Upon picking up my order, I asked the young the lady to verify the order I placed then proceeded to pay after verification. After getting in my car and driving off I said let me see what exactly what they did. It's as if u knew the order wasn't good. overall wingstop on central ave in yonkers is not bad and being not a big wing guy i did enjoy the crispy chicken sandwich, chicken tenders and cheese fries mostly. they do have inside seating and orders can take a while especially if its busy .good variety of wing flavors and sauces including the popular garlic and buffalo flavors . i snatched a few wings from my cuzs tray when he got distracted by the pretty gals sitting next to us and to be honest , the wings at applebees are better . i still will visit wingstop again as i like the tenders and fries the most . read more

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. When we entered the place we were not greeted. There was a white woman behind the counter who asked us if we were ordering, to which we replied yes. She then proceeded to take at least seven minutes to attend to us, even when we brought it to her attention. She finally decided to take our order, with of course an extreme attitude. She told us they were out of tenders, and don't take cards. All of this could have been avoided if she told us that when we entered, and greeted us as she properly should have, because we left that shitty place anyway. I love the wings!! They taste great. We've been here several times. We usually get a mix of original hot and garlic Parmesan. If you eat them in the restaurant, they are crispy. If you take them to go they tend to get soggy. The hot isn't hot at all, but taste great. For heat you need the atomic! It's hot, but I didn't like the flavor. I want to preface this by saying that I was excited to try Wingstop and would never have expected this horrible experience. I walked into the store and waited around 10 minutes to be called to the register. Keep in mind there was nobody in front of me and about 2 people in the store sitting. Giving 4 stars because my dine in experience was fast and made for a cute date night. However, be warned.... wait times can fluctuate. When you're sitting there and eating, you are prioritized. Wings were good enough. There's a spice-o-meter which shows the different wing flavors and how (un)spicy each are. I got the mango habanero which are high on the spice-o-meter but are not redic. I balanced that out with some teriyaki wings which are almost the mildest. The fries are think and nice. Staff was pleasant enough. Strangest thing: no trash cans. They seem to surcharge everything; extra seasoning, water cups, etc. without actually telling you there's a surcharge. I got a peach Sprite. Also good, the fries. I loved the fry seasoning that was on the fries. It tastes like the seasoning has a little bit of sugar in it. I could eat the fries w/o ketchup, that's how good the seasoning was. I'd go back just for a drink and fries. The Okay: I got a 10 piece combo. Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parm. The Lemon pepper was decent. Had good lemon pepper flavoring. The Garlic Parm wings had NO taste at all. The BAD: The fact that the wings were NOT cooked WELL DONE like how I requested when I ordered online. I probably would've enjoyed the wings a little better IF they were fried hard. I just couldn't get past the just barely done slimy skin and meat. I felt like I needed to put them under my broiler for 5 minutes to get them cooked correctly. Also, online you can customize the number of wings you get of each flavor. I requested 6 Lemon Pepper and 4 garlic Parm.... I got 5 of each instead. Which just goes to show that they did not read the details of the order.. I will probably give Wing Stop another try before completely writing them off. Next time I will call to place my order, or just order in person so that I can STRESS for them to cook the wings until they're well done. The restaurant it self was clean.
