I have never been compelled to leave a review like this, but my experience at this Wingstop location was so egregiously bad it deserves a warning to others. Tonight, I attempted to place a simple pickup order. It was 10:30 PM, and the store was clearly still open with lights on and employees inside. Not wanting to go inside in just my t-shirt and boxers, I decided to call it in. What followed was a masterclass in poor customer service. From my car parked directly in front of the store, I called the restaurant. An employee answered, only to repeatedly say "Hello? Hello?" and then hang up. Thinking it was a bad connection, I called back from a second phone number. The exact same thing happened: forced confusion, "Hello? Hello?" and a click. It became blatantly obvious this was intentional. Through the window, I could see they were cleaning and had already shut off fryers. Instead of simply informing customers they were no longer taking orders, they chose to pretend they couldn't hear anyone on the phone and hang up. Frustrated, I finally honked. When that didn't work, I had to reluctantly get out and approach the door in my sleepwear--the very situation I was trying to avoid by calling. The staff inside saw me and ignored me, continuing to clean. The most unprofessional part? After this charade, they left the phone off the hook so no one could call back at all. They decided to stop serving customers well before their posted closing time and chose the most dishonest and rude method possible to enforce it. There is no excuse for this. If you close your kitchen early, put up a sign, or have the basic decency to answer the phone and say, "Sorry, our kitchen is closed." What you don't do is play childish games, hang up on customers, and then disable your phone. Summary: They prioritized closing tasks over customers, lied by feigning phone issues, were incredibly rude, and showed zero respect for the people who pay their wages. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. Horrible, horrible service

Plenty of oil.

If you're the franchise business owner, please read this!!!! This was my first and last visit to your location. I ordered 40 mixed wings today and trusted that my order was correct. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered there were only 20 pieces in the bag. Not only did I have to call multiple times, but I also had to drive all the way back to the store to get the rest of my order. To make matters worse, no one apologized for the mistake. I strongly suggest hiring staff who can count and handle basic math or tasks. When I arrived, I saw employees casually chatting in the kitchen instead of focusing on customer service. You're losing money and damaging your brand with this level of service. Just so you know and good luck! Last thing, the wings are swimming in oil. See it for yourself.

Original chicken sandwich

Chicken sandwiches?! Yes please! The marketing worked; their buy one get one chicken sandwich promotion got me in the door, not once, not twice but three times. What can I say? I like chicken sandwiches and with all the different flavors they have at Wingstop, you'll need to come back to try them all. The quality of their food and service has been very consistent. The only time that there was anything wrong (the food wasn't ready at the expected time), the staff at the time really "gave the pickle" (for those familiar with Bob Farrell) to compensate for their delay. Each sandwich comes individually packaged and hosts a fresh bun, meaty chicken, pickles, your choice of flavoring/spice, and your choice of dip (blue cheese dip is the only way to go for me, so delicious). I haven't tried the wings at this location yet but I'll be sure to come back. My experience with this Wingstop has left a great, tummy filling memory. Oh and if you've never experienced the custom soda machine, it's fun. A lot of different flavors for household names like root beer, coke, and Dr Pepper. I've heard of cherry flavor but strawberry? That was wild. The location has a couple places to sit down (although some look restricted to employees. There are also benches nearby. Parking is not a problem in this area. Overall, great place to grab a bite. Might be a bit on the pricier end compared to similar places but if you're cranky for some chicken in the area, make a quick stop to...Wing Stop.

Over fries if not old fries that were refried.

This is just a review on the season fries .. the daughter ordered a 10 piece meal and the fries that came w her meal was a joke. It appears to be old and possibly refried fries.... Disappointing and disgusting. We spend good money for trash food.

I was so excited to try the Cajun meal deal! I love Cajun, ranch and cheese so I was ready to have fries and chicken tenders smothered in it! This is what I got and I am so disappointed!! Barely any sauce, I would've had to order extra sauce which shouldn't be necessary!

Great pick up experience. Staff were friendly and service was fast. My order was ready during the pick up window provided. What makes me a big Wingstop fan is the value. The food is always so amazing and it isn't over priced. Wingstop definitely provides high value for the quality of their products. I tried the Cajun Fried Corn for the first time and wow! Also...what the heck is in their ranch? Their ranch is certainly the best ranch out there. Their soda machine also produces so many different variations off everyone's favorite sodas which is another nice part of the experience.

Yes to the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings. I even love to dip them in bleu cheese dip. I ordered online, which was pretty painless. As I walked in to pick up my order, he was calling my name. Perfect timing and my order was ready when they promised. The price for ten individual wings is $10.19, seems pricey to pay a dollar for each wing. I don't do it often, but these two flavors are worth the cost. The lemon pepper wings are always so juicy and the seasonings adds such a kick to your mouth. They should really be savored as is. As for the garlic parm ones, the garlic and parm packs an immediate punch. To tame each bite down, it's nice to dip them in the bleu cheese and all the flavors meld well together. Here's What I Think... If you're in the mood for flavorful chicken pieces, this is your place.

