i reccomend it was an amazing experience at Wingstop! The food came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The wings were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of original hot and mango habanero sauce, and the fries were seasoned incredibly well. Service was on time and , friendly, and everything was prepared exactly how I ordered it. You can tell they really care about quality and consistency. Definitely one of the best spots when you're craving wings. I'll absolutely be coming back again and would highly recommend it to anyon :3 *wags tail* read more

I'm a teacher in the community, and this Wingstop sponsors our elementary school. As part of that sponsorship, teachers were given a complimentary 10 piece combo voucher as a thank you. When I tried to redeem my voucher in store, two employees told me they could not accept it because the owner had instructed them not to honor these vouchers anymore. I explained that the voucher is still valid and does not expire until June 30, 2026, but they repeatedly stated that the owner said no more vouchers would be accepted. When I asked why a valid voucher was being refused, they could not provide any explanation beyond saying that the owner told them not to take them. Pretty crappy, and in all honesty, pretty low. The sense I got from the employees was that the owner didn't want to give out free food anymore, regardless of the vouchers existence. Pretty sad look for the company that there are owners under your franchise who are trying to stick it to educators who are serving the community, and actively telling their employees not to honor their vouchers and sponsorship. read more

would not recommend buying here. I ordered like 1 hour before close time, I ordered at 11:55 and pick up at 12:10. when I pick it up, they all looked at me like I've made a big mistake. one dude sitting on the table, instead doing a service, he yelled at me what do I want. I told him to pick up an order. thenn he yelled at his coworkers to pick up my food. Then, another dude hand me my food while handling a trash . Not good. BTW. They already closed everything 1 hour before the close time. please rewrite the close time if u guys wanna close early read more

This Wingstop is the closest to my home so it's been my go-to spot for years. I gotta say that the service has always been good in my experience. The 20 piece wings are my regular order and our favorite flavors are the BBQ, garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. We enjoy all the other flavors too. Not to mention the chicken strips which they give you the same flavor options. The last visit was great. I ordered online, and the food was ready and freshly made when I picked it up. The girl at the counter was very pleasant and friendly. read more

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. The cashier (older Hispanic lady) was chewing trying to swallow her food while taking my order, which I found highly unprofessional. I also had a valid coupon for a free meal that does not expire until June 30, yet I was told the owner would not acknowledge or honor it. I made a special trip to this location specifically to use this coupon, so it was frustrating to waste my time and gas only to be turned away. Poor customer service and refusal to honor valid promotions are unacceptable. I expected much better. read more

I've been a regular at Wings Stop for my takeout orders, and I couldn't be happier. The food quality is consistently great. My absolute favorites are the chicken parmesan and the lemon pepper wings. I always order via the app, and it's perfect for a quick pickup. especially since this branch stays open late with plenty of easy parking right out front. Of course, the only small gripe I have is that the price could be a bit cheaper, but it's a Wings Stop thing and not just this location. Just keep in mind, if you drop by without ordering ahead, it can get super busy, and you might be waiting 20 to 30 minutes. So, a little planning saves you some time! And I have to give a special shoutout to their corn! it is absolutely top notch. Seriously, it's the star of the show for me. Whether it's a family dinner or a solo treat, Wings Stop always delivers, and the staff is friendly. read more

This is our first time trying Wingstop a few days ago. We had the New! 3 pcs crispy tender combo with three crispy tenders in one flavor, seasoned fries, and a 20 oz drink. I chose the "No Heat" garlic parmesan flavor of the chicken tenders, they were so crispy and delicious. We liked the garlic parmesan flavor so much. The seasoned fries were so flavorful, the texture was on point, and it was addictive. I also ordered the Vanilla Coke, and it was surprisingly good and wasn't too sweet. We will go back there again. Service was great, food was great, the one star is specifically for the franchise owner. If I could give ZERO STARS I would! I ordered off of Uber Eats and realized I ordered boneless instead of bone in. so I called and asked if I can modify my order and they said no I would have to call Uber Eats. Called Uber eats and they said I wasn't able to modify. So I bit the bullet and went to go and pick up my order. . Got to wing stop and Damien said he cancelled my order and I would get a refund in a couple days. Not once did I say to cancel my order. Expected for them accommodate us but they didn't offer us anything for the inconvenience. And the lady that worked there was defending instead of honoring the mistake. We got an apology from Damien and that was it. We left and picked up food from somewhere else. read more

The worker first thing saw me said they stopped taking the coupon anymore. It is TOTALLY unacceptable because they lied to all the kids in the school. Wing Stop city of Walnut ca. on Grand Ave. My daughter went in to this location with a coupon for a child's meal Valid through June30th 2026 Besides the front order person being very Rude to my 13 year old grand daughter the store manager also gave my daughter a hard time and laughed as she walked away! Very nice Wing Stop We do not like your kind of service in our beautiful city. I will attend our city council meeting next week and let them know how this location is being tuned. I'll surly let my neighbors know about your service. And that would be a minus one star read more

