Ive been in a few times and the Food is always cold and the manager is rude. She treats her employees poorly.

Absolutely awful experience and customer service. Ordered online and picked it up, noticed once I got home that half of my order was missing so I went back, and they told me they would not give me the rest of my order because I didn't bring the bag back in to prove that half of the order was missing. Will not be returning. read more

Consistently inconsistent. Something is always not right wings with no flavor gave me blue cheese instead of ranch just constantly not right

$40 for 15 wings and burned fries. Not too sure if it's worth it. I used to have high standards for this place.

Terrible service. Waited an hour and a half for my food that was supposed to be ready in 40 minutes. The employees were rude and although having 7 people working they couldn't keep up with the orders. This is my experience every time I don't know why I come here and expect anything different. Will be going down the to Fire Wings on Monte vista from now on. read more

I understand that there are probably a lot of orders, but to wait almost 40 minutes and arrive when the app says they are done for the order to have not even have been started. Completely unacceptable. Not to mention the last time I came here the employees spilled the whole ranch all over the bottom of my bag. I couldn't save any of it! What a waste of almost $2. Absolutely horrendous service. Would never recommend coming here to anyone!!! read more

the most rudest people work here. they always answer the phone rude and no good customer service what's so ever I was hung up on. for no reason wasn't being rude or anything.. just so rude. January 13th Saturday Called rn at 3:pm read more

Ordered online, wait time was 45 minutes. When I got there, there weren't many people inside. They told me it would be about 15 more minutes. When we finally got our food, I checked our bag before leaving the restaurant to find that it didn't contain our wings. Gave it back and waited another 20 minutes. They didn't even replace the fries, which by then were cold and soggy. In total, waited over an hour and a half. read more

Ordered at 6:45 got my food at 8:30 almost two hours. I was like it might take an hour so I got there at 7:45 and had to wait 45 minutes . They need to get organized a white board with peoples names who's orders were already called and are ready would help that way people don't pile up at the entrance asking if there food is ready read more

horrible place! kids waited for their food for almost an hour. everything was cold. I contacted customer service and no call back. never will go there again read more

Horrible I've had stomach pains for 3 days now after eatting there and been rushing to the bathroom for 3 days now. There boneless wings are not cooked all the way most likely I got a stomach bug from them in Turlock . Lastly I want say what ever they gave me it's still inside me it will not breakdown in my guts and hurts save your self from this stomach pain they don't have the staff that cares about cooking it threw all the way. 2021 they had staff and made sure it was cooked now they just put 5 min on that microwave put in a bag read more

The food is decent probably because they are in a hurry, to get your food it takes so long been waiting for like an hour

The service here is horrible, the last time i came made it my last time visiting this place, they told me my wings would be ready in 40 minutes and 45 minutes went by so i decided to ask how much longer and they told me they didnt have my order no where to be found luckily i had my receipt to prove them wrong and i had to wait another 30 minutes for my wings ! read more

Over cooked, dry and under seasoned. I should've listened to the reviews but I figured, how can anyone mess up on wings right? WRONG, I ordered 10 lemon pepper and 10 garlic parmesan, I can make better wings at home! DOn't waste your money here. read more

Would give a ZERO if I could, as I was waiting for our food I noticed the guy spraying chemicals to clean the counters and noticed that the spray was landing in the sauce. I mentioned this to the guy that yelled out my name to receive my order as if I was across town and he said ok very carelessly. Then we get home to find out that the whole Order was wrong we ordered boneless we got with bone we ordered two large fries only got one. read more

Wingstop - Where's the meat ? - Chicken Wings Near Me - Turlock, California

These wings aren't very good, I ordered the 20 piece regular half Cajun and half Atomic. It wasn't exactly cheap at about $15 after taxes. My friend ordered one of the combo meals with boneless half Cajun and half BBQ; his was cheaper but still not a very good value. My wings had a freezer burn taste to them, my friends "boneless" wings were on par with the big bags of frozen white meat chicken nuggets you can buy at Safeway I like my food hot but cooked in hot, I wanted a sauce that had some depth of flavor but was disappointed. The Cajun was the better of the two but it only tasted of hot sauce and cheap vinegar, the Atomic was just nasty. I tried one of my friends BBQ "wings" and it just tasted like grocery store BBQ sauce. Can someone explain to me why instead of wet naps or even paper napkins all they have is thin and scratchy paper towels that aren't even perforated? Every Turlockian I talked to about this told me that the better place to go for wings is called Jura's http://www.yelp.com/biz/juras-pizza-parlor-turlock#query:wings To be absolutely honest the wings at KFC are much better. I won't make the mistake of going to a Wingstop ever again. read more

Worst wingstop by far. Terrible wait time, awful customer service. Skip this place and shop local. Go to juras or something. Negative stars if I could. Since Sean the manager left this place hasn't been the same. read more

