Just happened to be in the neighborhood and decided to step into the new location after hearing all the buzz. The cool, hometown vibe was consistent with what I find at most locations as was the cust service. If you live in the area and you just wanna get out to watch the game and have some good food without too much craziness, this spot will get it done for you. I placed an order and was told it would be 35 minutes, when I arrived to pick up, they said it would be another 30 minute wait. We've been to this location several times and service was very poor. When you order they make you feel rushed and you are a bother. On top of it all, when you get your food it's lukewarm. Personally, I feel this is a reflection of management and they need to hire new employees/management that care. Today was by far the worst , I waited in line for a door dash that was ready over 15 minutes ago . Both my orders were late . Instead of pushing out orders that were already ready on their table they let it sit there for 15+ minutes until you reach the front or the line . I'm pretty sure my customers got their food cold . People in line behind me are complaining that their food was ready a long time ago . Why not get someone to call all the orders that are ready and hand them to the customers ? This place does not even deserve one star! It was horrible and over priced. I was not impressed by the staff. The wings were super salty, the fries were super salty, the ranch was good but turned salty after dipping my salty wings in it. The chicken tenders were not as salty as everything else so those were alright. It was really smoky in there and if there is more than 4 people in your group there is no space to dine in. I hate doing this... I've gone on three separate occasions and had a pretty terrible experience each time. The first time was a day after opening. I ordered while I was at work and waited the standard 18 minutes, and walked over to pick up my food. The trip alone probably took another 5 minutes. It took me about an hour to get my wings from the time I walked into the store. I'm on my lunch break and I'm not about to waste $15 bucks, so I decided to cut them a break because of how new/busy they were. I went for a second time and ordered dine in. The store was borderline empty. Still took about a half hour for 2 orders of wings. Somehow the fries were simultaneously over cooked and cold. The third and last: Super Bowl Sunday. Took a grand total of 3 hours to get my medium-size order. Got some extra fries, totally burnt. Two of the occasions, I was offered free wings next time I came in. I've tried to call in an order on the credit they gave me, and they told me the offer was no longer valid. I just can't justify going back. If I'm really hurting for wings I'll go to BDubs or drive to the Northridge Wingstop. read more

We had the boneless wings, tenders and fries. The over all food tasted okay but everything was way over salted. It could have killed us since we have high BP. Not to mention when ordering the guy rushed us. So I had to order twice to get everything. I complained about the $4 fries that were super salty. Needless to say we have unwanted leftovers and came home to eat a real meal. Won't be back very disappointed. read more

First I want to say Wingstop wings are great! That's what the three stars are for. The two missing stars are for the lack of communication. When using the WingStop app (not DoorDash app)it gives you the option to put a tip. I'm thinking it's for the driver right? Well when the driver shows up (on time) I ask if you received the tip I included. I was told no. Well I told the driver I will take this up with Wingstop and gave the driver another tip. I called the store and asked for the manager. She telling me I should take it up with DoorDash. Then handed the phone over to the other manager? Two mangers at the same time, wow! My lucky day. Well manager #2 was unhelpful also. When using the Wingstop app it says nothing about using DoorDash for my delivery. I'm thinking Wingstop is making my delivery. Who is getting the tip I paid when playing my order? I want my money back Wingstop. Also please don't short my order next time please. read more

We were not sure what to expect. Unlike the competition, the place is small and seems geared towards takeout. The lemon pepper chicken was great and we love the fries. There are three types but we enjoy the regular type the best. read more

I ordered delivery from them tonight and it never arrived and I received an email saying that the order was cancelled when I called the store they told me that there was nothing they can do and I have to contact Wingstop online. read more

