****INSPECT FOOD BEFORE LEAVEING**** I ordered my food at 10:35 by phone, I was told my order would be ready in 10-12 minutes, arrived at 10:54 and paid in store. I was told my food was not ready, I waited till 11:05 in vehicle and went in and food still wasn't ready, went back in at 11:15 and it also wasn't ready. Food was finally ready at 11:22. Looking at wings at home an 1 set of wings are wrong flavor, the 2 other sets of wings had the sauce poured on, to were I can see the wing crispy skin. I called the store an spoke to Kassandra the manager. I reported the problem and she stated "since it was after 11PM they don't have access to the bowls and that's how they do things" even though the order was placed before 11PM. I told her the food looked halfed-assed and rushed, and I've never had an experience like this at Wingstop, she said I can get a remake of the food or to bring the food back for a refund since I think the food is half-assed. My girlfriend ordered food at 11:20 on Wednesday and I picked it up and got home only to find it looking like this, it had next to zero sauce on both items and they didn't toss the wings at all, the sandwich literally only had sauce on one side and when I came back the girl at the counter said "When it's this late we don't use bowls to toss them that's just how it comes" which is just the short way of saying we're lazy. This Wingstop was the best place I have eaten my food was cook the perfect way and fries where not burn. They actually put sauce in your wings , not like other places I have went too. My boyfriend placed the order online and scheduled pickup time at 11:45am. I had just gotten done with my workout so I swung by to get the food. Place was clean. The food was ready on time and the service was quick for me. The server acknowledged me when I walked in and gave me my order - in and out probably less than 30 seconds. We ordered the full court meal - limited time, comes with 12 wings , 8 boneless, 3 flavors, fries, 2 dips for about $20! I'd say it's a steal. Then since I brought the food home it did sit for 2 hours in the bag before I had my first bite. Omg the first bite of mango habanero boneless was pretty good and usually it's hard for these places to please me. So that was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely reorder that. Still crispy and crunchy yet tender and warm. I of course still reheated my food in the air fryer at 400F for 5-8 min depending on how much was in there (mainly the fries since they got soggy, then adding in the chicken for the last few min). This made the fries come out nice, warm, and crunchy how they probably would've been if I had eaten it fresh. The fries, we did debate whether to get them extra crispy and/or extra seasoning, but I can't remember if last time was too much seasoning or too crispy so I just kept it normal. I think the ranch compensates for any less seasoning from their fries. I love their ranch. As for the other bone in flavors we got the meltdown classic and lemon pepper. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I ordered a 6pc with fries and a drink for myself and the 20 pc boneless with lg fries combo for wife and kids.
