Absolutely disgusting. Over fried tiny meatless wings tasted like cardboard . Give me my damn money back.

While the food is pretty standard here, the service is the worst. This place is new yes, but they seem to have no clue what they are doing behind the counter. I've been here twice and both with bad service. On my first trip, I ordered take out and they gave my order to another customer, so I had to wait. When I got home with my freshly made new order it was not what I had ordered at all! Then on my second trip out we ordered boneless, repeated the order to make sure, went to pick it up and was double checked by the staff as boneless; get home, open it up and gah.....bone in. So i had to drive the 15 minutes back one way to get a new order (at least the manager was nice enough to remake them for us, he definitely acted like their screw up was our fault). On top of their mistakes the staff can usually be seen being rude to each other behind the counter, which customers in the store can hear. Needless to say I am not going to be making any more trips to this place until they offer delivery service. Then gas is on them if they screw up yet again! read more

I have been to the Wingstop twice in the last week. Both times I got take out (the second time I used their Web site to order, very convenient, came out as I got there) and I have tried the original hot, lemon pepper, Louisiana Rub and Cajun (classic wings with bones). I think I know wings, I have been to BWF, BWW, Jimmy's, Glory's days and I make my own. So, here's my take on these wings, I like them. Now, yes, if you like "set your hair on fire" wings, you want to start at Cajun and then jump to Atomic. I tried the Cajun, I liked them, hot but not running for a glass of milk hot, I can go hotter, so next time, Atomic. And, yes, they are medium size wings but have a nice crispy bite with not a lot of fat. I really hate fatty, soggy, overly sauced wings. If you are looking for something a little different, try the Louisiana Rub, so far, that's my favorite. The lemon pepper, not so much. Are these the best wings I ever had? No, but again not bad and they are 15 minutes away with 30 wings for $21.59. I'll be back again. Also, I like the Seasoned Fries but the potato salad, not so much. read more

Awesome. I loved this place very much. I tried almost all the sauces. Atomic is great !! I didnot feel the heat while eating but after that we can feel the hotness in our mouth. The Mango Sauce (2nd Hottest Sauce) is not that good. I didn't liked it. Tried these wing flavors original sauce, cajun and Louisiana. I liked them all. They put sugar on their french fries, their sauces are terrible, and they don't have public trash cans. I have come to this wing stop location several times thinking the last time was a fluke, and I have been served nothing more than middle school cafeteria food. Every sauce I have tried has actually detracted from the flavor of the wings. Even the ranch sauce is bad. How do you mess up ranch sauce? When I genuinely prefer the taste of the food from McDonald's over any other chain establishment, something is seriously wrong. I don't even like McDonald's. Also, WHO PUTS SUGAR ON FRENCH FRIES? After I finish eating the food, I am left wandering around the restaurant for several minutes thinking I'm missing something, when an employee notifies me that the trash cans are held behind the counter. Are you afraid of the public dumping their household garbage in your trash cans? Are you afraid that someone is going to come along and steal your trash cans? I am very interested in hearing the logic behind this; because it does not seem like a very worthwhile thing to force the employees to handle all of everyone's trash while on cooking duty, having to constantly wash their hands. The staff is very friendly and helpful though, so at least they did something right. The problem is, the thing they did right is not the thing that I paid for, so why would I want to come here? read more

I've been here a few times and every single wings were exactly what I was expecting from wings. Wings are everywhere nowadays as app but it's hard to find good ones where you can eat them comfortably without the pressure of loud music or bar ambiance. This place is perfect spot for a quick wing lunch and even for a nice dinner with your friends. The place is very clean. Owner, Neil, was welcoming and recommended the dry rub Cajun which was delicious. Dry rub was spicy enough and the meat inside was juicy. We also had the Spicy Bbq which was very good. Giving 4 stars for the wings. We got the original hot and the lemon pepper. Both were good, but we liked the lemon pepper better since it did not stain our fingers red. We wondered were is a wet wipe? Tasty wings and cold soda. A star is lost for 2 things: (1) cashier customer service - please don't have teenagers at the front end as their training for how to interact with adults - the kid mumble, barely went through the motions and took a long time to process the order and (2) the self selection and servicing soda machine. On a refill of orange Fanta - the machine dispensed/mixed flavors that just were not complimentary nor tasty. It was an unpleasant end to our meal. read more

