Went on Saturday morning on 11/9. The girl who took the order had a poor attitude and customer service. I usually don't do reviews but man I really felt the tension w this worker and I didn't feel welcomed. I hope she's okay. Other than that, the fries I got were good. read more

For the one time I was looking forward to this, I am very disappointed. I understand food cost is rising, I am ok with price raising for that. But to pay $10 for 4 strips and receive these two that are practically nuggets, or boneless size. I have never experienced this before, there is hardly any sauce and more parts were un-sauced. This was not worth it in my defense and the quality like this has completely turned me away. read more

Best wings and breads sticks! Great customer service. The employees are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

They take too long to give me my order I waited 35 minutes for my order and it was only 2 combos !

The skinny cashier with a tattoo on her left arm in the morning shift had little to no energy, when asked a question she just mumbled back in a low voice, looked like she didn't want to be there. Horrible customer service read more

Shame on the owner for only having two people working on a Saturday night. You're making hand over fist selling overpriced fried chicken. Pay your employees a loving wage and hire more workers. Absolutely appalling. read more

I don't understand why this place has such bad reviews. I've always had a pleasant experience. The food is consistently good. Their pizza bread sticks are so delicious (definitely recommend)! I usually do phone-in orders and for the most part have always been told a pretty accurate wait time. In my opinion, their buffalo hot sauce is the best I've ever had (and I've tried a lot of them from different places). It is true that they usually have really young kids working at this locations but I've never experienced anything negative. If you are trying this place out for the first time, make sure you get the chicken strips! read more

Absolute Dogsh!+ of a place. Ordered way ahead and when went to pickup waited another 20 mins.... The worst part was I ordered garlic parm, and they were plain.... Never going back here, wingstop is much better... the employees here aren't even competent enough to make chicken wings, they should aim for something lower like maybe work at goodwill. Good luck Business Owner, your business is not going to last unless you clean up your act. read more

I had a severe chicken wing craving so I decided to stop by and try this place out. I heard it was pretty good from a few and relatives but when I got my food I completely disagreed. Before coming here I didn't read any reviews, but my wings (I ordered the lemon pepper flavor) were very oily and not very tasty. I could barely taste the lemon pepper and the wings barely contained any flavor them selves. I felt the bread sticks were too buttery (but then again I don't really like breadsticks). Bottom line is that I would probably not come bank here again. read more

I wish I'd read the reviews before coming here. But why would I when the Wings n Things has been fine at the other locations? I completely agree with the 1 star reviews. If you've had a bad experience here too, contact Wings n Things directly and help this location live up to its name! https://www.epicwingsnthings.com/company/#contact Clearly, they must've put all their budget toward the bathroom and decor instead of the food. The first negative sign was that it took about 15-20 minutes for the order of ONE single meal to arrive, when there's like 2 other customers in the restaurant (who are already eating). It's the first time that I've seen garlic medium strips looking like this (see pic). Sad soggy strips sitting in a pile of visibly separated GREASE. The garlic didn't even look the same, and it came with green bits? The breadsticks were rock hard. It was obvious they had been sitting out and reheated. I flagged one of the employees down to demonstrate the tough breadsticks and she was nice enough to provide a replacement plus 2 extra with an apology. Kudos to her, because she kept a friendly demeanor. However, the replacement breadsticks were soft and not toasted this time around (also came with a coat of grease instead of the buttery flavor I know and love). Decided to just eat the sticks and leave. read more

Y'all always mess up my order and take forever cashiers never look happy, maybe hire people that actually look like want to be there

Y'all are sleepin on this place. I did not have to wait long and the wings we covered in flavorful sauce that explodes your tastebuds. Not to mention everyone was friendly! 10/10 will be back. read more

The chicken was soggy as were the fries, horrible quality and way too expensive for what you get. Portions are on the small side, breadsticks were also just cheap, nothing here is worth paying for. Much better off going to Popeye's, I would not be back again. read more

Had wings. Chicken was super dry. Took them almost 15 min to make but the girl at the counter had indicated that time. The sauce was tasty, veggies seemed fresh and dressing was good. But the chewiness, and dryness of the wings was very disappointing. The girl at the counter can definitely use customer service training. No greeting, no 'thabks for visiting', no ' how did you find the food today'! She would take the order and disappear into the kitchen. Chairs need to be sanitized. Will not return. read more