The food is always so delicious and the staff are very nice. I just wish it didn't take so long to get your food. We dined in and waited over an hour. It looked like most of the orders were door dash. When we order online sometimes they forget our sauces. They need a a bigger location. But the food is still awesome and we will continue to go there. read more

I came in and ordered a meal to dine in. I waited 40 minutes just thinking maybe things were busy... When a larger group came in and got their food in about 10 minutes, I went to the counter to ask about my food. It had been sitting in the to go area, and nobody ever called my name. When I asked how long it had been sitting there, the girl wouldn't say. Even before that, service was pretty bad. Just got a rude "sorry" and a shrug. read more

Zero stars should be an option for a establishment this horrific. I have much love for Wingstop, but this location needs some work. Orders are always wrong and/or late. One of my recent DD experiences took me 2 hours to get my food and was delivered close to midnight (I live 5 minutes away). My latest order finally came on time but were missing/incorrect items. My family is now eating without me and I need to drive to the establishment to pickup my food. AFTER I paid for delivery.... pls someone get the owner to work on this location. read more

Had placed an order around 11:00 and my email had told me my order would be ready at 11:40. I had called before going to confirm my order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was 11:18 at the time. I arrive to Wingstop a few minutes past 11:40 and my order is still not done. Wingstop closes at midnight and I received my order at midnight. Waited almost 20 minutes for my order. I've had issues with this Wingstop before, extremely unsatisfied with the service I received. If you're going to say my orders gonna be done at a certain time, I as a customer expect to receive it at the time told !! read more

This franchise needs to be re evaluated. Horrible wings. Employee walks into the kitchen with no mask. Wings were dryyyyy so super dried out. I am not sure if they were properly trained on how to prepare the wings correctly. If you compare this location to the Bay Area locations. This place would not be in buissness. read more

Something needs to be done about the management in this location honestly. The staff seems like they are untrained and do not have a care in the world. I walk in and there is literally 3 customers in the entire establishment and they tell us a wait for 15 wings is 45 minutes. There's honestly no excuse for how poorly this wingstop is ran. I love wingstop, just not this one. read more

Worst experience ever. We ordered our food at 530 then got a call they gave our food to the wrong person. Then door dash canceled the order. We ordered through the wingstop app not door dash. My wife called and said she would just go pick it up. The employee on the phone said it would be ready in 15 mins. She got there and had to wait an additional 35 mins for the food. They offered a free fry for the "inconvenience". Will not be coming back there's plenty of competition that values customer service. Over 3 hr wait for subpar wings just isn't worth it. Get a district manager down here to observe how this place is being ran, management should be demoted. read more

I think 75% if the time I'm missing something from my order. There are a bunch of workers in the kitchen, but it still takes forever. Plus OMG sooooo many flies! read more

The wait is ridiculous. After 30 minutes we asked if we could at least have the fries while we waited. They said there is no dine in so we would have to eat the fries outside. There is no carbonation in the drink dispenser. They told us bbq sauce wasn't an option for a sauce. We ended up waiting 45 minutes. They bagged the food up and after we got home we discover they shorted us half of our order read more

We put in the order on Doordash, and an hour half later the status of our order still says 10 more minutes and we got a new dasher wait for our orders, I guess the first Dash got tired of waiting for our order. We called Wingstop and the rude lady said they are still waiting for the fries. It shouldn't take over an hour for the fries. We waited for our food for almost two freakin hours. We didn't get our food until midnight. Yes, midnight This is unacceptable PERIOD! The worst part, we didn't even get our Fries and any of our side dishes !!! Our orders was incomplete!!! read more

every time, we order from this place somehow they take an hour for ourfood! unacceptable wingstop hire more people and pay them more so your staff can be motivated to work faster and have a good attitude towards the customer. two stars because the wait is ridiculous! read more

I waited in my car for 50 minutes over the "ready time"!! This is pathetic! I can not believe this! I could've driven to Modesto to Wings and Rings in that time! Thank you for reminding me why I don't want to give you my business! Hope everyone's excited for the extra 50 minutes of wait time for your food! read more

I hate to leave a one star review, but it's gotten to the point where it has to be done. I love the food, but the service is terrible. I cannot count the number of times I've received an incomplete order; missing sauces, missing fries, order incorrect etc. There is little more frustrating than arriving home after picking up your food only to realize you're missing something and have to drive all the way back. I'm fairly certain they have no process for confirming an order is accurate when they put it in the bag. If they can solve this problem, I will happily update my review. read more

I called them at 11pm (which is late) but they close at 12, and they had me on hold on the phone for literally 18 minutes! I called twice and they kept saying the cashier is busy taking an order . Who takes 18 minutes to take an order ? I just got fed up and hung up . Terrible service . read more

