Got delivery from here. Huge order. 40 wings (10 boneless mango habanero, 10 boneless honey bbq, 10 boneless hot, & 10 classic hot) family meal. We tried the lemon pepper fries and asked for extra crispy but they were still very soft. So not excited about that. The boneless hot didn't taste the same as the bone in hot. Which was very disappointing. Mango habanero wings are delicious but extremely hot. Like we filled up our stomachs on water from eating one. Placed an order for pick-up and the order was right but, the wings I ordered which were Lemon Pepper were very dry. They appeared to have the seasoning sprinkled on them after they were cooked. I was disappointed. The Veggies and the French Fries we ordered were not packaged/contained for a to-go order. They were both placed in separate containers such as you get when you eat there at the restaurant. No cover /lid so when I got home with my food the fries spilled over the veggies. Very disappointed. I don't even think this deserves one star!! When I called to tell the so called manager by the name of TJ or CJ he did not care or even heard a word I said to him! I have noticed in the past recent visits since they lost their liquor license it has gone downhill and tonight's visit proved it. read more

I think they're a good value, as well. The staff is always friendly. They get 4 stars not because it's a life changing dining experience, but because they do what they do very well. I ordered 6 garlic parmesan and 6 original hot boneless wing at lunch time. The wings were way overcooked. I broke a plastic fork trying to pick a wing up. I ate 3 wings and could not move forward. The lynch line was long, so I left and decided not to make a scene . I called in during the afternoon to let them know. The rep told me I needed to bring the wings in to prove it. I let her know I dined in and left them on the table. She asked for my name and pur me on hold. I waited for 10 mins on hold and she came back and said "Thank you for letting us know". I asked if she visited with manager. And she said "No, she was helping other customers ". She told me they have had complaints all day long... This was handled very poorly. She said "thanks for letting us know again and sorry". That completed the call. Really got no resolution. After knowing they had a lot of complaints, I really expected them to make it right. This place has now gone downhill! The owner is allowing incompetent personnel to be the first point of contact as well as the management he puts in charge, They also do not have any respect for their customers. They messed up my order and when I called back to let them know, they guys at the counter do not know how to handle any issues and then I was hung up on. When I called back, my husband was now back in the store at the counter to get our food corrected, they guy that answered the phone proceeded to hang up on me again and said "that old bitch keeps calling" then laughed. My husband confronted him at that point and then management proceeded to dismiss my husband with saying "well you got your food now". I filed a formal complaint with Wingstop corporate well over a week ago and have been assured 3 different times when I have called, that I will be called back.....still waiting on the owner to call me! Used to frequent this establishment but the last 2 times I've been disappointed. In my opinion the sauces are runny and taste watered down. I asked the girl working last time I was there if they made any changes to the recipe and she said that they had indeed changed it and it wasn't as thick as the "old stuff". Will not be back. What's the point in having flavored wings but the sauce doesn't even stick to the wings? Good fries though and they definitely come in abundance with a personal combo. read more

WHAT A JOKE! Just so you folks know, if it's 10:35 or later they don't accept orders hahahaha how hilarious and lazy. The excuses were plain and boring, the guy Gabriel on the phone was completely making them up on the spot because obviously he is and they all are lazy sacks of low wage working losers, he ended up hanging up on me for simply asking who the manager was who gave the go ahead for this protocol. Obviously the owner and corporate wouldn't approve this at all, they stay open until 11 for a reason, it isn't their obligation to care about you, they pay you to do a job... but these lazy little plebs are selfish and lazy enough to actually tell customers who call over 20 minutes before they close that they can't take their orders "because it's too close to close". "Oh I'm just doing what I'm told" haha disgraceful, I heard places do this but never actually had to deal with it other than at trashy pizza places and never this bad. What a joke. Literally stops replying for 30 seconds and then hangs up. Looking at these reviews, they obviously have management issues, having worked in low end (price-wise) places plenty before, I cant believe they don't have a good work ethic to try and improve their situation at all. Baffles me. Have some pride and do your job. Ive stayed at restaurants that close at 10 or 11 for over two hours longer fulfilling complete service until then BECAUSE ITS WHAT YOU GET PAID TO DO. Went to this Wingstop at 1115 PM on a Friday night. 8/5/16. Their advertised closing time is midnight. The guy at the counter told us that they were only taking to go orders. We easily could have eaten and been out of there by midnight. My guess is they didn't want to deal with pesky customers because they wanted to be finished and leave right at closing time. If I owned the place I wouldn't keep employees like that around. We ended up eating at BWW that gladly took our business. read more

Online I ordered 100 wings (an $88 order) with instructions that they're to be picked up promptly at 6:15 for me to take to a group meeting. I also called the store to confirm the order, which they did. I showed up at 6:22 (traffic) and the two lady's cooking were both sitting down chatting.