Stopped for wings at this restaurant and was greeted by the rudest most disrespectful unhappy employee the cashier . He was irritated because we ordered at 10:30 pm I believe they closed at 11:00pm . He was a real jerk and smart A . I will never give my hard earned money to this establishment ever again . This employee should be disciplined and spoken to in regards to how he disrespects customers. If the place was not accepting orders the doors should be closed . He was sarcastic and disrespectful. Between the flavors and quality of the chicken this is the go to place in this area (an area that is crawling with chicken wing places) for wings. They also have one of those fancy coke machines that dispenses 2 million different flavors and types of drinks. The rest of their food is okay as well, but this is Wingstop, get wings for crying out loud. Oh, honorable mention to the staff, they hold it down and are professional as well as accurate with the orders. read more

I have never had a bad experience when visiting this Wingstop location. It is one of my go-to places when visiting northern Virginia. Hampton Roads has recently opened a location but in all aspects, this location far exceeds expectations. The customer service is great! All employees I have come across have been welcoming and helpful. The owner of this location is extremely nice. Whenever I visit, the owner is often there which I believe is great for him to actually interact with his customers and clean the restaurant. The food is worth it! Wings are a decent size and the sauces/rubs are all awesome. You can ask them to try flavors if you are unsure what to get. My favorite is the Louisiana rub. You cannot go wrong with their lemon pepper while mango habanero is the perfect balance between heat and sweet. I love their fries with the regular seasoning. It has some sugar to it so it's different but addicting!! Never felt the need to try it a different way. The celery and carrot sticks are always a good portion and fresh. Atmosphere is clean and casual! They have a lot of TVS which are usually on sports channels. Music selection in the restaurant is also pretty cool. I guess what gets people is the wait for the food? I don't know. I have always waited a normal/decent time for my made to order/fresh food and it is TOTALLY worth it. read more

Tried this place a few weeks ago and it's an ok place. If you enjoy dry rub wings this is your place. I ordered the garlic parmesan ones and they were good but a bit to greasy for my taste. The fries that come with it are pretty good. They do take long to come out with your food. Not a huge fan but I'll give it one more try :) read more

Showed up 2min early for my order, was told I was too early and that it would be done in a couple minutes. Wasn't ready for another 10 minutes. Noticed that none of the people working inside had masks or gloves on...wtf?! Luckily everyone who walked through the doors had masks on, but get this: they asked to verify everyone's payment method (even though we all paid digitally), so WITHOUT GLOVES OR A MASK ON, the cashier kept handling people's cards and handing them back. And the cashier never sanitized her hands after or wiped any surfaces down. What is wrong with this place??? read more

I stopped here on my way from work...one of those nights when you don't feel like cooking. I had seen the place before while driving by and put it on my "check it out" list. Now, being the "wing snob" that I am, first thing I checked out was whether the wings were deep fried..the answer is yes. I must say, the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions before I ordered. I ordered 20 wings (naked) with my sauces on the side,(mild and BBQ) fries and of course blue cheese. Overall, I thought the wings were good and loved the fries. As with all of the "Wing" places around, the wings are very small, but no different than Wild Wings and the Wing Factory (my wing joint of choice). The wings were not really seasoned, but they were good, and cooked well. The sauces were good, but I did order Mild. My overall experience was good, and I will definitely go there again and try their version of HOT. The convenient location is a plus for me and the family thought it was pretty good too. read more

Wings are Good. Unfortunately for Wingstop (and fortunately for wing lovers), there is a lot of Good wing competition in Loudoun County and nearby Fairfax County, so to be in the running, you have to be better than just good. I have been here three times and tried various sauces. Wing size, Fair. I had a friend in the wing business who told me food distributors let you choose the size of the wings. The more meaty they are, the more they cost. I am guessing these are medium size. Sauce Selection: Fair. I say Buffalo Wild Wings and Buffalo Wing Factory have Wingstop beat in this category. Sauce Flavor: Just OK. Their Hot is not really very hot, and has a tang to it. It is good, but not as good as BWW or Jimmys Tavern in Herndon. BBQ is good. The rest are just so-so. I was able to order OLD BAY, even though it was not on the menu. Old Bay is one of my favorite Dry Rubs, and theirs was good. The pricing is OK, and I really liked the wings for two with include 15 wings, 2 sauces, soda and fries. read more

