Tonight, I attempted to place a simple pickup order. It was 10:30 PM, and the store was clearly still open with lights on and employees inside. Not wanting to go inside in just my t-shirt and boxers, I decided to call it in. What followed was a masterclass in poor customer service. From my car parked directly in front of the store, I called the restaurant. An employee answered, only to repeatedly say "Hello? Hello?" and then hang up. Thinking it was a bad connection, I called back from a second phone number. The exact same thing happened: forced confusion, "Hello? Hello?" and a click. It became blatantly obvious this was intentional. Through the window, I could see they were cleaning and had already shut off fryers. Instead of simply informing customers they were no longer taking orders, they chose to pretend they couldn't hear anyone on the phone and hang up. Frustrated, I finally honked. When that didn't work, I had to reluctantly get out and approach the door in my sleepwear--the very situation I was trying to avoid by calling. The staff inside saw me and ignored me, continuing to clean. The most unprofessional part? After this charade, they left the phone off the hook so no one could call back at all. They decided to stop serving customers well before their posted closing time and chose the most dishonest and rude method possible to enforce it. There is no excuse for this. If you close your kitchen early, put up a sign, or have the basic decency to answer the phone and say, "Sorry, our kitchen is closed." What you don't do is play childish games, hang up on customers, and then disable your phone. Summary: They prioritized closing tasks over customers, lied by feigning phone issues, were incredibly rude, and showed zero respect for the people who pay their wages. Not only did I have to call multiple times, but I also had to drive all the way back to the store to get the rest of my order. To make matters worse, no one apologized for the mistake. Chicken sandwiches?! Yes please! The marketing worked; their buy one get one chicken sandwich promotion got me in the door, not once, not twice but three times. What can I say? I like chicken sandwiches and with all the different flavors they have at Wingstop, you'll need to come back to try them all. The quality of their food and service has been very consistent. The only time that there was anything wrong (the food wasn't ready at the expected time), the staff at the time really "gave the pickle" (for those familiar with Bob Farrell) to compensate for their delay. Each sandwich comes individually packaged and hosts a fresh bun, meaty chicken, pickles, your choice of flavoring/spice, and your choice of dip (blue cheese dip is the only way to go for me, so delicious). I haven't tried the wings at this location yet but I'll be sure to come back. My experience with this Wingstop has left a great, tummy filling memory. Oh and if you've never experienced the custom soda machine, it's fun. A lot of different flavors for household names like root beer, coke, and Dr Pepper. I've heard of cherry flavor but strawberry? That was wild. The location has a couple places to sit down (although some look restricted to employees. There are also benches nearby. Parking is not a problem in this area. Perfect timing and my order was ready when they promised. The price for ten individual wings is $10.19, seems pricey to pay a dollar for each wing. I don't do it often, but these two flavors are worth the cost. The lemon pepper wings are always so juicy and the seasonings adds such a kick to your mouth. They should really be savored as is. As for the garlic parm ones, the garlic and parm packs an immediate punch. To tame each bite down, it's nice to dip them in the bleu cheese and all the flavors meld well together. This Wingstop location is located in the Union Square Marketplace. It is a bit hidden by Mr. Green Bubble and Rite Aid off to the side. It is located on the less busy side of this busy parking lot and there is plenty of parking here as well. Not much service because it is an order first then you sit down, wait for your order, and pick up your order at the counter. No major complaints here, they are a bit better than the other locations I had been in the area though. I do not care what anyone things, but they have the best Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper chicken wings that I tried at most wing spots. read more

Sure enough, they were empty and I asked the cashier if they can show the game. the cashier kindly replied. sure we can, just let me know what channel. "SCORE!!!" My friend and I shared 30pcs of traditional wings with lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan with fries and veggies. we got plenty of left over. Picked the perfect spot in the back to watch the game! Kinda sad that not a lot of people were watching, so I had to keep it down so I don't disturb other customers. The dining area is not big, but big enough for dine in and catch the game. I just wish they have a large trash bins so I can throw my trash away instead of leave it on the table. I just can't do it. i did clean up after myself and gave the tray to the cashier. Ok, I love the Wings Stop chicken and their ranch sauce but this location always messes up your order! Get with the program people! Look at what you give us before giving our order!! Never fails... friendly service but when you pay for extra sauce and you don't get it? That drives me crazy and I only realize once I get home! This restaurant needs some re-training on how to interact with customers. I'm a wrestling coach and my team came to celebrate after a tournament. We moved tables to create a big one with no one around and we were going to return them back. But rudely told by a female employee "put them back this isn't your house". As a 7 year military veteran in the USAF, that's not how you talk to customers. My kids would have easily complied if this employee said "I'm sorry can you return those tables please? You can move the chairs" this person should be reprimanded for poor customer service. I would never recommend eating in at this establishment. Get your food and get out. Now, I was really tempted to dock the rating 2 stars, because service isn't the best.
