This is the laziest crew I have ever encountered, cashier gives my order in single bag when I specifically asked for individual bags for each order. I asked to see what's in the bag to double check the order and the person hands me a receipt stapled to the bag says "here is the receipt that is on the bag and it tells you what you ordered". How the hell will I know what it says on the receipt when it shows order codes that is only knowledgeable to the staff. I love wingstop but unfortunately this location is just horrible. The customer service here is so bad i'm not even sure how these people still have jobs. I came in here with an order of 7 combos to be picked up the following day and upon picking up I asked the manager if everything was there and she said yes and so then I left. When i got to work i realized not one not two orders but three orders were missing. I called back immediately and was greeted by the rude manager who instead of trying to argue with me and a co worker at the same time couldn't just reassure me she would take care of it. She blamed a co worker who was "new" and then rudely told me she had to call me back because it was busy which i totally understand but it's really the tone in which you speak to people. Obviously I went back to get my refund and was only able to get 2/3 meals refunded because i didn't have the other part of the receipt and was told to come back. Upon coming back the manager was not in and was called by an associate who pretty much said you're shit out of luck why didn't you get all three refunds at the same time. Obviously i would have if i could. This is not the only time that they have forgotten food in my orders this just happened to be the worst of all times.