I usually go to this wingstop to eat with my friends and never have a problem. But yesterday I came to pick up a to go order for one of my friends. Tanjena was the employee who is a white lady that wears glasses and has a tattoo on her arm, who we spoke with to pick up our order. When we were paying for the order we told her that we had a 10 dollar worth of credit due to them messing up on one of our previous orders. Tanjena then proceeded with giving us some unnecessary attitude, and asked what the name of the employee we spoke with was, who gave us the 10 dollars worth the credit. The employee who gave us the 10 dollars worth credit did not mention their name, he just told us that when we go in to use the 10 dollars of credit to just say our own name and explain to them how they messed up previously. So we explained to Tanjena the instructions we were given by the previous employee we spoke with and explained to her how they did not give their name and instructed us to just say our own name for the 10 dollars of credit and explain how they messed up. Tanjena started being extremely rude and told us that she would let it slide for this one time ( which regardless she had to since it was their fault since they messed up on the order last time). It is not my fault that their employees up front are not trained properly when giving out store credit for the errors they commit. This "general manager" lady named Tanjena needs to learn some manners when speaking to customers and needs to learn how to be respectful. It is not my fault that she hates her job and doesn't want to work there.I also feel like she was being racist towards me and my friends since we are minorities because when we walked back to get the receipt since she did not give it to us the first time, I saw her being respectful with other customers but when I asked her for a copy of my receipt it was like she was a complete different person. She would change the tone of her voice and start speaking with utter disrespect and treat me differently. When I walked into this restaurant to pick up the receipt I no longer took her rudeness and told her what her problem was. She just started arguing with me and told me she would call the cops as if I were some kind of criminal. She is pretty old to be arguing with some young adults when she is at fault. The reason I give this yelp review a 1 star is because of how rude and disrespectful the general manager name Tanjena was but other than that the other employees are awesome and know how to give great customer service. read more

I don't even know where to start. Probably the WORSE experience there honestly. The general manager has no matters what so ever, gives attitude when you have a simple genuine question, with that attitude i don't even know who made her general manager. I will definitely not return and I have been going for years they just lost a loyal customer because of that lady's manners and way of treating customers. I feel sorry for her fellow coworkers and those who have encountered her WORSE ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. read more

We have never had a good experience at this location. But this time has definitely sealed the deal, we won't be returning. Ordered last night at 7:20 and our food wasn't ready until 8:35. The wait time given was 20-45 minutes. When we finally got our food the fries were cold and to top it off I checked my bank account this morning and saw they charged me for the same order FOUR TIMES. I was charged $160 total. read more

I love wingstop in Modesto and riverbank, but damn this is the worst wingstop I've ever been to. My bf and I gave it another chance after last time waiting over a hour on top of the wait time they told us, this time they forgot a whole box of food and now we are waiting even longer for that .. no sense of urgency. As I'm typing this there are 10 other people waiting for their pick up orders that still aren't ready.. smh. UPDATE, came back a second time cause they forgot our veggie sticks and corn. Always great tasting wings. Great fries as well! Don't hesitate! Come here! Better than Buffalo Wild Wings (and cheaper)

Absolutely the worst wingstop experiance I've had, waited an hour for a Mobil order only to arrive and find out they forgot to print my tag to start the order!! Then after waiting another 20 min I got my food! when I opened the bag the fries were cold and stuck together. If you're gonna make me wait an hour and 20 mins atleast make the food worth the wait! Definitely will not be returning, terrible customer service extremely rude to me as if it were my fault they forgot to print the tag! read more

These are feathers left on this chicken. 1 small feather I can be ok with but multiple fully grown feathers is unacceptable. Typically it's from the Turlock Wing Stop. This place is a joke and has been due to employees, mainly at night, being lazy and not wanting to work. read more

Wingstop - a close up of a basket of food - Chicken Wings Near Me - Turlock, California

We have been going here for over a year and usually they forget the ranch or whatever but the wings are good, but for the past two months we've gone 4-5 times and the quality has seriously gone downhill so bad. They must have new staff or something because the wings are always dry and they put no sauce or flavor on anything. Like seriously bone dry wings and a tiny sprinkle of seasoning on the fries even when we order extra seasoning now because they have been seasoning so lightly. We went back today to pick up more sauce, checked the bag looked correct, get home and 3/4 are correct, but the Hawaiian for our 5 year old was actually ATOMIC HOT. Lol. Great. Another trip back. At this point everything is cold and we've missed half the game. Just want a refund, and the guy must have not known how to do it because he said he'd do it later??? Lol. Like what does that even mean. ‍ read more

The people who work there today deserve a great review! I love coming here. I work down the street and this is my go-to lunch spot. I ordered and paid online and it was never confirmed via email. The lady behind the counter took the time to explain to me the error. I re-ordered there, while they were super busy and they were so nice and made it so fast. And even came out to say my order was ready. Thank you! You all deserve a raise. And the bayou bbq is amazing. Try it! read more
