I'm really not sure why this location has such bad reviews. My experience was great. My girlfriend placed an order through their website and picked it up in person. We took advantage of the $.60 cent boneless wings special and picked up some lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, mango habanero, and spicy Korean. The quality and taste of the wings and fries are good. It's the service and lack of attention that earned this location 1 star. I've ordered food from here 4 times, twice I called in my order to pick up, twice was through Door Dash. All four times my order has been wrong. I will never order from this location again. The times when I went to pick up, they either didn't get my order right and I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for them to remake it or it was missing items. The Door Dash experiences were what put the nail in the coffin for me with this place. Both times, they forgot an entire item. Unfortunately, both times it was my son's boneless wings so while the rest of the family ate bone-in wings, he didn't have a dinner. When I called to see if maybe they forgot to put it in the (sealed) bag and offered to drive down and get it, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then told they'd remake it but it would be 25 minutes. This is already waiting 45 minutes for Door Dash to deliver our original order. They do not take care in packing your food- there is sauce all over the boxes, soaking through the double bag and the fries are literally just thrown into the bag. Ordered a brownie (I was being a fat princess at the time), and loved that it actually wasn't super sweet, I'm picky on desserts and don't dig them too sweet but this was perfect. Both occasions were for takeout. I'll take this place over BWW on ANYDAY. BWW is so over-priced and their mango habanero is not enjoyable at all (way too hot). WOW!...and I mean that in the worst way possible. Before I write my review, let me start by saying that this was quite possibly the worst experience that I have ever had at any restaurant (fast food or sit down) in my entire 22...+8 years of existence. So we're waiting for our food.....and waiting.....and waiting.....and we finally get our food.....ah wait, that wasn't ours.....we're still waiting......eh, I guess we'll wait a bit more, I mean I don't have anything better to do than spend my time looking at dirty tables at Wingstop. 45 minutes later we get our food. Glad that we finally did because I was thinking of going home and grabbing my Monopoly game (Disney edition). Somehow, after waiting for so long, and asking several times if our food was ready, we received our wings COLD. The baked beans that we ordered were burnt. Cold wings and burnt beans...no that's not the title of an Outkast album, that's how I received my food. By this time my girlfriend was about as angry as I have ever seen her, and I've done some stupid stuff during our time together. She looked like a 5 foot 2 version of the Incredible Hulk. She spoke to a manager, who was just as rude as the cashier. After she explained that our food was cold and burnt, all she got was a "what do you want?'. No apology. She replied "nothing" as politely as she could, and came back to the table.
