Good wings and even better customer service! I continue to have a great experience at the Wingstop on Central Park Ave in Yonkers! This time I ordered the 30-piece meal for $50, with Lemon Pepper, Cajun, and Louisiana Rub wings, along with fries. Everything came out great, and my wings were cooked exactly how I like them -- well done! The manager Julean, is an absolute pleasure every time I come in! She always greets me with a smile, is friendly, accommodating, and makes sure my order is prepared the way I like it. I LOVE great customer service, and Julene consistently delivers it! The restaurant is always clean whenever I visit, and the bathroom is clean too! If I had to point out one thing that could be improved, it would definitely be the blue cheese. I usually end up using my own blue cheese at home because Wingstop's has a very thin, watery consistency. Blue cheese should be thick and creamy, especially when you're dipping wings and fries in it. A thicker, richer blue cheese would make the meal even better. Other than that, I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. Great wings, clean restaurant, and outstanding customer service. Julean, keep doing what you're doing -- it definitely does not go unnoticed! read more

Just got back from my travels and tried the Wingstop here, actually the best Wingstop I've been to so far! The Female Manager? Running the register with the braided hair was extremely nice, welcoming and pleasant! The fries were crunchy and well seasoned!!! And the chicken tastes better here than elsewhere in my opinion! Thank you guys so much! And nice tattoos again read more

The new management is awful. I will never go back. Wrong wings, tons of oil in wings, undercooked fries, rude cash register girl, and long wait, double the reported pick-up time. They prioritize door dash. Such a shame the manager from 2 years ago was awesome and the food was perfect. Such a shame. Hire a new manager. I think he is dating the cashier. read more

I ordered a mango habanero chicken sandwich they gave me something else I don't know what this is I'm so mad and my voodo fries barely got any voodoo they have no cheese they did not make this with love and I am so disappointed. they did not give us napkins in the bag and the ice machine does not work and they didn't give us wingstop wipes and no forks and it's not like I can call them or have them switch my order because it's closed now . get better night staff. seriously read more

I ordered online and they got my order completely wrong. I was so excited and Im so disappointed I'm at the point of tears.

This place serves decent chicken wings the guy at the counter Giovanni was a nice dude. Cravwings up a bit further on Central Ave serves meatier more superior tasting wings. This place does not have any DINE IN available; it's TAKE OUT ONLY. Also if you like 80's music...they were pumping that shit through the speakers in the store while I was waiting. read more

I called a to go order in. The young on the phone for some reason could not get my order right u til I repeated myself for a third time. Upon picking up my order, I asked the young the lady to verify the order I placed then proceeded to pay after verification. After getting in my car and driving off I said let me see what exactly what they did. It's as if u knew the order wasn't good. I asked for well done but I have pieces of chicken that are white and sparse of the mango habanero sauce I asked for. Proceed with caution at these restaurants especially where there is a disportionate amount of young adolescents in the kitchen. No concept of food preparation serving under cooked meat. read more

so when I got inside the wingstop it was clean, nothing dirty, food service was good however, 25 minutes - 30 minutes I was looking around sitting in the chair, three womens came to the wingstop, and more womens there was only one boy and it was me, ONE BOY AND IT WAS ME! The girls was about to leave one of the girls spilled a juice, they didn't even clean it and then I got my food when I went back to my house I was gonna eat my food and actually it was good! I got fries and a chicken sandwich actually my first time coming there. read more

For years this place has never been good. The food is great don't get me wrong but the WAIT TIME. I could cook the food myself for the amount of time it takes. Nothing fast about it. And it's so unprofessional too. I get it, nobody wants to stand around bored but it's like a high school lunch room in there with the workers. Too busy talking and playing and pushing each other to take an order. It's been like this for years. We decided to give it another shot recently, still the same. I would not recommend going to this specific wing stop. Dunno if other wing stops are different read more

The wings are the top were actually supposed to be Garlic Parmesan, not plain. Whoever prepared these clearly just gave it a light "dusting" of garlic parmesan. I brought the same exact wings earlier in the day, on multiple occasions, I always get what I ask for. Every time I order at night, I get garbage. This is just lazy, honestly! read more

