On 1/19,I was helping my Auntie move, and I requested she go to Wingstop and we always get the same crap. For like over 5 years. 10 piece lemon pepper, 2 rolls, and baked beans. I sure miss the days when they use to trim the fat off the wings ( try to be a bad of healthy when you can you know). Decided to head into Wingstop for a bite to eat. But first I needed to use the rest room. I get asked a question "are you a customer?" I said yes but first I need to use the restroom. However this poor excuse of a manage says I need to order first. What should have happen, should have let me use the restroom and then place my order and enjoy my wings with my family. We walked in and the employees were swearing and talking super loud in the back. Their restroom is poorly maintained with no toilet paper. Every single table was dirty and had trash on it because they never bothered coming out to clean them. Once they decided to clean the table, the cleaner dropped a wing on the ground, looked at it, and moved on with "cleaning." Wing freaking stop. This place is the plug for some quick and awesome wings. This place is in a plaza on Decoto next to a Rite Aid but this place has got to be the best Wingstop I've been to. It's a small place not meant to have a lot of people but if you and your friends are here to just chill and eat some wings, it's the perfect place. The employees are all very nice and friendly. I came here a lot with my homies a few years back and they still got it! My favorite wings are the boneless with lemon pepper/garlic parm/Louis. Rub. With bleu cheese. The fries are also very tasty. I usually order the 10 piece wings with fries but they always give you more than 10 pieces. I normally go to the Wingstop in Fremont's pacific commons, but this one was more on the way after a failed trip to another chicken place in Hayward. I had an overall pleasant experience at this Wingstop. I hadn't been at one in awhile, nor have I ever ordered for a large party... So I had several questions the cashier was very helpful with that! As with most Wingstop restaurants, their wings/boneless is pretty good, but are pretty oily. Luckily, most of that oil ends up on the paper instead of just on the chicken. Their fries and wings can actually both be prepared "well-done" for extra crispness if you like that kinda stuff. You can mix and match flavors and style (wing/boneless) if you get one of the family pack and it's actually pretty worth it! I ended up getting 15 wings and 15 boneless (lemon pepper, pepper glaze, and garlic parmesan) and honey mustard, bbq, and ranch on the side. Yumm :9 No drink though with the family packs. read more

Really, Who can say they do NOT like wings? Especially wings with this much flavor and variety? Wingstop has a flavor for everyone, from Cajun to Hawaiian, Lemon Pepper to Parmesan and even ATOMIC for those who like to prove that their tastebuds are invincible, even for mind numbingly, disgustingly tasty (oxymoron?) wings. My personal favorite is the Lemon Pepper, and the Cajun and Hawaiian are both pretty good too. It does take 14 minutes (I timed it) to make, so you could always call in to let them know so its ready to pick up by the time you get there....OR, you could always just stroll in and take a seat and enjoy the scenery (or traffic) on 880. Joy! The prices are alright, and sometimes seem a little expensive to me for what you get, but don't be tricked; those little wings can pack a serious punch. The fries and sides are "alright" but if I were you I'd just order water and have some wings, since....the wings alone make up enough calorie content to last you a couple mon...errr... day(s). The one star deduction is for the POOL of grease and oil you see at the bottom of the plate once you reach the last wing; its literally swimming in it, and kinda gross....but just utilize those towels they give you - do the triple fold and SOAK! :) Yay for Wingstop. Best wings in the area! Hooters needs to sit down and take a lesson or two from these guys. Anyways, I've tried the Original Hot, Cajun, Lemon-Pepper, and Atomic. I found the Atomics utterly disgusting (I'd take University Chicken/Cluck U's Global Thermonuclear wings over them anytime), but I wasn't expecting much taste. The Original Hots have to be my favorite. They've got the perfect balance between heat and flavor. And best of all, they're not so vinegar-laden as to choke you out when you take a whiff. I will always remember my first experience at Wingstop. After glancing at the menu, as a spicy food lover, I knew I had to order the "Atomic" wings. The server: are you sure? It's very spicy. Me as Miss Bu Pa Si (not afraid of death in Chinese): Of course! I LOVE spicy food! The server: Um, here is a sample, try it first and let me know if you still want to order it. I am still the Miss Bu Pa Si: tastes great! I'll have 5 pieces of Atomic wings and 5 pieces of Garlic Parmesan. The server: ok then, your order will be ready in 15 minutes. While I was