Natalie was the sweetest ! First time here and she gave great customer service! Only thing my fries were a bit soggy, next time I'll just ask them to be dropped a bit longer. Other than that way to go Natalie ! read more

Very great food! Even better management, took a full 360° comparing to the old management, future is looking bright for this location! :)

Good place if you're craving wings. Easy to place an online order with a variety of combinations. We ordered Korean, Parmesan and Louisiana style. Friendly staff, but make sure to check your order before you carry out. read more

The fries were cold. Asked for fresh fries still gave us cold fries. Store is dirty had no ice in coke in the machine had to tell them to fill the ice up so I could have ice in my drink. Five people when I walked in doing nothing. read more

Got to the front of the counter and the guy starts rattling off names, giving everyone behind me their food before looking for mine. Garlic Parmesan tenders had a few flecks of Parmesan cheese, but tasted like flavorless tenders. Same with the Louisiana Dry Rub. Didn't get my dipping sauces to even add flavor. Will not be coming back. read more

did a mobile order and it was done within 15 minutes, i got the 20 boneless wings deal. i've gone to all the other wings stops in oceanside and san marcos and this is probably the most top quality one, wings and fries were made to perfection. 10/10 recommend and i will be back! read more

You can order online to make things easy to pick up when crunched on time. Boneless wings are very good. Service is great. I will go back.

I ordered wings on Uber eats. Sauce was cold as if it was in the fridge. And they gave me the wrong sauce on the wings.

Message to owner: I've been sitting at your establishment exactly 10 minutes and one of your staff is doing nothing but swearing up a storm about a worker who was supposed to be here working and never showed up. There are kids here. NOT appropriate behavior. Apparently, from what I've heard, it's the manager whom did not show up and there is no one here to complain about all the obscenity being used. Wow. read more

Worst service always mess up my order. Seems like they are always falling behind on orders and so far every time they forget something, And wings are cold half the time. read more

Worst possible service you can imagine. If you want crappy service go here. Otherwise avoid this location. I don't know how anyone here is employed. I had them refund my order of wings because the cashier was extremely rude I will never return here.. like they care. I love wingstop just not this location read more

Been trying to call to make a pick up order for over an hour and no answer. Decided to go in and no greeting..nothing no "I'll be right with you" nothing. I decided to call while inside just to be extra and see if their phone rang and nothing! They have the ringer down. Never coming back. Buffalo Wild Wings would never read more

I never rlly been a fan of wingstop but this occasion was insane. The wings were insane. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Was ready in 20 minutes through online order. Definitely coming back read more

I am delighted to know that the bread rolls have been readded to the Wingstop menu, however, I waited on hold for over 60 minutes for this location. The employees never returned to pick up the phone. This was only my second time visiting this location and I had time to drive several, several miles only to arrive to the store and see the employees were 'lollygagging' within the restaurant. My following visit, they gave me the food free of charge. Not what I was asking for but...they tried. I must commend the Wingstop location in San Marcos, CA for always working in such a quick manner. However, this location as well as the location on Hacienda Drive are absolutely treacherous. The Douglas Dr. shift leader/manager continues to verbally and visually harass clients/customers. I have resided near this location for almost 26-28 months. There is always, always an issue with her. While I am not aware of her name, she appears to lead the team. Absolutely a horrible leader. I have also experienced issues with her on the phone, even though, I always order the same Chicken Tender combo/ same sides, same beverage, same order. She is a problem and should have been terminated forever ago. Between 510 Hacienda Dr & 35 Douglas Dr, I have no idea which is worse. Finally, the shift/team leader at this location presented myself with multiple, multiple coupons for what I assume may have been an apology for the lack of customer service skills as well as management skills. When I arrived to utilize my last coupon, she stated that she did not remember giving them to me and also threated to phone the authorities. Please terminate this employee. Lastly, I highly recommend having someone also inspect the Wingstop location located within Escondido near Palomar College as I arrived to place and order and was told it was too close to closing time. The following day, they overloaded my plate with chicken tenders as an apology. Not what I asked for but...they tried. read more

Love the wings here!! Great flavor! Garlic Parmesan are awesome and the classic hot are my fave! Best wings around! read more