I'm a big fan of Wingstop they have been loyal to me for a couple months now. Everytime I have ordered it has been very good! Thank you Wingstop! read more

Like other reviewers. The place is a sh@tshow. Takes forever to get order. They don't tell you if something is extra. The do a lot of pick up business so they're backed up even if the place is empty. But the worst is the price $15 for 6 wings. The wings are small and flavorless. Just fried and some sauce. Can get better prices, wings and service any other place. Skip it. read more

I physically went to this location, ordered 10 mango habanero wings well done. Waited for the order to be prepared. Left with my order and the arrived home e to find my order incorrect. When the manager/supervisor got on the phone, he said if u can bring the wings back and we'll fix you a new order. I told I just got home. Next I know I was hung up on. Never again will this establishment see my moment read more

Rude! Rude! Rude! Worker literally just looking at us like we were bothering him!! Did I say rude!! RUDE! What happened to Hello! How can I help you!! Not here! overall wingstop on central ave in yonkers is not bad and being not a big wing guy i did enjoy the crispy chicken sandwich, chicken tenders and cheese fries mostly. they do have inside seating and orders can take a while especially if its busy .good variety of wing flavors and sauces including the popular garlic and buffalo flavors . i snatched a few wings from my cuzs tray when he got distracted by the pretty gals sitting next to us and to be honest , the wings at applebees are better . i still will visit wingstop again as i like the tenders and fries the most . read more

Great food, fantastic choices, all excellent. Busy place so the staff does their best to keep up. Highly recommend, just be patient!

I'm so annoyed with this Wingstop . I clearly always specify that I want my wings WELL DONE and they always send me wings that look uncooked . Never ordering from this location again . Just look at the pictures , they look raw , I might as well just go to a nursery chicken shop and get a live animal. I'm so mad read more

I placed my order online for a pick up time of 245. I went to the location and the employee told they did not see or get my order. When I showed them the email with all of information they said it never come thru thier system. Finally after 10 minutes a manager came over and said she will get the order processed. She said she would give a complimentary fries due to mix up. When I got home i did not have my fries or the the other half of my order. When I called back and ask for the manager I was in a long hold and kept on getting hung up on. The person I spoke to when I asked fot a credit for the missing items she said either come in or don't and was very rude when I asked for a manager and told them I've been on hold 3 times for over 30 minutes. I am never going back to this location or any after this read more

Food was okay but it took 45 minutes to get 1 order, and the store was not terribly busy. There was only 1 girl in there that seemed to be doing a little bit of everything while everyone else casually worked. 45 minutes for 10 boneless wings and some fries is unacceptable. I won't be going back again. read more

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. When we entered the place we were not greeted. There was a white woman behind the counter who asked us if we were ordering, to which we replied yes. She then proceeded to take at least seven minutes to attend to us, even when we brought it to her attention. She finally decided to take our order, with of course an extreme attitude. She told us they were out of tenders, and don't take cards. All of this could have been avoided if she told us that when we entered, and greeted us as she properly should have, because we left that shitty place anyway. She showed a mean attitude to her coworker behind the counter as well. I would hate to be in the same vicinity as her. read more

Large portions and food was great- lots of drink options from the fountain. New GM Freddy was attentive.

When it takes 50+ minutes to get wings in a fast food wing spot, you know there's something wrong. The staff completely ignores you. They stack completed orders on a rack and then let them sit there for a while before calling out names. On top of that, the floor is slippery from all the grease. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