probably the worst experience here at this wingstop i've had in a long time. I came in on a Saturday and they did not have any customers in there since they just opened , i was happy because i had to work so i was looking for something quick ! i got my order to go and i ordered 6 bone IN wing meal when i got home i opened my meal and they gave me boneless wings. i call them and speak with Yomara and she apologized and gave me my next meal free for the next visit. well the next visit was today, i called ahead and explained to the girl i get a free meal credit. when i get there they were giving me a hard time about when i spoke with Yomara and basically 21 questions. Good thing i brought my original receipt to show them that i was there, they finally gave me my food. not only that, i have been there before and ordered online waited for my food longer than people have walked in and ordered and got their food before me. First let me say, the food was great. No complaints. But now let me explain the 1 star. I ordered ahead by an hour and designated 6:15 pick up time. I got there right on time, but there was a long line of people. I have no idea who ordered when or their pick up time. So I'm waiting out front - by the time I watched several GrubHub, Ubereats, etc. drivers just bypass the line and go in and keep asking if their food was ready, I did the same. Sure enough, 6:30, my food had been sitting on a table to be picked up. One girl helping people as they walk in! No organization or help for those whose food is sitting there. Secondly - and this is the big one. I paid and took the food to my son's home to treat them to dinner. The 3 brownies I ordered and paid for ($8.75 +/-) were not in the bag. We stopped back after visiting my son and explained the error. After a lot of fumbling, the night manager claimed he put through the refund - but was unable to print me a receipt?? The refund never happened. A week later, never happened. Two weeks now - nope! After several phone messages left with the store, a filled out company survey, and an email message to the main company, I have had absolutely -0- contact from them. I live 25 minutes away, therefore driving back to the store isn't worth the gas. But I'm very dissatisfied with their customer service. read more

If I can give them zero stars, I would love to. The store is going to close if they continue to not having an order management system to organize the incoming orders and work flow. Today is super bowl day and they claim they expect a lot of orders and end up getting 3X the number of orders. I put in my order at 10:30am and requested available at 4:30pm. I got to the store at 4:35pm and was told that they are an hour behind (same story as other yelpers reported on other days). I was told to go back in an hour and they will also call me when order is ready. I called an hour later and the girl on the phone said the lady who helped me earlier was already gone for the day. She asked my name and phone number again and claimed she will call me when order is ready. She thinks the order will be ready in 30 mins. I went to the store 30 mins later, the store is in A LOT of chaos. There are pieces of order paper on the counter, not organized and being placed all over the counter. I asked if I can understand where my order is in the queue, the first cashier person said he does not know as he is only a temp. I asked to speak to the manager and he then asked another cashier person to help me. This other person was some what apologetic when I asked for the manger to understand where my order was in the queue. She said she does not know and so I insist on speaking to the manager. The manager came and said they have LOST a lot of the online orders and so she can't answer the question (she did not even bother to look at all the order paper on top of the counter to find out). She then offer to do the order for me ASAP if I can let her know what I ordered!! This has to be kidding...I talked to so many people in the last 2 hours and they told me to wait and now you are telling me you lost my order??? and did not even look into it? Anyway, after I got so upset, she did tell the kitchen to make my order. You can tell in the kitchen that most of the people in there are not trained. There is no production line to fulfill the order. Everyone is waiting to be told what to do. I have NEVER seen a place like this. They really should just close down the place and take 2-3 weeks off to work out the kinks before reopening. At the mean time Yelpers, stay away from this place. You won't get your food. All the negative reviews so far are real. There are other places that serve wings that are just as good and more enjoyable experience. read more

Very disappointing and I'm being nice. Put a simple order in at the counter and waited 35 minutes for my order. I finally asked where my order was and the girl says it takes 40 minutes to get your food from the time you order, ok fine, what's another 5 minutes at this point. Now the fun part, 40 minutes goes by and I asked the counter girl about my food, she says what's your name for the order and goes and checks and says to me that it still being prepared, I see another order up at the counter and inquire about it, she says that is for a customer named Jane, turns out it's my order except my name isn't Jane. I would probably give less than one star if I could. I don't understand how a day that I would consider a big day of sales. Yes super bowl Sunday was a disaster. We placed an order online to pick up. When we went along with many other peoe we were told that orders were not received and everyone was sent away to return an hour. An hour later... Nope! Not ready. My husband drove back and forth to the restaurant three times today because of your imcompetent employee. We ordered 20 wings, 1 veggie sticks, 1 carrot sticks, and 1 cajun corns.The first time we went to pick it up he misses the carrot sticks and cajun corns. The second time we visited, we clearly said that they forgot to give us the above items, expenting some kind of apology. But i stead, I'm slapped with a huge obnoxious silence. Nothing said, he handed the brown bag. Giving the cashier the benfit of the doubt (I trust too much in a person) we just left, feeling terrible because of the crappy treatment we got from the staff. But guess what lol upon checking the items at home, we could only find the cajun corns. So we went back for the carrot sticks because it was about one's integrity now. When we went inside, he argued (while laughing with his hispanic friend) that the carrot sticks were in the first bag we got. Only one of the staff decided to wrap one instead of harassing us.
