The food at this location is far from great. I ordered lemon pepper wings and also traditional buffalo and it was not the best tasting. I don't know but there was something weird about the chicken I want to say maybe they overcooked it to the point where it almost tasted like rubber. I never knew chicken could taste like that but at this location it sure did. The service was not memorable so that probably means it wasn't good but I'm not really here for the service more than I am for the food and the wings here were not good. read more

Honestly, this Wingstop is alright. The food is mediocre, sometimes even when I don't want well done, they'll give me well done. Service is alright as well. Pricing is a bit iffy, seeing how some stuff like soda is quite pricy. If you're on a budget, probably don't come to Wingstop. read more

I waited 31 minutes at 2pm on a Friday for 10 wings. Yes, 10 wings. Fries were dark but limp and soggy. Dirty oil? Not sure. All I know is I'm not coming back to this location. read more

Do not bother to order from this place. This place will let you wait for 30+ more min than they told you the time to pick up the order and the order is sitting on the shell. AND the RUDE manager will not apology for their ignorance letting you wait for the order that is just sitting on the shell. read more

this is by far the worst wingstop location. Food prep is extremely slow and the wings are just not prepped correctly. Wings at other locations taste much much better. read more

I don't want to blame the employees it's not so much their fault they were really understaffed I took an order at online at 5:30 my food wasn't ready till 6:15 or so Pm I noticed there was also 2 other costumers with similar issues the frys were also under cooked, a new stone just need a better manager and more employees that's my 2 cents in the matter. Not really judging to hard I've worked at a wing stop at one point it can be tough during rush hour also didn't help that I went on lunch wouldn't suggest it to anyone with a 30 Min lunch break lol read more

Foods always cold, wings and fries are always soggy, even when asked for well done. Ive been to this wing stop on 4 different occasions and bad every single time. read more

Let me just say how exticed I was that they open a wing stop next to school. The staff is great this one lady that works there I don't remember her name she's an older white lady short brown hair she's really sweet and always make me feel good. And the food I great as always. However the down about this place is it's always dirty , like super dirty. I'm taking about the tables are gross there is always food on them and the floor as well and the bathroom was gross. I love this place but wouldn't eat here. read more

Always great customer service! Wings are also cooked the way I like it and not too wet dripping with oil like other locations. Emily helped me out with my order and displayed great customer service. read more

Customer service was great. Ordered some boneless wings for monday with a bone in combo. But they accidentally placed a boneless combo. They made a new batch of bone in without any problems. read more

Terrible service. All of the employees are clearly on their phones in the back instead of doing their work. I've been waiting for my 10 pc order for half an hour, came in with only two people ordering ahead of me. Just had to ask for my order which had been ready for a while. Up the customer service, this is terrible. read more

Service is horrible. It's the closest one to my house, so I'm forced to order from here. I called them for a Togo order and they said they weren't doing those at the hour I called. He was rude about it. So I went online and did an online order, which is basically the same thing. Food was cool though. read more

Idk why this location has two stars. I finally found a wing stop that is clean, no oil streaks on my wing box/bag, fully coated wings!!! My usual spot is in Glendora because the one in city of Industry sucks and the one in la puente sucks! The chicken there taste old and watery. But this place is really good and I was really happy with my service and cashier Arianna! She was on it she was helping in the kitchen, answering phones, taking orders, and cleaning the lobby area. I found a closer spot to me that's ACTUALLY GOOD AND FOLLOWS THE CORRECT FOOD HANDLING STEPS ! I came during slow afternoon I hope they meet my standard during a peek hour. Thanks !!!!! read more

On the bright side, I ordered 5 pieces but they gave me extra! But the down side is they also drowned them in like 2 lbs of sauce....

Don't bother ordering from this Wingstop. They will forget your items and never refund the money for missing items even when they say it will show in 2-3 business days. It has now been two weeks, still no refund. I spoke to Anthony. Here's my order number: 1780403865 read more

I came here during a down time because I've had issues with them taking forever. I ordered ahead and still had to wait in the lobby for my food to be done. The other 2 people in the lobby were just as angry as I was. Upon driving home, I realized they missed parts of my order. I then unhappily have to drive back to the store. I call and am placed on hold for over 10 minutes before I hang up, call again and am instantly helped. The manager was the most unprofessional, least helpful person I've ever encountered. She said "I'll give you an extra fry" and gave attitude the entire time. The make up fries lacked seasoning and were bland as all heck. Then by the time I made it home my food was cold. Needless to say last time I come here. Make the drive and go to the one in chino hills. This one is GARBAGE. read more

I love wingstop but the service I received at this location was unlike any other wingstop location. My friends and I walked up to the register and the cashier hastily walks up to us and immediately has a short attitude with us. She asked what I wanted and I said 15 boneless wings and she said 2 flavors and I wasn't too sure what I exactly wanted so I paused for about 10 seconds and she sighed and tilted her head at me as if she had better things to do. This type of customer service was so unwelcoming and it makes me not want to come back. I was not greeted with a smile or even "enjoy your meal", she was purposely short with me and my friend and considering there was no line I see no reason as to why. read more

