Then I had to go up there to get my correct order and when I got home with it my wings were swimming in so much grease it leaked through the bag. Not sure why I tried another location. It is horrible every time. Went to the one in McKinney after ordering online. Pickup time was for 6:16pm. No one would tell me anything when I arrived (6:25pm). Waited an additional full hour for my order to be prepared. The lobby was full of unhappy customers going through the same thing. I will officially never visit this business again. read more

I was put on hold three different times by Rosa so I finally went to the store to order and asked why I was put on hold for 15 minutes and Rosa said she had too many people in line to take phone orders. I've been to this location several times over the coarse of a project I've been working in the area over the past few months. I've been to multiple other locations across the state. This location has been above average when compared to the others I've experienced. (Granted I haven't experienced the whole menu but the boneless garlic parm has no doubt been on point) I recommend ordering online if your doing take out to avoid a wait as they seem to stay busy. Don't forget to order them "extra well done" I'm pretty sure that translates to mean, extra good to eat! read more

We ordered an online order and had missing items. We live about 30 minutes away and couldn't make it back to the store. We called and asked to refund our missing items and some kid was VERY rude/obviously had not been trained in customer service. They refused a refund unless we came back in with the order, then refused to let us talk to a manager or give us any names/managers information for us to report to corporate. We will be calling corporate tomorrow and filing a chargeback, and will NOT be coming back to this location. Don't waste your time/money here!!!! read more

Food was fresh and hot , as always. Blue cheese and ranch were amazing! Service, poor at best. Ruby, the short cashier that spoke english, was a very rude individual. When we order, she let us know it was to be an 18 minute wait. Thats to be expected. You don't go to wing stop for fast service. We ordered 2 larges meals one boneless. One with bones (8 piece wing, fries and a drink). When our order came out, they all had bones. I took the incorrect one to the register. After a few minutes later, I didn't time her, she let me know it would be another 6 minutes. I know my face showed my displeasure. And she laughed, but tried to hide it. I asked her what was funny and she stated nothing. When the food came out 11 minutes later. It was hit and fresh and 2 full order of boneless wings. So in a sense. I love the wings and fries but the service is horrible and seems to be worse every time I go. This time, I ordered online because I know they take forever. Online it said my order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I got there 20 minutes later and paid for my order and sat down to wait. 30 minutes roll by and I see people getting their food that ordered after I paid for my to go order. I go up to the counter and ask about my food and it's been sitting there THE WHOLE TIME. They put my food in the bag sideways so my dry wings mixed with the sauced wings. Only reason they get one star is because the food is always correct. Every single time I come in here to pick up my delivery orders I wait for at least 20min one time closer to 40. They call out everyone else's orders but let mine sit on the rack. I'm normally one of the first ones in there waiting and always check in. They've done this a few times. Sometimes they just take way too mf long. Each order is supposed to take 18 min. I don't go in until my pickup time or a little after and they still take forever one time I went in and a guy that ordered at the counter after I came in got his food first. My experience at this restaurant was terrible. first the app didn't work and I could not place my order there, and when I was able to place my order and it will not allow me to pay. so I called the restaurant and ask them to please place the order under my name on my online account. and then once that was done. What time to pick up my order there was a payment error their machine not my card. The manager seems as if he did not care and the young lady that was at the register really had no idea what to do she must of been new. My food was not satisfying it was cooked too long and it was set up to long under the heat lamp or whatever because my chicken wings were hard as bricks and my fries were soggy the drink was super water down. and when I brought the food back I was told that I couldn't get my money back. And I was told that a re-order was not in the process at all because I was told I did not qualify for re-order of my meal since it was unsatisfactory. Wing Stop has some of the best wings ever. I was so excited when they came to the area. However, I tried this place about 10 times and each and every time the service was horrible. I kept going back because I love the wings but I am done. I have not been back in quite some time and I never will. So the only time I will get their wings is on my very occasional trip to McKinney. I've never been so disappointed in a chain restaurant as I was in this one. I'm not from this area, but my hometown Wingstop is so much better than this one. It took them over 30 minutes to get the order ready and it wasn't even that busy!! The French fries were so unevenly cut some were under cooked some were charred. And they tasted like cardboard. There was no seasoning on them at all, and since we got the order to go, we couldn't ask for any. The boneless wings were so incredibly salty we ended up peeling the outer coating off of them. And they didn't have blue cheese! Who doesn't have blue cheese when you have wings? My Wingstop in Pine Bluff Arkansas has outstanding blue cheese. Ask them for the recipe! And as for the crew- you need to hire people who want to work there. It's obvious when your workers don't want to be there. I will never return here. read more
