I am delighted to know that the bread rolls have been readded to the Wingstop menu, however, I waited on hold for over 60 minutes for this location. The employees never returned to pick up the phone. This was only my second time visiting this location and I had time to drive several, several miles only to arrive to the store and see the employees were 'lollygagging' within the restaurant. My following visit, they gave me the food free of charge. Not what I was asking for but...they tried. I must commend the Wingstop location in San Marcos, CA for always working in such a quick manner. However, this location as well as the location on Hacienda Drive are absolutely treacherous. The Douglas Dr. shift leader/manager continues to verbally and visually harass clients/customers. I have resided near this location for almost 26-28 months. There is always, always an issue with her. While I am not aware of her name, she appears to lead the team. Absolutely a horrible leader. I have also experienced issues with her on the phone, even though, I always order the same Chicken Tender combo/ same sides, same beverage, same order. She is a problem and should have been terminated forever ago. Between 510 Hacienda Dr & 35 Douglas Dr, I have no idea which is worse. Finally, the shift/team leader at this location presented myself with multiple, multiple coupons for what I assume may have been an apology for the lack of customer service skills as well as management skills. When I arrived to utilize my last coupon, she stated that she did not remember giving them to me and also threated to phone the authorities. Please terminate this employee. Lastly, I highly recommend having someone also inspect the Wingstop location located within Escondido near Palomar College as I arrived to place and order and was told it was too close to closing time. I'm an Army Veteran, as I was attempting to order my meal the grimey 35 year old cashier with an unkempt goatee was being rude and attempting to rush my girlfriend and I while we were ordering. It seemed as if he had an issue with us coming in an ordering food 2 hours before they closed, this is an employee who doesn't care about his job and makes customers deal with his poor life decisions through being rude. The place was filthy, I haven't seen a place this dirty in a long time: there were metal topping dispensers on the ground behind the counter full of grime with dirty water. The tea dispenser was out of service and it seemed like it had been out of order for a long time. There were 4 guys in the back acting like it was funny that they were fucking around instead of making peoples orders. I had the displeasure of dealing with the so called customer service of Crystal. Or at least that's the name she gave me, not even sure if that's her real name or not since she wasn't actually wearing a name tag. Anyway, I pulled into the parking lot directly in front of the store and placed my order online while my infant was asleep in the back seat. Not wanting to wake her up until I needed to. So I waited the 20 minutes or so that it was going to take for my order, then I called into the store just wanting to confirm it was ready, because again, didn't want to wake my baby until I absolutely needed to. The phone rings for a bit, I watch as the girl up front continues to talk to her Coworkers before finally coming over to answer the phone but she doesn't ask me what I was calling about just immediately says "Wingstop on Hacienda, please hold" and doesn't give me a chance to just ask a simple yes or no question. So I waited on hold and I watched her go and talk to her coworker, grab herself a drink eat something. Continue talking, apply what looked like lipgloss. I waited on hold for about 20 minutes in total. The entire time watching her from my car. Watching her handle food and lick her fingers not wearing gloves, going back to handling food. Talking it up with her coworkers until I'd been on hold for 15 minutes, so I finally went inside, my order had been ready. She did not greet me when I walked in. She didn't even look in my direction, now normally I would be understanding of a busy night but there was NOBODY in the store. She wasn't helping so many people that she couldn't pick my call up again. I called another location and told them about it. Again I'm still in the parking lot when they call and she does the exact same thing. when i first started coming here everything was great,, never missing anything or wrong order and the flavor was always good. started having issues a few months ago, wrong order, cold food, missing items, bad ranch, no matter how much time goes by in between ordering there are still issues. noticed issues with management as well. i'm not sure of her name but she brings her kid to the restaurant while she's on shift and her kid then disrupts customers by holding the door shut, kicking the counter and screaming and he also goes back into the kitchen with might not be very sanitary. she always starts arguments and never makes anything right when something is wrong. i've had an employee try and make something right by remaking our food after it was wrong and cold and the entire store ganged up on him and had him leave ! this store/team definitely need some work. read more

This restaurant does NOT follow proper health and safety laws. They ORDER food delivery services such as Uber eats and DoorDash to fill drinks. Not only is this ILLEGAL and unsanitary it is NOT the job of a delivery driver. Their job is to PICK up and DELIVER orders. They are not trained in sanitary food handling practices as required by law and it is also against Uber and DoorDash policy. The health department will definitely be advised of these practices. Ahh, Wingstop. My brother likes you guys so much. Am I allowed to make fun of you? I'm gonna have to go with my gut on this one... I've seen these joints popping up here and there, but with such love and high affection for Wings n' Things and after getting slapped around so much by Buffalo Wild Wings, I've been a bit overly cautious in branching out and trying out there new spots for chicken wings. But, when given the chance to come down here for some lunch, I had to buckle to suggestions and drove out to their Vista location. The place itself is what you'd think, wing-themed with old adverts for planes and the like. There's a thin layer of grease on everything, though not nearly as bad as some other places I've visited. Televisions on every wall, each one playing something different. And multiple stations for drinks and condiments. All par for the course. I ordered a small basket of Louisiana Rub while my brother opted for the Mango Habanero. We were told that the Boneless Wings would be out faster than their Classic and with me needing to get to work, we decided to save a bit of time. Like Buffalo Wild Wings, when they hit the table, they were dry and overly chewy; they weren't the inedible boulders of stale breading like at B-Dubs, but they weren't sparing my jaw from the burn of exertion either. And that Louisiana Rub? It's just a dry spice that doesn't combine with the fat or juice of the chicken to become anything less then the impending coughing fit it induces. The Spicy Habanero was better, juicier, and easier to get down, but I can't recommend that Louisiana Rub for anything other than poisoning small rodents. All in all, a disappointing run for chicken wings. I was lucky enough to some leftovers from my mother when she got an actual Buffalo Wing. It was much better than the dog chew chunks my brother and I had, though lacking in the the nice, light crunch I would like to have on my wings. So, a future visit may be in order for a second shot; but, for right now, I find my disappointment pushing my view of this place down to two stars. read more

Tried this place out for the very first time and it gave me food poisoning. Health department confirmed they did find a scoop cross contaminated, but everything else was good. They couldn't confirm that was the cause for me getting sick. Please make sure you cook your food all the way through and do not cross contaminate ever again. There are health rules for a reason and employees should be following them. You put me through a lot of pain and I don't wish for anyone to ever get sick the way I did.