Terrible! Placed an online order..after paying they changed my wait time 3 times. Do you like to wait an hour or more for your food? Come here! Never again. Sorry wingstop, your not that good, not worth wasting my time. read more

I usually never write reviews even if the place is bomb and it really doesn't even deserve one star,But my boyfriend and I LOVE wingstop. My boyfriend ordered online, it was about 7 ish pm when the order was placed. We thought we'd try this location as it's closer than the Industry one we always go to. We never ever had problems at the Industry location, just the drive to get there was always backed up. Anyways, we got there at around 7:15/7:20 pm, the girl ringing us up read us the wrong order, and then gave us the wrong change back. The girls name on the receipt we have is Kary. At this point, I was just like okay, it's probably her first day, on a Friday, cut them some slack. Honestly took about 7-8 minutes for them to figure out how to open up the cash drawer to give us the right change and it took the cashier another 2 minutes to calculate the correct change to give back when it was written clearly on the receipt. (She gave us $25 back which was how much the gift card was that we used to pay, and our remaining balance was like 3 bucks and a few cents, we paid with a $20 bill since we didn't have loose change, she had punched in the register that we had given her a $20 bill and the change back was 16 bucks and some change and still gave us back $25) and after giving us the correct change she disappeared and so did the other girl who was helping her. ANYWHO, It wasn't packed at all, and everyone in there seemed to have already gotten their food. She gave us our drinks, and I walked away to get them, I'm not sure if she told my bf that our order will be right out but we waited. Waited and waited and waited. The kitchen looked like they were all scrambling like chickens with their head cut off. It was already 7:30ish, and we still didn't get our food. One of the guys that already got their order let them know that they forgot their fries AND had given them bone in wings when they asked for boneless. The guy was really nice about it he just wanted to let them know, and the girl taking care of him seemed to just not even care and handled it poorly. This guy had to wait a little longer for fries that he should've gotten with his order. In the midst of all this, we noticed there was a bag sitting on their counter, for who knows how long and everyone was walking back and forth right by it. We were getting very impatient. My boyfriend asks one of the workers (the same girl that was handling the guys messed up order) if that bagged order was for Danielle, and the girl says "uhm... oh yeah it is" and hands it to him. We walked out of there at around 7:50 pm. Our food could've been ready when we got there at around 7:15/7:20 and we waited another half an hour, in total almost a whole hour for our food that was sitting there not even being noticed. And to top it off we found this as one of our wings when we were eating at home. I don't know what it is, maybe a ball full of fat? I honestly didn't want to find out, we couldn't even stab it with our fork, it was so rubbery-ish, yet it was still coated and made to look like one of our mango habanero wings. Had I seen this WHILE eating at the store, that would've been the last straw, I would've said something right then and there. I've never felt so disappointed in a Wingstop ever. We will not be coming back to this location until a manager here gets these employees trained correctly especially for customer service. It didn't even look like any type of manager was on duty. I've done customer service in food and supervised in food for 3 in a half years and currently working in retail for almost 1 year. And not one employee showed any sort of proper customer service. Not even the basics. It was just horrible. And we were so excited because it was so much roomier than the one in Industry. But, again we won't be coming back here that's for sure. Maybe in the future if it gets it's act together. read more

Not one to usually leave a bad review.. I tried to Give this place another chance..but the customer service and timing at this location is really bad. They ignore you when you walk in and try to order. They were more interested being on their phone than doing their jobs. Such a shame will not be back at this location read more

This place takes forever to give you your order! They say 20 minute wait, but really mean 50 minutes!!!

I placed an order online for 10 wings, they didn't check it again then I saw the ring order when I got home.

This is the second time at this particular Wingstop.. needless to say I not a fan.. I'll be driving to Chino hills from walnut to get my wings. How much salt can you put on fries.. ranch or blue cheese?? Big difference!! I watched a customer go up to the counter twice because she was given blue cheese not ranch.. so after I waited for 27 minuets I ask.. "is this ranch in the bag" ?? Yes.. so I open it up!! Blue cheese it is.. oh and one opened in the bottom of the bag. Did they change out the bag?? Nope.. cahier have an attitude when I asked for ranch.. yup!! So the cook said I got you, have me 3 new ranch. Get home it's blue cheese.. with?? Really. I don't understand.. I've been here twice and both times I have been told to come back! The first time I did I had to beg for new fries because they were so cold after waiting to fix my wings order they messed up. So I see the manager response..SMH. your not taking your customer's seriously.. so many bad reviews and it's not changed. You said 18 minutes I wait 27.. I PAY for ranch, you give me blue cheese. I come back because of your mistake and I get an attitude.. so sad.. what a great spot to thrive your business. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Walnut, California

