Went in around 8:30Pm on a Sunday. Tables were already as if they were ready to close. Two cashiers. Tried calling and was hung up. Called again and was on hold for 20min. So decided two drive there. Two cashiers. One taking the orders. The other in the back. Then ordered after that. Saw them both just talking and on their phones all the time. Finally got my order and pizza was really dry. I share a family pack boneless 1/2 honey bbq, 1/2 hot, with my boyfriend, for a few years now. They know me by name and we do not go anywhere else for wings. I call ahead everytime and wait about 5 mins when i get there. The bread is always fresh, slightly butter sweet and thick not airy. The wings are coated with sauce and there is enough to dunk my breadstick in too. The bleu cheese does lack flavor and it is probably a reason why we use a lot of it. They opened a location in san marcos and i was surpised that it was a lil bit different than the vista location. So, we come here to this vista one everytime, and have never had a bad experience. The online ordering doesn't allow me to order a family meal with 1/2 of my order in one flavor and the other 1/2 in a second flavor so I always have to call it in. Boo. Other than that the bread sticks and garlic parmesan wings are pure deliciousness! To me the Family Meal is the best way to go (24 wings, 8 breadsticks, lots of carrots and celery and ranch sauce), otherwise it gets real pricey. The honey bbq wings sauce is trash though, don't even bother. Order is usually done in 15-20 minutes so calling ahead is always better if you're in a rush. read more

I love this place! My favorite thing to get is a single meal with the strips with medium sauce. The strips are crunchy on the outside but the chicken in the inside is soft and just melts in your mouth. The bread sticks are buttery and warm and taste good dipped in ranch or buffalo sauce itself. Stuck with giving 1 star when the Vista site deserves none. We ask for extra sauce for breadsticks. The last several times the order has been wrong. Tonight was the same problem. Plain breadsticks with no garlic butter at all. We call to let them know and all they offer is to "fix" the order.No credit, no gift card, no cash back. I've been coming here for some time, and I have noticed how the quality of the food has been getting progressively worse. Today I ordered a family meal and when I got home, the wings were small and for the most part cold. This was shocking as I had just ordered them over the phone and only waited 20 minutes at the location. Not only was there something wrong with the wings, but the breadsticks did not have any butter on them at all when I got home, but on top of that the bread looked chewed up before they were put in the bag. After puting in an order with post mates and receiving our food soon after come to find out the order was wrong so like any one els I called epic wings and after I told them they got the order wrong they began to tell me they could not understand the request I put in an begane making up what I had originally typed in frome my request to "make 4 of 16 hot" to some other bullshit about 16 hot an blah blah blah. So they told me I would have to contact postmates and ask for a refund. I went to the app but will you look at that they need a receipt to put in a complaint! I was here a few weeks ago and was pretty happy that I did come here for lunch, their menu which is above the cash register is easy to understand and plenty of tasty flavors for you to mix your wings in. I ordered a pound of two different flavors and extra carrots for my friend. As we waited I saw that they had one arcade game machine and one tv. I ended up walking to their arcade game and found out that this arcade had several classic games built into it! (HELL YEAH!!) Finally our wings came and let me tell you, sooooooo damnnn good!! Their wasnt a moment my momentum slowed down on killing these wings lol Overall, the place is nice and clean but their isnt much things to do or look at as you wait for your food. I was impressed with how fast the food came out but when I took my first bite, I knew why...... the strips were luke warm. Obviously they were pre-made and all they did was place the sauce on top of them. The breadsticks were hot and fresh but everything else was mediocre.....