I love the wings!! They taste great. We've been here several times. We usually get a mix of original hot and garlic Parmesan. If you eat them in the restaurant, they are crispy. If you take them to go they tend to get soggy. The hot isn't hot at all, but taste great. For heat you need the atomic! It's hot, but I didn't like the flavor. I rated this place so low, because the service sucks! The workers don't seem to care. I've mostly ordered in person but I've also ordered online a few times in the past. They are slow and several times have over looked my order. Take today...01/06/2019... I placed an order at 6:12PM (according to the receipt.) At 6:40PM I realized I didn't have my food. I brought it to the attention of the cashier. She asked in the back. I heard someone mumble from the back, "when it's done". Really?! That's the appropriate response? When it's done? That's how you treat you customers? My order was about $70 at a fast food wing joint!! That's the service you give me? The cashier came back and said it'll be another 10-15 minutes. I eventually got my food at exactly 6:50pm. This order was supposed to be to stay, it was packed to go. I unpacked the order. Then realized I needed plates. I asked a female near the pick up window for plates and she acted like I was bothering her. Highly unacceptable. Not sure if I'll be back. Like I said, the wings are good but you guys need to work on your customer service. read more

I ordered a large amount of food and when I went to pick it up I was given one bag. I get home and realize all the food wasn't there. When I call they said the forgot to give me one of the bags. Really? Now what do I do to get the rest of my order? I have to come back. What is my compensation for your horrible customer service? A bottle of soda or lemonade. I went back, disgusted, and got the rest of my food. No lemonade. So I ask and get blank stares from the inept counter workers. I ask for the person I spoke to on the phone. I really just want an apology, not your lemonade. I had to ask for that too. I will be making my own wings from now on. read more

I want to preface this by saying that I was excited to try Wingstop and would never have expected this horrible experience. I walked into the store and waited around 10 minutes to be called to the register. Keep in mind there was nobody in front of me and about 2 people in the store sitting. One guy who had previously ordered was also experiencing some difficulties with his order because he waited for about an hour to receive the wrong order multiple times. I stood in the store witnessing the entire event while he was getting rightfully enraged. It seems as though you are being ignored when you walk in and you are a bother to the workers. Also, all the workers in the back seemed to be so busy with never-ending bundles of fries but DID NOT make my order FOR AN HOUR. If I hadn't been looking to try Wingstop for the first time, I would have walked out by now. Even the guy who was upset said "I've been standing here for an hour why are you guys making food for people who aren't even here!!!" When they looked over at me waiting they made it seem like I was not there at all. After finally getting my food, they acted like everything was fine and not like I had just stood in their store for an hour while there was nobody else in there. 6 workers. 2 customers. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

It seems like they have new staff who clearly don't give a damn how they are making your food. The last 2x I came my tenders where burnt and very dark brown. I asked the reason and was told that the oil has not been changed! It's a shame, they used to be my favorite wing spot but I am no longer a customer of this location anymore read more

Love me some wingstop but holy SHIT y'all hire horrible employees. I could order my food 1 hour ahead and it'll always be the same story. "Sorry we're backed up it's gonna be 10 more minutes" meanwhile when you walk in they are just standing around doing nothing. As if They had no idea about your order in the first place. slow, lazy, dumb employees at every wingstop location read more

The grease that they fry the food in smells old. That place definitely needs to be inspected.

Really good food!! It took like 20 min for the lady/manager to make our order but i dont blame her! She was really nice and complimented us on our clothes! other workers were also really nice! Giving 4 stars because my dine in experience was fast and made for a cute date night. However, be warned.... wait times can fluctuate. When you're sitting there and eating, you are prioritized. I recommend ordering to go via phone instead of in store or online. It's easier that way. Give them about 20-25 minutes on weekends to complete your order and 10-15 on weekdays. Love wingstop regardless read more

Wings were good enough. There's a spice-o-meter which shows the different wing flavors and how (un)spicy each are. I got the mango habanero which are high on the spice-o-meter but are not redic. I balanced that out with some teriyaki wings which are almost the mildest. The fries are think and nice. Staff was pleasant enough. Strangest thing: no trash cans. It's fast food so I didn't get that there are no trash dispensers. Staff picks up the trash. It's nothing extraordinary but the wings are good and made fast. read more

Worst wing stop ever, employees and the "manager" are rude and non-caring when they mess up, ordered online went to pick up 15 min later was told my order won't be ready for another 20 min, turned out my order was done and sitting there the whole time getting cold. Ordered online. Pickup was quick and on time. Wings were good. They were good size and the flavors I got were OK. They were kind of on the over-fried side and saltier than I'd like.