30 pc meal. Left: lemon pepper. Right: garlic Parmesan

You're given a paper at your table and you mark the items you'd like to order by quantity. Everything is pretty much à la carte. We began with the raw oysters and typically I'm skeptical about cheap seafood because I start to question the quality. However, you can tell upon first glance that these oysters were really fresh! It's a big hit at parties and you seriously can't go wrong with this. It's so good, so addicting. Because of that, we overlook the bad customer service and just deal with it. They close at 5pm so do plan accordingly. Where else can you find large batches of crispy, fried calamari that's consistent in taste no matter when you have it? If you want to order anything bigger than a single order, be sure to order ahead. When I called and went on a Saturday in December, a young man was working the front. He looks like he might still be in high school, his customer service isn't always the best. He won't greet you, and he'll be short with his responses, but he's quick and efficient. He also memorizes the prices from the top of his head. He could work on his communication a bit... This place is no frills, pick up your fried yummy food and just go. In addition to fried calamari, they have fried wings, egg rolls, fried fish fillet, etc. They raised their prices since a year ago- single order of fried calamari is $27, but it comes packed in a plastic container. I bought two for a holiday party of about 15 people and it was almost gone. A small tray of fried calamari is about $70 ish, quite pricey but if you're feeding a large party, it's so worth it. Dip it in vinegar and garlic, SO GOOD! Also this is cash only so be prepared!

The service is direct and to the point: you hand them cash, they head to the kitchen, and moments later, voila, your addictive tray of deliciousness is ready for takeout. That's it. No frills, no fuss. As for the ambiance, this isn't the place for a date night or a sit-down meal. You don't come here to linger or dine in--it's strictly a grab-and-go spot. Also, don't bother calling because they never pick up the phone. But when it comes to the salt and pepper calamari, they absolutely deliver. Crispy, seasoned to perfection, and ridiculously addictive. Just be prepared for cash-only transactions and the irresistible urge to eat it all in your car (but don't leave it in there unless you want your car smelling like a fish market). For a quick and satisfying snack or pulutan, especially to pair with a beer, King Calamari is hard to beat - so 5 stars strictly for the salt and pepper calamari but 3 stars overall if you want to factor in service and ambiance.

It's a small selection, but you can have both cuisines if you will. There was a large party there so I'd like to think that's why it took some time for our order to be taken, and for drinks to arrive. Everyone who worked here was very sweet and friendly! They move quick too, as that should tell you how busy and popular they can be. Our orders arrived fairly quick considering the amount of tables occupied. We were sooo excited to dig in ...just look at the photos for reference, how can you resist! Portions are huge, and we def had leftovers for just two people. We managed to finish the mushroom soup with a bowl of rice. Our favorite entree was the japchae, very flavorful but not overly salty and the bonchon sides paired well with it. We probably won't order the k chicken again~ it was alright and goes well with the sliced cabbage underneath. We will chop up more cabbage at home since the chicken flavor is a bit more saucy. Before we left, one of the sweet ladies told us to come back next time and stay for karaoke. For the price, I think it's higher than other places but it's worth it. The flavor is obviously special and house made with love. I'm sooo fulll as I write this review right after that lovely meal. I cannot wait to recommend this gem to friends and family :)

Found a spot near the back to watch the Packers game. Most of the TVs were playing the Raiders game with the audio on for the Raiders, the "local team". We stayed for the whole game and had two servers. First server was friendly and patient. Second server was friendly enough. Never had any issues ordering drinks or getting food and we put in 3 separate orders. Shout out to the bartender, who was a Packers fan and came over to high five us whenever the Packers scored. It's always fun when there's more camaraderie! We still haven't found a Packers bar in South Bay, so check this place out if you're a Packers fan and you'll at least have one buddy at the bar. The Packers collapsed in typical recent Packer fashion, but I digress... The food: Buffalo Wings - Pretty happy with this. Nice crust and sauce. Comes with celery, carrots, and ranch. Some places don't even give this out anymore (sadness). Half Order Nachos with Carnitas - This was a good portion for our group. Carnitas was tasty. Bourbon Brussels - Brussels sprouts with bacon bourbon garlic and onion maple sauce. This sauce is boss. Thought the sprouts were fried a tad too long, but this was tasty. Lemon Pepper Wings - Good flavor, but our order got way over salted. Either that or Lemon Pepper sauce had too much salt. Still edible, but not my preference.