waiting, I started to feel my tongue burning from that little sample I had. I was still in denial at that point and was telling myself everything will be fine. After all, I am a proud Chinese survivor of lots and lots of spicy food including the infamous Spicy Hot Pot and all the Sichuan dishes that are piled high with red chili peppers. The wings were fresh and crispy when they came out. I was thinking "This is delicious!" as I was chewing on the first Atomic wing. After the first one, my tongue started to burn badly, my nose started to run, and mouth was getting really watery. I could also feel my tears running down on my cheeks (thank god I don't wear mascara). I had to take a big slurp of water with every bite of wing in order to eat 2 more pieces. The whole process was getting painful and torturing... but... I LOVE IT!! The joy of experiencing both tasty food and endurance of pain at the same time is actually quite... AWESOME! You might think it sounds crazy, but trust me, you'd like it too if you dare to try it! Bottom line, wings are yummy, tasty and perfectly fried (they don't make it till you order it). Even if you couldn't stand spicy food, you would still love their milder wings such as Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper and BBQ flavors. The service was friendly and thoughtful (the guy warned me about the atomic wings and let me tried samples!). As a fast food chain restaurant, they certainly have raised the bar! I made the advance purchase for party last week with the Mexican guy and he/they double charged me and stole all the money left from my debit card, I didn't know till next day I buying drinks at the other store! But the second woman I talk to also isn't the manager either! The more I questions them, the more uncomfortable that Filipino like women showed on her face, she even blamed me talking too loud, try to put the whole responsible back to me! So I cancelled my orders cuz I don't trust them and don't know what they'll do to my order, but even worse was they refused to credit or refund back to me! All they said was I have to go back next day and talk to the manager, then I was trying to ask the name of the manager but she refused me again! Amazing Customer Service. My wife had to order a huge order of wings for a funeral reception. Unfortunately, you can't place these orders 'in advance' because they are understandably worried about fraud. But, when we arrived, Chevy (the manager) respectfully explained to us their policy and that we would have to wait for at least 20 minutes. He was incredibly cool about it, threw in some free wings, etc. But his attitude was fantastic. That made all the difference. Needless to say, the wings were great, and the were the "hit" of the funeral reception. Needless to say, they played a small part in brightening up an otherwise sad occasion. I crave wings. Wings are delicious and when a craving strikes, it must be satisfied. I've been to this wings to before and although I am a wing fan, this wing stop is mediocre. The franchise is consistent. I mean, it's fried chicken that's covered in sauce. This business model is basically sauce. Prices are too high per wing and the size of wing is small. So in reality, you're paying higher for a smaller wing which means less protein to $ ratio. It's expected though from such an establishment. My primary reason for the low rating is poor performance and expectation management. The store hours state midnight as closure. We arrive at 11:47 pm and they assert orders cease at 11:45. Pure stupidity. Lost about $50 in revenue and a customer. Hello franchise owner, you are no longer the only wing shop in town (buffalo wild wings, adjacent wing stops, Sia). Is it your policy to shut down early? That business practice has always left me dissatisfied. I sincerely hope it's just your lazy employees (seen that occur in many franchises). This was my first time eating at Wingstop at this location. You can't find any chicken wings like you find at Wingstop. They have their own seasoning on their fries, which sometimes can be a little too much. But still good. Their chicken wings are delicious fresh, not soggy at all. This was my first time ordering it online to pick up, which was way better than going there, ordering, and waiting. To the other Wingstop I've been too, there's always a long wait. Online ordering was much faster and convenient. When I arrived there, fast and excellent customer service. They even gave me extra wings! I ordered 20 pcs. and received 24 pieces! Thanks. I'll be coming back every once in awhile. I can't be eating Wingstop all the time, or I'll get sick of it. I love the lemon pepper chicken wings, and the Cajun buffalo wings. Wing Stop! I discovered this place the past summer and came to find that it is a hot wing franchise. There are a lot of flavors from Original Hot, Mesquite BBQ, Hawaiian. Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesean and the Original Hot are my favorites. Dare you try Cajun or Atomic? Good luck. They do not play with those wings. What's great is that there are even Boneless wings which are also great.. and I absolutely LOVE the veggie sticks and dips. Their Fries are off the hook too. Service wise, they are WAY better than the Wing Stop in Hayward (right by Circuit City). The owner is real friendly and we know each other on a first name basis. They have Heffenwisen on tap as well as Fat Tire. When I went with my roommate, he gave us a free refill of the beer. Sweet. This is a great place to have a family meal and enjoy some tasty wings that aren't too greasy and full of flavor. :) read more