GAG......this location is pure trash!! The little boys who work here are beyond unprofessional and a embarrassment to this location I've been here on multiple occasions and every time I go in I wait at least 15 minutes before one of these little boys acknowledge that someone is at there store not only that the music they have on playing is insane nothing but cuss words and profanity like be real this is a restaurant who wants to hear all this cussing when people come in with family. I recently placed a order and received under cooked wings and a wrong order to top it off. I called in the next day to speak with a manager to be told she will be in later on that evening and then call back to all of a sudden hear she called in sick yeah right needless to say I will definitely be reaching out to the health department and whoever else to make sure this place gets held accountable for the lack of service provided as well as cleanliness this place is disgustingly dirty when I was there a employee dropped a trash bin right where people order and YELLED a eff bomb out loudly in front of everyone so professional right the only ones who found it funny where the immature coworkers at this point this place needs a whole new staff or to be shut down completely. read more

Came for Super Bowl, managed all the orders extremely well and had food come out right on time. Management and staff were amazing. Best wing stop ever! read more

Can't go wrong with Wings stop...loves loves their wings. Hope they have beers. Can't wait to try other flavors.

Every time we passed by the store, my husband wanted to try it out. We were excited to finally be there around meal time and bring home three different flavors - plain, BBQ, and garlic. I tried one piece of each flavor and could not believe how salty and overcooked they all were. I hated to waste food but had to throw them away. Maybe salty fried chicken help sell high margin soft drink, but this is way too salty. I just saw that someone else had already posted the same comment a while ago. read more

Wife picked up dinner for family and she was overcharged but counter person didn't know how to issue refund so she has to go back when manager is there. I served my 3 year old grandson and he didn't like the regular chicken. So I tasted them and they were horrible, over salted. So I tasted the baked beans and they tasted like pure WHISKEY!!!!! Took everything back and they issued a full refund. Not sure who's responsible for the alcohol in the baked beans, but if it was a mistake our intentional the owner or manager should know WTH is going on! read more

Just like the previous review from Elizabeth it took 20min to receive my 6 piece boneless order. I had to rush and eat so I'm not late to work from my lunch break. As I sat there I could see the girls just talking. One girl went towards the register to get her phone. I think this is an issue here and doesn't seem to get addressed. I will not be coming here any longer and will advise my co-workers to stay away. Very dissatisfied read more

This location is dirty, unstocked, and the service was just rude. I stood waiting to be helped and instead of taking my order she looked at me and walked away basically pawning me off to the next employee who was willing to acknowledge me being there. Our boneless wings were not even entirely sauced, I had chicken nuggets it feels like. Smh. read more

It hurts me to give wingstop two stars, but it is this particular location. I came back in town from college and was excited to see that they built opened a wingstop in Walnut. I went here a couple days ago and was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service. I ordered online and got to the store 10 minutes after the time that my food was supposed to be ready. When I get there, there is only one other couple eating there, so they were not busy. It took a little while for me to get helped and on top of that, my food was not ready yet. They began preparing my ordered after I paid, which completely defeats the purpose of me ordering online. I think this particular location needs to training the employees better, that they are giving better customer service than what I receive. read more

Pretty much all Wingstop locations around the area have bad ratings. This newly opened location is no different. I was willing to give it a try because it is new and near my house. Oh Boy! what a mistake. They literally need to fire everyone in the store and get themselves a whole new staff. You have cashiers that gives you an attitude and millennials working in the back that rather spend time on their phones rather than cooking. Nobody in the store when we got there, it took them 30 minutes to get the food out to us. And half of the wings were over cooked and dry and half of the wings were over cooked, dry and cold... how the hell does that happen. The french fries were stale and cold as well... the best thing about their meal deal is the fountain drink... Never again, beware of stopping by this Wingstop, avoid it like the plague. read more

Very bad customer service was missing food. I was a walk in and I ordered 3 ranch's that I had to pay for and the girl rolled her eyes and I ordered it for here and they gave it to me to go. In two of my ranch's there were hairs inside and the employees did nothing about it!!!! read more

No point in ordering online! We usually go to the Industry spot and was super excited that one opened up in Walnut. First time we went we waited a long time for our online order. We decided to try again tonight. Ordered online at 9:00 with a pick up time if 9:25. Arrived on time but a few customers ahead of me. Paid for my order at 9:30 according to the receipt. I asked the cashier, Emily, how much longer and she said "5 minutes". So we wait and wait and wait. Another customer came in after us and got their food. At 9:45 we asked about our order and the guy says let me check. Well, at that point they started our order. We finally got our food at 9:55 when the pick up time was 9:25. All the guy said was sorry. I asked Emily why she told me 5 minutes and she wouldn't answer my question. The other guy said it was a misunderstanding. Worst customer service ever. Lastly, we get home and noticed the oil all over the bottom of the bag and on my car seat and the lukewarm fries. We will drive further and go back to the Industry spot for Wingstop, which is busier but we have never had issues with timeliness of our online order. read more

Ordered my food online at 9:04 - my email confirmation said it's be ready at 9:26. Unfortunately I didn't get my food until 9:58. This location is really bad.
