Wings are pretty good. There is a lot of variety of flavors. My family loves their French fries.

MAJOR HEALTH VIOLATION Before I get into that, my brother and I went into wingstop, he ordered before me, and then I ordered after, it was 2 separate Orders. As we sat down my name got called, it was strange considering my brother ordered first, I was halfway done, and his name still hadn't been called. He went up and asked and they didn't even put his order in. We expected some compensation but all we got was an extra ranch. Before we left, I went to go use the bathroom, but it was occupied. We waited for around 15 mins. Finally, the manager came out of the bathroom, and I went in. I did my bidness and then proceeded to wash my hands, only to find out there was NO SOAP AT ALL. I made an order at 7:15pm and did not get it until 9:50pm. The employees took my order and so many others knowing they only had one working fryer, luckily that did make the food fresh. I am overall disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this location. read more

The food is good obvisouly bc it's wingstop but the service here is terrible. There is usually only 1 person who comes to the front to check on people and it's usually a younger kid that obviously shows they don't want to do it they're forced to bc nobody else can! This is by far the slowest wingstop I've been to, it's terrible I'm always ordering 1 hour ahead of time online now because they're constantly backed up and can't seem to get any orders done in an organized or timely manner. The ambience in the building is trash. Uou can tell everybody has been waiting on their orders too it's insane it feels like everybody wants to crash out at the employees. Placed an order on the app Monday night when heading over to friends to watch Football. It was my turn to bring an appetizer. Staff was friendly, attentive and service was fast. Restaurant was clean and neat. Best part the Chicken was not as greasy as other locations. When in need for another game day snack will stop here again. read more

My husband and I usually like wing stop and it used to be our go to spot for wings but the last few visits have left us disappointed. Tonight we tried the online order to save time but it took longer than if we would have ordered it there. When we arrived, we called to let them know we were there and the woman on the phone said it would be a few more minutes and she would come out so I wouldn't have to call again. After waiting more time in the car, we finally decided to go inside to let them know we were still waiting. Our food was just sitting on their shelf waiting there. Once we got home everything was way saltier than usual and the food was pretty cold. I couldn't finish my food due to its saltiness. I understand your establishment uses a 3rd party vendor to deliver your products, that, not being the end users problem aside, the customer service at location this location was horrible, and worth the trouble of creating a Yelp account. I returned your merchandise, in the snow, I won't eat it again, at least from this establishment. What was once praise, has now been replaced by this single experience with your establishment, and wing stop on the whole. The store manager, told me my food was "probably not cold" based on the time they received the order, and perhaps I was "having a bad day" was why I was upset, my food was left on my doorstep, in the snow, no text, no phone call, no KNOCK or doorbell. I get wing stop uses door dash, whom apparently sucks, but I didn't do business with door dash, I did it through wing stop.com. For the manager, whom I couldn't speak to for 15 mins, to suggest I should seek reimbursement through a third party is insulting. Ok, we ordered what we wanted for delivery through doordash, we were told about an 1hr, ok with that. Doordash came and dropped off our food. Gave us a big bag, after we looked through it, it was only half of what we ordered. Wife called wingstop and the young man said yeah we forgot to give him the other half, but this is what I'll do ill remake your order for you so it will be nice and hot but you will have to come down and get it. Thinking thats cool so , we sent our son over there and all they did was just give him the half order that was sitting there for 45min. Son got home and it was still wrong, cold and disgusting. Literally just got off the phone with some girl working.. we called to cancel our order because the wait was too long (no big deal right?) we got put on hold and then it took her forever to find our order, we told her the name about 10 times and the order number and she kept saying they didn't have it (Still no big deal). When my turn came the register worker decided to help the person behind me instead of me. I've been going to wing stop for years! The wait is definitely the worst part. I do enjoy nice efficient meals, however I am always satisfied with the outcome. I love the variety of flavors they have for both wings, and the fries. I am happy to say I have never received a wrong order from doordashing or pickup here. You could tell they didn't shake their friers and were just rushing everything.