My kids received coupons from school for a free kids meal valid April 13- June 30th. We went in today to get our meals and the manager Fabian said they would not take the coupons and we would have to pay. When I showed him the dates of the coupon He said that "yesterday" they received a memo stating not to receive these coupons anymore because "school is over." I asked to be shown the memo or where it says this explicitly and he said he would not show me but is telling me. Fabian and the female coworker were rude and dismissive to my daughter and I. If this is in fact a new policy, good customer service would be honoring the coupons already issued and changing the legal disclaimer at the bottom of the coupon. I don't care at all about the kids meals. I care about the dishonest behavior and lack of respect. Please do better people. read more

It was my first time trying Wing Stop a couple weeks ago. The front desk cash register employee was nice to help me choose between all the flavors. I got lemon pepper and spicy buffalo. It was great! I got a combo with there fries and large drink. The fries had a nice kick to them and the ranch was creamy. I am picky with my ranch and they didn't disappoint. There fries and ranch was my favorite. The wings were golden cooked and were crunchy & dipped with lots of sauce which were amazing. They have many tables and during rush lunch hour they are quick to serve. I had a similar situation regarding this Franchises decision to not honor coupons that were distributed by my child's school. I am extremely disappointed on how this business handled the situation from the owners business practice, to how the employees were so unapologetic and their non chalant delivery of the message. Food delivered was Luke warm and smaller than usual size. Not the location I will be ordering from in the future

Ordered directly from Wingstop. Food was never delivered. When I called, they told me they use a third-party delivery service as if that somehow removes their responsibility. I didn't contract with a third party. I paid Wingstop. That means Wingstop is responsible for making sure the order gets to me. Now I'm chasing a refund for food I never received, including fees and tip. Completely unacceptable customer service and zero accountability. If you order delivery from here, understand that if something goes wrong, you may be stuck in the middle. read more

First off . I ordered a family deal of 25 boneless wings , fries and corn on the cob . Got it carry out and when I got home I was amazed ...... The size of these boneless wings is laughable . I don't know if it was the bottom of the barrel but they hardly counted as wings ... maybe a little bit bigger than the size of a quarter . When I finally find a decent deal In this economy the slap in the face at the consumer hoping to get a decent meal is real . 25 pieces of boneless wings is half of what they usually serve . Whoever thought this was ok should be ashamed of themselves I'm done with wing stop . For years the quality of your food has dipped but the price goes up . Ordered on the app to the wrong Wingstop (this one) at 6:32 and realized I messed up so I called at 6:34 to cancel and refund my order ( because I live over an hour away) but the shift lead told me there was nothing she could do that my food was ready and was very rude and unprofessional so I called the next day to talk to manager and he told me the same thing that they're food is in baskets to serve ( not even fresh) so I lost 35 dollars on food I didn't even eat because they're too lazy to refund me my money. read more

Still baffled by all of the bad reviews and low overall rating at this location. I visit this Wingstop occasionally and the service and food have always been good for me, and the restaurant is clean. Yesterday, I ordered/paid online, and my 15-pc Lemon Pepper wings, dipping sauces, and carrots were ready when I arrived and stayed hot until I got home, and my order was correct. They have a multi-brand soda machine that has a lot of products/flavors you don't normally see in restaurants. One downside is that it's located across the street from Mt. SAC Jr. College and close to the CalPoly Pomina campus, so lunch time can be quite busy...plan accordingly. There are many restaurants in this little strip-mall, and I've reviewed several...the parking is tight. I'm lucky to have several Wingstop locations near my home and office and I actually like this store more than some of the others. I will continue to be a customer here. read more

What an absolute bummer it's been to watch the level of service at this location just dive off a cliff. This used to be my favorite Wingstop location so we let a couple of recent mistakes in our orders slide because they happened on busy nights, but our experience last night really has us considering switching to a different location with a more professional staff. We placed an order directly on the Wingstop site, which we usually do, and picked up our sealed take out bag. When we got home, we noticed one of the side orders was missing so we called the number on the receipt and simply said "hi, we just picked up an order that seems to be missing an item that was paid for." The response was "uhhh..." and then the call was disconnected. So, I called back, giving them the benefit of the doubt. This time, the call was picked up and immediately hung up on while we heard laughing in the background. A bit frustrated and annoyed with how unprofessional this seemed, I called a 3rd time and after several rings, someone picked up and there's still just nothing but laughter on the other end. I slowly begin again to just ask for the item to be credited as it was not included with our order. I was told we would need to return with our whole order to be checked to confirm the item was in fact missing (they're supposed to confirm that before sealing it with the sticker I presume). Of course it was too late to do that as the seal had to be ripped to even notice the missing item and my diabetic mother had already begun to eat some wings. Now, this location is across from a community college, so I'm sure this rule is to keep customers honest, which is understandable, but the solution provided was to give them my name and they would credit the missing side on our next order which needed to be within 30days or the credit would expire. The entire time, nothing but laughter on the other end of the phone. Clearly this is not a staff I would trust with my food if they have my name on some sort of pretend complaint list because they seemed to have been trying to avoid answering the call or dealing with the situation at all and they 100% seem like they would spit in your food or worse. read more

Everyday I have walked into this establishment, there is always the same man who gives a big warm welcome. He makes sure you have your food and nothing has been given to me incorrectly before.
