Food was good ahhh fuhhhh SO out Tess An Vanessa came out quick and warm Dhz need it again

A great spot to grab some wings for the teens! The flavor is always delicious, not dry, and there's plenty of sauce, which I really appreciate. My only issue is the customer service; it seems like everyone looks a bit unhappy and often has a not-so-great attitude. read more

I love epic wings and had a craving for them last week on 7/24. I had a long day of traveling and just wanted to satisfy my craving. I walk in to teens running the place who weren't very welcoming at all. Customer service was extremely dry and what grossed me out was how DIRTY the containers were where the drink lids are placed... the place already looks so outdated keeping it clean would be nice. Only good thing I have to say is THANK YOU to the cook in the back making yummy wings! Management train your 2 girl cashiers to be more welcoming to customers. Customer service and a smile goes a long way. Bathroom was clean and parking is good too. read more

This combination of food is always so good together, my go to plate is the strips meal with hot buffalo sauce & blue cheese it always is delicious the service at times is a bit slow I believe they always have a big to go order calling so that's the only bummer when you dine in but other than that the food is always good! read more

Horrible service. They said it would take 15 min and we could eat there as long as we had to-go boxes. The food took 30 min and was handed to us at exactly 9 p.m. Workers said we had to take our food to go even though we were told we could eat there. We ordered $100 dollars worth of food. We left all the food on the table and left and asked for our money back. We won't be coming back to this location. I guess we should have read the reviews before we came here. The 2.5 says a lot. read more

i want to love this location it used to be so good. but it took 22 minutes for us to get our food... there was nobody else waiting before us and 1 phone order. the store itself hasn't been updated in 20 years outside of the name, but the breadsticks remain the BEST. they got rid of the arcade games they used to have as well, but have 3 TVs to watch sports. read more

1.The customer service was not it, Not very nice & not welcoming. Can't even give a person atleast a smirk lol. 2. i waited 30 minutes for my food ( still never got the food that i payed for...) , then i walked up asking for a refund and the employee Jennifer had the nerve to tell me in a rude way & a way we're they both made it seem like they didn't even wanna serve us in the first place from the beginning " they are making it right now but it's okay " after 30 minutes? and not to mention we were there before other people in that restaurant. they got there food before us which makes no sense, we were the last ones to be there. there was another girl there and she clearly knew i was upset and she did nothing , and she just kept starring. will not be coming back :). read more

I would love to give this location 5 stars because the food was good but the cashiers horrible attitude really through our mood off. I asked about the new flavor and she made a stink face like if I was bothering her made me not want to ask anything or even order. My visit April 11th 3 pm. read more

Dont eat here there is always hair in the food and the managers are never there or contact you to make it right. I'm surprised this place is still in business like this. I haven't ate here in months bc of the first issue and the one day my daughter asks for it I couldn't say no this happens. From now on I will be telling my daughter no to this place. First time hair in my fries. No resolution. Now this is the 2nd time and probably won't ever hear from them again. read more

I have no issues with the food. My daughter absolutely loves this place and it's fast service. However, the cashiers are not very friendly. Maybe because they're young? They will just stare at you. They can definitely improve their mannerisms or at least greet you with a smile? A bad attitude will not stop me from coming here but it's something that should be talked about. read more

I called in an order to go for 12 wings, I requested no bread, I wanted all flats, no drumsticks. The employee told me that he could give me mostly flats, he said he would only give me 3 drumsticks. I said okay. I took my order home, they had given me 6 flats, 6 drumsticks and bread. If you want to pick up a correct food order, I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

I did a phone order 15mins prior to getting to the restaurant. I was told to wait 10mins before getting my food, however, my food was sitting on the front counter the whole time I was waiting. Wings were decent but the breadsticks were as hard as a rock. Very disappointed today. read more

I've never had Epic Wings before so this is my first location ever trying it. We went on a Friday evening, this place was busy! We ordered the combo half lemon pepper and half medium buffalo sauce.. both were really good but I prefer the lemon pepper. I'm not a huge fan of wet wings but I'll still eat it, the buffalo one was just too saucy for me but if you like it that way, then it'll be perfect for ya. The bread comes out hot, buttery, salty.. oh so good. The wings were also super crispy... yummm! read more

I ordered the regular 4 piece- 2 of them one hot and one medium. I even tried the new rice bowl. I loveeeee wing n things!!!! This place in vista gave me food poisoning. It tasted like someone touched fish with the same gloves and made the strips. I have never had chicken that smelled and tasted like fish!!! Till this day I can't go back. It wasn't even the food that I love. It was memories sitting in the restaurant with my family every Sunday watching the football games. Really unfortunate. Will not be coming back to vista. Please do yourself a favor and pick Escondido or any other location. read more

