe they never received my email. Within 30 minutes I received an email asking me to email the store manager directly. I did so a few days later. Again no response for a few weeks so I emailed again. This was about two weeks ago. At this point I am just so soured on this company that I will be taking my business to Buffalo Wild Wings, CandleLight, or Planet Wings. I have never had a problem with those restaurants and their service is always top notch. *UPDATE* After reading all the other reviews, most which are 1 star, I see that I am not the only one who feels this place is garbage. Good luck staying open. read more

This place is open til midnight....I walked in at 10:05PM....and the girl in the back with the braids screamed I'm not taking anymore orders.....I got too much prep to do.....I even offered to wait and the girl in the back said....I ain't doing it read more

Rick Ross Bring that ass here boi!!! Hyped up these sub-par wings...... So we were so hype about finally trying these famous "Lemon Pepper" wings from Wingstop, hype that there was actually one in the area so my gang and I went to check it out. Restaurant is clean, staff was... staff? They were ok, no complaints. We ordered the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan bone in wings, my friends ordered the teriyaki, mild, and bbq boneless wings. They told us it would be 20 minutes for the our order to be ready. The order was ready in about 7 or 8 minutes tops which was cool. We basically weren't impressed. The chicken was cooked well, the flavor was pretty blah to us. The lemon pepper didn't taste like lemon or pepper, the garlic parmesan just had a bunch of funky ass cheese dumped on top of it, didn't taste like garlic anywhere. I tried one of the mild wings it was just ok as well. Overall just an ok experience. We're really not pressed to go back to Wingstop. Disappointing. read more

Never any complaints when I come to the store sometimes super busy advise ordering via app

Requested refund for horrible service at Central Ave Yonkers, NY location 1. Placed an order directly through wingstop website and delivery is completed with doordash. 2. The order I received was completely wrong. $60+ paid with at least 15 wings missing, received items that I didn't order that I'm allergic too,  other items missing as well. 3. Called store, told I would receive a refund immediately just request online and call back if it's not processed by the end of night. 4. There is no refund request option online just customer service link. Answered questions on link but called the store back, no answer, rings off hook. 5. Called back next day,  told to call doordash since I have doordash number. 6. Received response from customer service  (3rd party service used and they can't issue refund). Called doordash and they tell me the same thing. They only deliver, they don't have payment information like wingstop said. 7. Called wingstop again and phone rings until call disconnects like the night before. Now I get the feeling they are watching the phone ring and see my number. I call back and placed immediately on hold, no one answered just hold music.  My friend calls from his phone, answered immediately. 8. I taken the phone and request my refund.  Told to call back in a few hours when manager is available.  Naw, I'll hold. Manager in the background talking. Person on phone rudely states my refund will be issues in 5-7 business days and hangs up on me. This location has time to play with my time, food, and money, so now I have time to play too. We can all be petty. I can post everyday on every review site.  This location never gets an order right. Don't even bother ordering just classic wing, they serve you mixed wings regardless. Definitely done with wingstop. Waiting for my money. read more

This place sucks, the soda machine barely had any drinks and the french fries were soggier than an old ladies titty. The wings tasted like I bit into a batter of deep fried salt. Save your money and buy some chicken wings at Dollar tree because this food taste like deep fried salty shit. read more

Alfred was the only bright spot in this establishmen. the sauce tasted like steamed asshole.

Cool staff, food was fresh! It was my first time at wing stop so i didn't know what to expect but the guy who helped me broke down everything for me on the menu vs his favorite options. will return read more

Decided to go to wing-stop tonight I had placed my order over the phone & was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I get to wing-stop 20 minutes later & the food wasn't ready then when I arrived home I received the wrong order I call them back immediately and the employee told me that it was his food! Now I have no clue if the food was touched or not I'm extremely disgusted because I have no idea why my order was mixed up with an employees! The other order that was correct was COLD the fries were COLD. You guys need to do BETTER! read more

There was deadass only two other customers when I went in and I ordered a small combo and it took 25+ minutes for just 6 wings and fries. Smh they need to work on their service, other than that the wings and fries are on point and the staff is mad friendly read more

I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Prince. Really nice person, very patient with me during my order and did his absolute best to get me out the store along with everyone else all with a smile on his face ! Thank you !!!!! read more

I really don't recommend this place at all. If you want to read my experience please continue reading. My brother and I just picked up an order (50 wings) from this place. I don't really write bad reviews about a restaurant. But, I'm really mad about my experience with this place. 1. Our order was 50 boneless wings. I specifically told them to separate those wings because they were four different flavors. They were like "yeah we know that. We always separate them unless, customers want it like that." I thought I wasn't smart enough to say that. Guess what! They put two flavors together. 2. I should've checked my order before I leave this place. It was my mistake that I didn't. I got home and opened the boxes. THEY WERE CLASSIC WINGS (with bone) when I my order was boneless wings. 3. I decided to eat them because I was hungry. Those flavors were awful. I thought mango habanero flavor was supposed to be spicy. But, this was sweet. Their hot flavor wasn't even hot. Garlic Parmesan tasted like they dipped it in salt and fried it. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. read more

This is the worst Wingstop I've ever been too. The people that here are so very nonchalant about serving food to their customers. I placed an online and the order was incomplete. I came back to the store to get the order right and they acted like I was trying to get extra chicken. This place is ghetto and I would never come back to this Wingstop. I've been to other locations where the service was outstanding and the food was delicious this Wingstop is the worst read more

3rd time in here wings are always fresh and fries are the best! Parking is always available! Will always come back!! Great Place!! read more

Very unprofessional staff, long wait, not a favorite trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's a constant fail.