The place is nice. Tv's with different stations playing so you don't get bored. Spacey seating. The wings themselves are very well done. They taste pretty good and their deals are not bad. The thing other than the service and wait time that really has me dislike this place was that they CHARGED you for ranch. They CHARGED for ranch at a WING PLACE!! Went here with my husband tonight on a random Thursday. We were both craving wings, and neither of us are a fan of BWW and Buffalo Wing Factory had a 25 minute wait. We had heard of Wingstop opening so we decided to go give it a try. There was only one other person in the place when we got there. The decor is very bland, just basic tables and a couple of TVs, but we weren't going for a romantic atmosphere. We walked in and the guy at the counter greeted us, and then immediately looked miserable as we stood there and contemplated over the menu. Sorry buddy, it's not like anyone was waiting in line behind us. We decided to order the combo for 2, which is an order of 15 wings, an order of fries, and two drinks. It also comes with two dipping sauces. We got half hot/original and half garlic parmesan and ranch and blue cheese for the dips. We got our table and our drinks and waited about 15 minutes for our food. For some reason the two men who came in after us got their food before ours (?). They call your name when your food is ready. At first it looked like a lot of food, but then you actually look at the wings and you realize that they are micro-sized. The garlic parmesan looked like they had just fried them and then thrown parmesan cheese over them...there was basically no flavor. I thought for sure the hot ones would be good though. How hard can it be to mess up classic hot buffalo wings? Well this place did. The sauce was a strange taste and color. I don't see how you could mess up hot buffalo sauce - I make it all the time at home! Just mix some spices and butter with some Frank's and toss it with the wings, people. Thankfully, although the meat was sparse, most of them were fried to a good crispiness. Lastly, the fries were pretty soggy and had no flavor. I'm glad this place was cheap, (~$16 for the combo for two people) but it was pretty sad to leave a wing place and still have a craving for actual wings. Went to pick an order that my wife placed and the girl behind the counter asked for my ID to verify god knows what. I had the order email but she said she needs an ID to verify. Then I asked her if the food we ordered is enough for 4 people and she replied, "why are you asking me:.....the whole time she had a sour attitude and seemed like she didnt care about her job or giving good customer service. I asked her to get the manager and when she came I told her and all she said was sorry and then stayed quiet. I was very disappointed with wing stop in Sterling. The wings had no flavor and the fries were limp and flavorless. I had requested mild sauce but there was so little sauce i'm not sure there was enough to coat one wing never mind the whole order. If I had eaten in the restaurant I would've been able to ask for more sauce, unfortunately we got takeout and didn't want to go back. Probably won't ever go back. read more

Bada$$ wings! Been going to Wing Stop for many years now although I tried this particular store for the first time and wasn't disappointed. Had my favorite flavor- Cajun along with a couple other options although I wasn't too big on the Garlic Parmesan. Didn't really dine in so can't say much about the restaurant itself but I'm definitely going back for more. The wings here give all other surrounding wing joints a good run for their money. Came here with my husband and children. Wings were very tasty and I loved the fries!!! I could have eaten another order of fries even though I was completely stuffed. The staff was very friendly. My kids enjoyed their boneless wings, and I enjoyed their leftovers the next day. Boneless wings are soooo good! We will definitely be back again to try different flavors :) I've been driving past this place every day on route 7 since they opened. Finally glad I got to try them. read more

Updating my review from 12/29. The manager reached out to me immediately upon seeing my review. We spoke for quite a long time and I explained the issues. He immediately offered me a replacement meal at any time. I went today and everything was good! The meal was ready and thoroughly cooked. I had the garlic/parmesan and the mild wings. I love the blue cheese dressing - such a great flavor. I am thinking that they were just very busy went I was there on Sunday and some steps were skipped. I honestly believe that won't happen again. I'm sure I'll be back as there are a couple of wing flavors I have not tried yet. I hope they do very well. read more

Hard to find a good wing place in this area believe it or not. I saw this place today and stopped in. I was a bit worried because there was only one other person in there. I ordered boneless wings hot and teriyaki. They were awesome. Lots of meat and the sauces were great. They were crispy outside and real moist inside. I also ordered fries. The fries were fresh and hand cut. I met the owner. Very nice guy. I hope they stay in business. Small hidden gem I guess you could say. Well worth the trip here. read more

My exp based review: Decent sports bar with great menu for wing lovers. Tried combo with 15 wings and 3 diff sauces. Mango Hab sauce just blew my taste buds in a good way though. Louisiana rub is mild salty flavor but goes great with beer. Wings are perfectly cooked ( judging by 2x visits) . Offers Only bottled beer. Review based on others exp: True that there are no trash cans and weird way of paper towel dispensers but service staff was found cleaning tables to pick up any left overs from tables. We went inside and ordered our wings at 11:15pm. There were no customers present. 10 minutes later other guest came. They were served first. It was 11:50pm. I went to the cashier and waited to speak to someone, but they all ignored me. I waved my hand but still no reply. The cashier finally came. I showed her my receipt and asked why its been 35 minutes and we still havent received our food but other people got theirs before us. She said ita only been 25 minutes but it was 35.
