This Wingstop is by far the best location I've ever been too. I walked in, was immediately greeted by the person up front. She took my order and was super helpful when I had questions about my order. Then while I was waiting for my food I noticed that the restaurant was super clean. Which should be considered a food place standard, but when I am willing to drive to a further Wingstop location than the one directly next to my house because that one grosses me out when I walk into it, I say that this feat becomes review worthy. Once I got the food I was happy when I found that the food was even better than the service and cleanliness I got. When my kids were younger we used to go there quite often but I've not been there in a while. The place was clean and the staff were nice enough. When I got home with my order I found the wings deep fried to oblivion. I had this picture in my head of warm, juicy, and tender wings. They are basically hard as a rock. There is no meat on them that I would consider edible. This makes me want to return to my vegan diet. I called the Wingstop right away and told them of the issue. It's slowly got worse and worse as time goes on. The fries are maybe 20% hit 80% miss. There was a period of a year where they were using chicken that was half the size of normal and still charging full price for it. But the straw that broke the camels back was tonight when I called at 10pm to order food like I have literally hundreds of times and they don't even answer the phone. I check to see when they close and it says midnight on Saturdays, so I put my phone down on speaker for literally 35 minutes just listening to the horrid jingle over and over. I know what you're thinking "just order online", I prefer not to but every time I try it says online ordering is unavailable anyways. So someone who works there is closing down shop early on the weekends. And when you do get someone on the phone around 10pm they act like they're upset they even had to answer the phone. Nobody deserves this level of disrespect, especially a person who's been going to the place and pouring money into this location since it was put up at least 15 years ago or close to it. Unfortunately it's become so common that I'm going to have to start ordering from a further away wingstop just to get any food. While sitting and waiting for my food, the employees are leaning over the counter on their phones with what seems to be a friend visiting.