I'm an Army Veteran, as I was attempting to order my meal the grimey 35 year old cashier with an unkempt goatee was being rude and attempting to rush my girlfriend and I while we were ordering. It seemed as if he had an issue with us coming in an ordering food 2 hours before they closed, this is an employee who doesn't care about his job and makes customers deal with his poor life decisions through being rude. The place was filthy, I haven't seen a place this dirty in a long time: there were metal topping dispensers on the ground behind the counter full of grime with dirty water. The tea dispenser was out of service and it seemed like it had been out of order for a long time. There were 4 guys in the back acting like it was funny that they were fucking around instead of making peoples orders. Overall you should go to any other place besides this Wingstop, I won't be returning to any wing stop chain. read more

Great wing place my favorite is the mango habanero and the garlic Parmesan sometimes it's pretty busy but other than that food is great

Ahh, Wingstop. My brother likes you guys so much. Am I allowed to make fun of you? I'm gonna have to go with my gut on this one... I've seen these joints popping up here and there, but with such love and high affection for Wings n' Things and after getting slapped around so much by Buffalo Wild Wings, I've been a bit overly cautious in branching out and trying out there new spots for chicken wings. But, when given the chance to come down here for some lunch, I had to buckle to suggestions and drove out to their Vista location. The place itself is what you'd think, wing-themed with old adverts for planes and the like. There's a thin layer of grease on everything, though not nearly as bad as some other places I've visited. Televisions on every wall, each one playing something different. And multiple stations for drinks and condiments. All par for the course. I ordered a small basket of Louisiana Rub while my brother opted for the Mango Habanero. We were told that the Boneless Wings would be out faster than their Classic and with me needing to get to work, we decided to save a bit of time. Like Buffalo Wild Wings, when they hit the table, they were dry and overly chewy; they weren't the inedible boulders of stale breading like at B-Dubs, but they weren't sparing my jaw from the burn of exertion either. And that Louisiana Rub? It's just a dry spice that doesn't combine with the fat or juice of the chicken to become anything less then the impending coughing fit it induces. The Spicy Habanero was better, juicier, and easier to get down, but I can't recommend that Louisiana Rub for anything other than poisoning small rodents. All in all, a disappointing run for chicken wings. I was lucky enough to some leftovers from my mother when she got an actual Buffalo Wing. It was much better than the dog chew chunks my brother and I had, though lacking in the the nice, light crunch I would like to have on my wings. So, a future visit may be in order for a second shot; but, for right now, I find my disappointment pushing my view of this place down to two stars. read more

Tried this place out for the very first time and it gave me food poisoning. Health department confirmed they did find a scoop cross contaminated, but everything else was good. They couldn't confirm that was the cause for me getting sick. Please make sure you cook your food all the way through and do not cross contaminate ever again. There are health rules for a reason and employees should be following them. You put me through a lot of pain and I don't wish for anyone to ever get sick the way I did. The manager said they would be retraining everyone, so I hope they did. read more

Wings were still pink inside after I brought them home! Waste of $30 especially being all the way in the San Diego area and not being able to just turn back around to return them. This can seriously make someone sick! read more

This restaurant does NOT follow proper health and safety laws. They ORDER food delivery services such as Uber eats and DoorDash to fill drinks. Not only is this ILLEGAL and unsanitary it is NOT the job of a delivery driver. Their job is to PICK up and DELIVER orders. They are not trained in sanitary food handling practices as required by law and it is also against Uber and DoorDash policy. The health department will definitely be advised of these practices. Shame on this company and shame on their rude and ignorant managers and staff who are also lazy. read more

Service was outstanding. Friendly and payed attention to detail. Food was spectacular, some of the finest cuisine I've had the pleasure of endulging in all my years as a resident of the big bad 760 area my g. The entire crew was friendly and seemed to operate as a well oiled machine, from the taller dude running the front to the short tanner skinned young lady running the line... Even the rougher looking individual washing dishes had an aura of friendliness that illuminated from his immediate vicinity... 10/10 bomb diggitee read more

I had the displeasure of dealing with the so called customer service of Crystal. Or at least that's the name she gave me, not even sure if that's her real name or not since she wasn't actually wearing a name tag. Anyway, I pulled into the parking lot directly in front of the store and placed my order online while my infant was asleep in the back seat. Not wanting to wake her up until I needed to. So I waited the 20 minutes or so that it was going to take for my order, then I called into the store just wanting to confirm it was ready, because again, didn't want to wake my baby until I absolutely needed to. The phone rings for a bit, I watch as the girl up front continues to talk to her Coworkers before finally coming over to answer the phone but she doesn't ask me what I was calling about just immediately says "Wingstop on Hacienda, please hold" and doesn't give me a chance to just ask a simple yes or no question. So I waited on hold and I watched her go and talk to her coworker, grab herself a drink eat something. Continue talking, apply what looked like lipgloss. I waited on hold for about 20 minutes in total. The entire time watching her from my car. Watching her handle food and lick her fingers not wearing gloves, going back to handling food. Talking it up with her coworkers until I'd been on hold for 15 minutes, so I finally went inside, my order had been ready. She did not greet me when I walked in. She didn't even look in my direction, now normally I would be understanding of a busy night but there was NOBODY in the store. She wasn't helping so many people that she couldn't pick my call up again. I called another location and told them about it. Again I'm still in the parking lot when they call and she does the exact same thing. So be aware when you call this location be prepared to be put on hold and conveniently forgotten about and to have your food handled by someone that doesn't mind enjoying some of your food while she makes it. read more