I was looking for a new lunch place and discovered this little gem. This location is located in the same shopping center as Safeway and is pretty non-descript from the outside. On the inside it's surprisingly nice for a chicken wing place. I got the 4 piece boneless meal with cajun sauce on the side. The cajun sauce was tangy and spicy but not painfully spicy. Great chicken strips, albeit a bit on the small side. University Chicken is probably a little better but this place is a very close second. And they sell beer (Fat Tire and I forget the other beer on tap) which is a nice little bonus. I'll definitely go back again. Perhaps a little BBQ action next time... read more

The food at Wing Stop is very tasty, just be ready to intake a lot of calories. I've been to a couple Wing Stops, and this one cooks the wings and fries the best and most times a get a few extra wings. The downside is that the customer service sucks. They're just as rude in person and on the phone. The only exception is one guy, Chevy, but I haven't seen him the last couple times I've been in. I do have a piece of advice. Request that your fries be "well done." If you don't, your fries my be kind of floppy, but when I ask for my fries "well done," they are perfect. read more

Love this place and their generosity with wings. The wings are delicious (I love the garlic parmesan)! Place is always clean even when it is busy, and I got to talk to Chevy (the manager). Chevy is a great guy, and friendly! He is almost an informal pillar of the community in the fact that he knows pretty much all the young people and their families walking in, and their stories. I watch him as he engages the customers and as they have a quality relationship with him where he can ask questions and speak into their lives. This is awesome and makes this Wingstop relatively unique in how Chevy can speak into the lives of the multi-cultural young group that comes in all the time. After coming to this staple for over half a decade, I can easily say that the place I once called home has turned to crap. My friend and I arrived and parked in the front of the establishment at around 10:40PM. There were little to no people inside the restaurant so our usual table was vacant(the one next to the soda machine so we can get refills super fast during those times when the mango habanero was getting a bit too hot.) Unfortunately, my main man wasn't working the counter, but I didn't let that stop me from ordering my go to 10 piece classic lemon pepper and mango habanero with ranch and parmesan on the fries. After I paid my $12 or so somethin bucks with my master card, I was promptly asked for my ID, which was a first since I've never seen the cash register guy in my life. I smiled and showed him my cute license. After sitting down on our main spot, my boy and I had a little chat. Catching up on life, talking about our girlfriends, and the Zedd event just happening a few days before. It is about a 11PM when we were interrupted by possibly the manager himself barking orders from the back door saying that the lobby was going to close in 15 minutes. I quickly checked my fancy apple watch and it only said 11:02. I thought to myself, this cannot be right. I got my order literally 2 seconds after boss man barked from the back and got front row seats of him explaining to the people waiting for their food that the lobby would be closing. There was no way I would be able to sit down and enjoy my food in 13 minutes. I put on my fashionable bifocals and looked at the engraving on the door saying 11am til midnight. The thing I don't get is they have this big ass yellow lit sign saying "open til' midnight" but on yelp, they close at 11:45. Closing the lobby 30 minutes early is something else. As I opened up my box of wings just as ready as Michael was ready for the 96 NBA finals I was pleasantly surprised with a wrong order. They mixed up lemon pepper with BBQ. How does one hear bar be que over lemon pepper. They aren't even the same syllable count. I understand that my voice may have been a bit soft from yelling my brains out but anyone with a 6th grade education would know the difference. I haven't been to this wingstop in about a month but please, Chevy, come back (assuming that he isn't there anymore since there's another black dude barking orders as if he were the fucking manager.)
