Decent place to get wings, I had a BOGO coupon I wanted to use and I was in the area. We place an online order so it would be ready by the time we picked it up, only one of my orders was ready and it was a long wait for the other. The service wasn't great, but I usually don't go to Wingstop. The wings were good though, we ordered the10 piece bogo chicken wing deal, somehow we ended up with way more wings than we were expecting, like an extra 8 wings. I have been here before and haven't been impressed enough to leave a review, I guess, but this time was great. I had a hankering for some wings, I prefer dry rub but it can be a bit harder to find. Usually the sit down fast casual place is my choice but I decided to try WingStop again, I ordered online, got the 20 for $20 deal, and ate about half a dozen in the car on the way home. I got boneless because I was being lazy. Favor, texture, cooking and moisture were great. I tried three different flavors - Mexican spice, Louisiana, and hot honey, but they weren't labeled and I could tell they were different but I'm not sure which were which, all of them were good. Takeout was ready in a few minutes when I got there. I should have ordered carrots and celery too. Will be back! The store simply did not want to make new wings because they're being too lazy and too petty to have to cook more wings when it's close to close. ICE COLD like they were put in a fridge. Was craving Wingstop wings for months! I told myself I would get me a big order after graduation and this is what that was. I came late at night, it was packed, staff were busy, so I understand why things might've went awry... but my order of garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper wings were delivered to me dry. Dry meaning no sauce or seasoning on them at all. My order was to-go and I only found out once I got home which made it that much worse. I called the restaurant and told them what happened and they said I called the manage that night to tell them what happened and they said a manager would call me the next morning to help me figure it out. Don't go here if you are hungry. Was told it would take 20 minutes (totally fine!), at 50 minutes with no food in our hands, we asked for a refund. Apparently they refuse to provide a refund even if you haven't received your food. Will be contacting corporate on this (Jessica in Management was the contact the employee spoke with that refused the refund). Still took an additional 15 minutes (total wait time 1 hour and 5 minutes) for the food to come out (order was only for 2 people). Bag we received was leaking and fries were not in a to go package and very cold/soggy/ under cooked (waste of money). Definitely seemed like they were prioritizing online orders coming in over in person customers/ orders. Tables were also very dirty and no one came to wipe tables in the hour we were there. To keep it a long story short, if you order online and your card is charged but the store doesn't receive a ticket for your order then you're shit out of luck. The only thing you can do is call your bank and ask them to refund you.