Order from here delivery through uber eats the food came on time it was a little cool not going to complain about that the wings were pretty good better than some fast food places I've order from I enjoyed the dry rub and the habanero wings they were pretty spicy. Their fries were ok I will probably order from them when I want delivery. If you live in the Westchester area you are a bit of a snob when it comes to wings because we have been spoiled with wings from candlelight. I can't complain about this place the wings or the spot. read more

Nothing but great service , this was my first time at this place and instead of just staring at me like most fast food workers do, Pedro the gentleman who took care of me asked me if I needed help and explained the whole menu to me and even offered me to sample the sauces the wings were great the sauce was great and the Cajun fries were great as well highly recommend it for game day or just a quick stop with some friends. read more

Really good food and nice place and workers will come again to eat good location loved the wings and fries I got

Garbage! They ASSume your order for you. Go to Candlelight you won't be disappointed there.

Worst Wing Stop ever !! Placed two orders for pick up . The associate was so rude and not knowledgeable about my order and disregarded my order . A manager then had to step in an make my food . Worst experience ever in Scarsdale . Will never go back .!! read more

The service was horrible. We waited 25 minutes the first time but the order was not correct and the fries were cold. They didn't give us the correct dipping sauces. We asked for buffalo, 2 ranch, and blue cheese. We received 2 blue cheese and ranch and no buffalo sauce. We then waited an additional 15 minutes for the fries to be hot. As well as wait for the correct dipping sauces to be given to us. The manager kept saying that it's very busy and we have to be patient. She stated it's normal to wait 25 minutes for your food and her staff is working the best to their ability. But other patrons who got to the restaurant after us, received their food before us. read more

The staff did a great job the place was packed the line went out the door. We waited about 20 minutes for a family combo. The wings were good the fries are great cooked to crispy perfection. Definitely hit the spot for a wing fix. They do not give you a paper plates or a container to put the bones in and no wet naps lol, so grab some extra paper towels off the roll at the stand. read more

Got seriously ill within 30 minutes after eating 4 wings. This was a personal pickup by me. No delivery service was involved. Will NEVER return there again. read more

The place is understaffed and the staff that is there are usually really young and rude. You wait 20 min to get your order and it's usually done incorrectly. I do like the wings but the overall experience is not a pleasant one. I will never go back. read more

Yuck! Ordered lemon and pepper wings and it was more like a plate of salt! The hype isn't real! Never going back .

This place is so incredibly slow seemed unorganized .. and the food is just ok wont be coming here again.

Definitely got food poisoning from this place. I placed my order to go in the restaurant for mild and garlic parm wings. I ate them once I got home 20 mins after I left. The wings mild winds were much colder than the garlic parm. It was the only food I had all day. Next time I will listen to the reviews. I cannot recommend this place nor will I eat here again. read more

I used to order at this wing stop multiple times without any problem until I had placed a order for pick up. I placed my order at 11:35pm and went 20 minutes afterwards since the conformation email I got said that's when it would be ready. I go in and tell a worker that I was picking up, and she tells me that one of the workers that had just left saw my order, caught an attitude and said she wasn't making my order that she'll just give me a refund in the morning and proceeded to turn off all the fryers to start closing. The worker that had told me this did apologize about it all happening and offered to give me what I had ordered plus a free meal so I do appreciate that, but when I had went there the next day I was greeted by another worker with an attitude as well. This place hires the most disgusting and disrespectful people that just don't seem like they want to be there. If that's the case, they should just quit. read more

The atmosphere was cleanly and staff was friendly. Pedro was very helpful in explaining all our options. This is the best Wingstop in the area and I always get great service when I come. read more

This wingstop was absolutely terrible. To start of we waited 10 minutes just to order our food. This was because the cashiers were just hanging out in the back. After we received our food we had to find they had no forks, being forced to eat our BONELESS chicken wings with toothpicks. The best service we had was the soda machine. The food was rancid one of my friends even threw up in the restaurant. The cashier was even smoking an E-Cigarette. I would not recommend going to this Wingstop. Tell Rick Ross to stop worrying about trying to lose weight and put some damn forks in the restaurant. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered through grub hub with a wait time of 70 minutes and it got to me in 65 so grab hub was fine. However Wingstop forgot part of my order. The drive told me I had to call the store in order to get my food. Ok. I called and the guy who answered sounded like he was about to die or high off his ass and told me that as soon as the driver got back they would send my food. After 40 minutes of waiting and no food coming I called back only for this other guy to tell me there was no food there and there was no way they could deliver the food bc they don't do delivery... then how did I get my food in the first place?! Also in order to get my food or a refund I had to go to the store which I couldn't do bc I was working. Also the wings were over cooked. End of the story don't waste your time or money. There's so many other wing places Wingstop doesn't deserve your hard earned money. read more

If you go to this location, make sure you count your wings before leaving because counting is clearly not a job requirement.