Are you tired of microwaveable wings or over priced and very little amount wings? This is the spot, right here. My order is always ready on the dot and the manager Victor will always take care of you. I put an order of 15 wings in on Game day and was worried about wait time. Not at here! The associates greeted me and for a second I thought I was at a Burger King because they made sure I had it my way. Extra crispy, wings only, and extra sauce on the side. This place show commitment and values their customers. This is like the McDonald's of chicken wings because I'm straight up loving it. read more

Wow wingstop...I was your first customer when this location opened and now i'm disappointed. $10 for a 6 piece that's not tossed in sauce and a handful of fries. Clearly contaminated lid on ranch. Cashier was lost on the register when I wanted to pay with cash, I had to ask for my cup and so did others. Than she touches the lids with her dirty fingers after touching money, screen and what ever else. She touched in the inside while all five fingers. I want my money back, this food went straight to the trash. read more

Why don't you guys ever answer the phone!!!!! So many bad reviews and I've been here before and it's actually pretty good but I don't understand why you guys never answer when it's a slow location!!!UPDATE: I went to the store and they are Open! The host who helped is Bradly i don't know who the manager is but he looks Hispanic and he said there so busy that calls get back tracked! But there was only one Person waiting on his meal! I love their food but hate the service. Ordered my food online via the app and set a pick up time for 6:15 pm. I walked in the door and paid around 6:10 and my name/order was already in the computer. I assumed everything was fine. The place was not busy. A couple tables with people eating and a few more waiting for to-go orders. As I waited, other people that had called in orders complained they had called ahead and still waited 45 minutes! After waiting 25 minutes and watching people behind me get their food, I asked if my order was almost ready and was told they hadn't even started it. They blamed the online ordering and how the system prints to the fax machine that they have to check separately (how hard is it to check) and somehow paying did not start my order either. They said they would put my name in "the book" and comp my next order. They seem to have to do this a lot-- it would be easier to just to be organized. read more

Simple, Customer service keeps getting worried, My order for some reason keeps getting misheard, seems like the more I come the more comfortable they get with giving me worse and worse quality food. when i first started coming here everything was great,, never missing anything or wrong order and the flavor was always good. started having issues a few months ago, wrong order, cold food, missing items, bad ranch, no matter how much time goes by in between ordering there are still issues. noticed issues with management as well. i'm not sure of her name but she brings her kid to the restaurant while she's on shift and her kid then disrupts customers by holding the door shut, kicking the counter and screaming and he also goes back into the kitchen with might not be very sanitary. she always starts arguments and never makes anything right when something is wrong. i've had an employee try and make something right by remaking our food after it was wrong and cold and the entire store ganged up on him and had him leave ! this store/team definitely need some work. read more

Child as a Manager. Very poor customer service. Put an adult in charge of complaints and answering questions. Ridiculous!!!

The customer service I received today from Phillip was exceptional! I knew I had to make it a point to get him noticed. Lately customer service everywhere has been a joke people seem unhappy and unprofessional Phillip totally set himself apart and made a dent in my mind. I have been to WingStop a few times and I was pleased to see the new Vista location. The staff is always nice and far as I have ever seen the place is always clean. They have a decent size selection of beer considering the location. I love wings, and these wings are safe but good bet. They taste pretty good and over all they are made well. It will vary a bit from cook to cook, but I think that is normal. The price is fair for what you get. I think it is ridiculous that I have to pay separate for dip, seems that is something that should be included. And I really hate the paper towels instead of napkins. I will get the BBQ, the Garlic Parm or the Mild wings. It is my understanding if you LOVE spicy the atomic are killer. I can't do anything super spicy so I have never tried them. All in all, decent food, decent prices, clean store. Expect to enjoy but not be wowed. read more