Fire asf. No complaints. All gas no brakes when it comes to eating here. Man you just can never go wrong with epic wings, I low key missed it when it was called wings n' things but it's all good doggy. I usually go with the single meal boneless medium but when I have a long day I go with the epic fries to cheer me up. I tried to place an order for pickup 30 minutes before they closed and the girl who answered told me I can't place an order because they have 10 orders ahead of me , so they don't have enough time . Worst ever food spot to go. It's over priced and it's shit food. It's Wings and Things! Honestly, there are some places you should just know what you're getting into. Fast food, the gym, Wings N' Things, you're not going in looking for candlelight and table service. Here, the floors are slippery with grease, the bathroom rivals a gas stations', everything is coated in some kind of sauce, the lone video game is usually broken or turned off, and the chicken is pretty damned good. And so it is here. I've been a fan of these dives for years. In Oceanside, down here in San Diego, and this particular one in Vista, they all have my favorite BBQ sauce on wings, the best crisped-up skin, and give you that tired, disgusted feeling with yourself that's always sure to follow your chicken. It's seriously a good way to end your day; even if it's for lunch, because you sure as hell won't be able to do anything but try and cope with your hyper tension and high blood pressure for the better part of the following week. Anyway, I've gotten everything from a simple BBQ Strip Meal, to a bag full of Breadsticks, to a tub of 50 Buffalo Wings, I've never been disappointed in anything. About the only gripe I can think of about Wings N' Things is there insane stinginess with their Blue Cheese and Ranch dips. Even when getting those party packs of wings, they only seem to want to give you one small bag with a couple of carrots and celery and just one thing of dip. I remember having to argue with the kid behind the counter, and eventually the manager, that you couldn't use that for an entire tub of 50 wings. And when someone keeps arguing that one small tub is enough for 3 strips, as well as 50 ... well, after that, it's easy to see how our country got to where it is now. Seriously, though, Wings N' Things is delicious. read more

Waited 45 minutes for my Buffalo chicken fries only for them to come out and say the fries are unavailable. I understand running out of inventory and food but making me wait that long just to say it ran out is unacceptable. Was offered strips instead and after agreeing they "ran out of those too". 0 stars is more acceptable for an establishment with these reoccurring issues read more

Chicken tasted stale, like it was double fried. It was stale and not juicy like other times. Not enough sauce... honestly the cook sucks. Who ever u are working on 3/14/20 @ 8pm. To top it off they weren't even busy so they should've been fresh. Extremely Disappointing. I was going to go back but I'm too far... so I decided to write a review. Today at 12:15 PM I walked into the epic wings in Vista Village. I was trying to order my food and the young lady at the counter was very rude. She wouldn't let me finish talking. She was like rushing me. Once I ordered, I had a seat to wait for my food. When my food was ready. She came up to my table and threw my plate on the table. and walked away not saying one word. I even told her thank you and she did not say anything. As I saidhere, I notice all the people that are doing delivery came in to get the food and she was rude to them. Every chance she got, she would go to the back of the kitchen.very unprofessional. Maybe she needs to be retrained. Some of the people that came in to pick up their orders. Agreed with me on how rude she was. Not good for this place. Not coming to this location anymore. The people at the San Marcos location are much nicer. read more

Have been going to this location for years! Previously known as 'Wings-N-Things'. Usually always a great experience... just depends on the day or night. One helpful tip (always ask for extra sauce on wings or strips!) My family & I always get Mild Tenderloin Strips with extra Mild sauce and ranch. Flavor is so good!! One of the only Wing places we continue to go here and there. Depending on the day or night service is always a 50/50 either really good or really meh. read more

I love Wings and Things way better than any other wing spot. Came here because I was having a beer down the street. The food is always on point and I'm always happy. 11/2/23 7:10PM Extremely Bad Service. We waited over 45 mintues for 2 orders of Epic Fries, even though there were no other customers. Each time we asked for an update on the order it was a different excuse. Will be 5 minutes more, system didn't print the order, still cooking the fries. Once again, no one else was in the place.
