This had to be, BY FAR, the worst Wingstop experience I've EVER had. Keep in mind, when I go to Wingstop, I don't expect much..so when I have to write a review as negative as this, it's gotta be pretty bad. That being said, we order our food, get our drink cups, and they're out of ice. We wait..about 10 mins before they fill it up, but even though it's filled, it doesn't work. Oh well, maybe we can do without it. So we attempt to fill our cups, and they're out of drinks. ALL OF THEM. So we tell someone and 10 mins later, the manager is out on the floor trying to fix it. It's now about 20 mins in, and still no food, and no drinks. I go up and ask for status of our order and whether we can get drinks. "I'll check on this now.." and disappears. 10 more mins and I ask again. "Oh, the soda machine is broken, sorry..but let me check on your wings" and walks to the fry area. No mention of a refund, or offer of an alternative..just a response. WTF. But anyway, now we're at 30 mins. I'm watching her check on some orders, fry some fries, toss some wings, and finalize a to-go order. At this point, we've decided to go to Yoshinoya, so I ask for a refund. The girl at the cashier gets the manager, who looks at me, and proceeds to stay on the phone, FaceTiming with the manager to try to fix the soda machine and ultimately starts to mess with the back of the machine. I literally stood there watching her and had to ask her 3 times to process my refund so I could leave. At least THAT only took a few mins to do. Now, about 45 mins after we walked in, we're walking out..and NEVER going back to that location. Oh, btw, I'm sure the kitchen in this kind of working condition isn't very safe or sanitary..not that the sticky floors are any better. Just sayin..it's GROSS read more

I came in on Sunday at 9 PM to pick up my order. (I ordered online after reading the long wait reviews. I've been to this location twice. Both times, Nicole has taken my order and also served it. The fries are sweet (to me) and the portion size is more than enough for one person. We've never been treated so poorly at a restaurant before. My husband ordered over the phone and he gave them our entire order, and the guy says they can't take orders over $50 over the phone. He ended up going into the store and ordering in person. Then he asked them why do they have this type of policy with orders over $50. The shift lead, I believe Emily is her name, said she didn't have to tell him why. Wth! He decided he didn't like the way things were going so he wanted to cancel our order. She said she would not cancel and refused to refund us our money. She said she could do store credit but would only give credit to that store and wanted to take the receipt from him. We didn't want to take the store credit because we don't live around here plus we thought it was shady the way she wanted to take our receipt. She also wouldn't allow him to speak to the manager or person above her. At the end of the day, we didn't get the wings, no refund or store credit and my husband felt completely disrespected by the shift lead Emily. This is the laziest crew I have ever encountered, cashier gives my order in single bag when I specifically asked for individual bags for each order. I asked to see what's in the bag to double check the order and the person hands me a receipt stapled to the bag says "here is the receipt that is on the bag and it tells you what you ordered". How the hell will I know what it says on the receipt when it shows order codes that is only knowledgeable to the staff.
