My family and I came in here last week and all I have to say is WOW. One big thank you to the amazing young lady whom attended my family and I. Unfortunately, I had completely forgotten to get her name but she was short with black glasses and a braid. We decided to give this epic wings location another shot after not being here for 1 year due to the poor customer service. We were absolutely PLEASED by this young lady's fantastic customer service. We ordered two epic fries mango habanero mixed with sweet chili due to her recommendation and WOW! The flavors are absolutely insane. The kiddos got plain strips with bbq sauce and they absolutely loved it. BRAVO! To the hiring manager whom hired this young lady, This location could use more people like her... sweet and helpful. We ordered the combo half lemon pepper and half medium buffalo sauce.. both were really good but I prefer the lemon pepper. I'm not a huge fan of wet wings but I'll still eat it, the buffalo one was just too saucy for me but if you like it that way, then it'll be perfect for ya. I decided to give this place another review; last time it was really busy and they had a hard time handling the traffic (and trying to handle incoming phone calls too!). I went in for lunch, got a meal with buffalo hot wings. It was prepared and ready to go in less than five minutes. The menu says 6 but I got 8 which is great, though at $12, the meal wasn't cheap. The sauce was really good, perfectly spiced (and maybe a bit hotter than some other "buffalo" I've tried). I would love to have more dry rub options, especially salt-and-pepper and hot cayenne. I didn't think I needed bread, but it was good for sopping up the remaining sauce. I could have used twice the amount of veggie sticks, though I expect some customers don't eat them. read more