My family and I came in here last week and all I have to say is WOW. One big thank you to the amazing young lady whom attended my family and I. Unfortunately, I had completely forgotten to get her name but she was short with black glasses and a braid. We decided to give this epic wings location another shot after not being here for 1 year due to the poor customer service. We were absolutely PLEASED by this young lady's fantastic customer service. We ordered two epic fries mango habanero mixed with sweet chili due to her recommendation and WOW! The flavors are absolutely insane. The kiddos got plain strips with bbq sauce and they absolutely loved it. BRAVO! To the hiring manager whom hired this young lady, This location could use more people like her... sweet and helpful. Oh and this location is pretty clean and well organized. read more

I called ahead of my lunch break. Ordered about $30 of food. Went to pick it up. But they said they don't accept $100 bills. WTFudge?? How does Epic Wings not accept $100 bills? Just wasted 20 minutes of my lunch and fn gas!!! read more

I hate the stench. I saw cockroaches on the cracks of the table and their employees were really rude

I decided to give this place another review; last time it was really busy and they had a hard time handling the traffic (and trying to handle incoming phone calls too!). I went in for lunch, got a meal with buffalo hot wings. It was prepared and ready to go in less than five minutes. The menu says 6 but I got 8 which is great, though at $12, the meal wasn't cheap. The sauce was really good, perfectly spiced (and maybe a bit hotter than some other "buffalo" I've tried). I would love to have more dry rub options, especially salt-and-pepper and hot cayenne. I didn't think I needed bread, but it was good for sopping up the remaining sauce. I could have used twice the amount of veggie sticks, though I expect some customers don't eat them. read more

Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service !!believe when you see the 2.5 rated on yelp. Run run run and save your coins. We came in an hour before they closed and chairs were getting put up right as we sat down. Almost felt as if we were getting kicked out an hour before they were closing. It was very very very very loud as she was putting chairs up. There was two girls the nice one and the bitter one. She had a slick back ponytail with dark blue cargo pants and combat boots. She's definitely the reason they have a 2.5, because the food was good. The nice one was just very generous and nice and even offered us free french fries if we signed up for the rewards program. Sadly the employee with the amazing customer service was sent to clean the bathroom. But in my opinion if you're being bitter with horrible customer service, you should be the one to clean the bathroom. Nobody wants to see that face in the front of the restaurant. I ordered two ranches and I only got one, and she hesitated to give me the other one as if I was stealing from them. NEVER coming back! read more

Food was great for fast food wings. Service was good. The cashiers do their job well and efficiently.

We ordered the chicken tenders in medium sauce and asked for extra saucy which is our usual order. The chicken tenders were so soft and saucy like we asked! Flavor was great!! Thank you Epic Wings! read more

I never walk into a fast food place expecting top tier customer service, but this place really takes it to a new low. Super rude staff that is visibly annoyed that you are ordering food. Added bonus, they have a hand made sign at the register saying that they no longer honor the "Combo" prices. You can only get a fountain drink with their "meal" section options. Maybe fix your giant menu that shows combos with drinks. Girl that was working really went out of her way to piss off every customer that came in. read more

Ordered through yelp and grubhub for pick up. Everything was fine until they gave my order to the wrong person and argued with me for 30 minutes saying I have to 1 get a refund through grubhub which I'm sure would be hell or 2 purchase my meal again. I'm not sure why someone picked up my meal when I ordered to pick it up. Never will I ever order through yell or grubhub again read more

We asked for twice baked , the gal taking the order didn't know what that meant. She said "you'd like your wings extra crispy ?" I said "yes." Also all we wanted was some wings. Not wings and a bunch of bread products. Ick We got the wings. They were mildly warm at best , greasy and def not extra crispy. And they were 2 dollars a wing. Do not recommend unless you like breadsticks. Because you get a whole bag of bread with the order. Yuck ! read more

Worst Customer service by a girl named Jennifer! She is constantly rude to customers when ordering, makes zero eye contact. After every single thing you order she asks "is that all". Decent food from this place, however, after being catered to while employed at Hunter Industries in San Marcos, CA. I returned to shop. I decided after placing my order that I would wait for my food order outside as the staff, in particular, the short African-American female with short hair could not stop eye haggling me while I awaited my order. I'd already paid. Now, I wish I would have gotten a refund. I have yet to return since then. Multiple months have passed since then. Not sure how their customer flow is currently. read more

Really good wings, the only problem is the amount of butter and oil they add to the garlic parmesan wings. I got the garlic parmesan wings and when I opened it was just sitting in a bath of butter. On another occasion, I had got garlic parmesan fries and they were salty as hell. Other than the garlic parmesan everything, the other wings, breadsticks etc are good. Just stay away from the garlic parmesan here. The service was nice, two young ladies helped me at the counter and felt very welcoming! read more

Dissapointed. Awful taste compare to other locations. Nasty chicken tender. It taste weird. Clearly not fresh chicken as they stated. Bread tasteless n cold. Blue cheese is warm.
