S L O W We dropped in for a quick lunch while running errands. My first time to this location. Not extremely busy, we arrived about 12:15 or 12:20. I thought it would packed for lunch, but fortunately it was not. We were seated and drink orders were placed. Pretty simple, unsweet tea and a tall draft beer. Tea came out quickly and then the beer wait began. Finally we flagged down the waitress to see if possibly the beer was forgotten. Nope, per the waitress, she was waiting on the bar? Okay, we knew not to order another beer. Took our food orders, and we had ordered wings and fresh veggies. Also asked for blue cheese dressing. We waited, and waited, and waited. We had finally decided to just pay for the drinks and leave. We couldn't find our waitress to let her know. Food finally arrived around 30 minutes later. (We had an appointment so we were watching the clock) After waiting that long for the food, we figured it would be piping hot. It was served lukewarm, including the french fries. Now we need to make up for lost time. Dipped my veggie in the dressing, ready for the blue cheese taste, it was Ranch. We were both frustrated, but who can complain? No one wants to work, so maybe they are short staffed. We flagged her down again and asked if we could please have blue cheese. She brought it, and we asked for ToGo boxes because we had ran out of time. She obliged and mentioned she would bring us some blue cheese dressing to go with the food. Boxes arrived, no blue cheese. Went into Buffalo to dine in. Wait 5 minutes for a young girl to walk-in from outside. Asked if we could sit in a booth and she said the two booths were close. I said we would wait for the booth to be cleaned that someone just got up from and she said no we couldn't sit there. Then my wife asked if we could sit in the half booths that were along the wall. We were also told no because that wasn't the rotation. I guess they just did want us to sit anywhere. Told my wife I would talk to manager but we were leaving. Asked for manager and explained to him what happened. He stated we should have been allowed to sit anywhere we wanted. I let him know that wasn't the case and I would be contacting corporate. The food is usually good not great but good. That being said we went there this past Saturday place was a little busy but not overly crowded we were seated fast that is where it all went down hill. We sat there waiting for our server to get our drink orders. About 5 different servers walked by our table but no one stopped to get our order. We waited about 15 minutes when we noticed 2 more tables were seated after us and when they got there drinks before us we decided to leave upon walking out we did let the lady at the front what happened she said sorry I can get someone to wait on you I said no we waited the first time with no luck. There are a few servers here that are good but I would say overall the servers are not very good. Has to be managers job to make sure there trained correctly. Service was awful. I feel robbed , food was awful too. I ordered BOGO wings and got nothing but crumbs. I never got a refill the entire time I was there so I had to choke on my food while the waitress was chatting with her coworkers. We were done with our food and had to wait an extra 15 mins to get our checks just because she wouldn't stop talking to her coworkers. We didn't get checked on once and the busser was the one that brought us our food. The vibe was also off and the place was trashed. Alot of work needed at this location. By the time our experience was over we've been here close to 2hrs. We sat for atleast 10 minutes waiting to order drinks. Once we starting ordering we were giving attitude from our waitress. From sighing and rolling eyes as well when someone from our group cancelled an appetizer when they realized three was ordered in their group. From there the experience got worse appetizers came out 1 at a time. Soda was flat and more attitude was given. Once food got here my wings were cold- Luke warm at beast with barely any sauce. Others wings had light sauce as well with a pretzel ordered being hard and not good at all. . The manager ended up stepping into to assist our waitress. During out visit the waitress also stuck her hand inside our cup to pick it up and get a refill. I understand we had a slightly large group of nine but I've gone to bdubs in other locations with bigger groups and been served fantastic. I was very upset with the attitude given by our waitress Hailey while we were being polite. So frustrating. For the past 3 months they have not been able to make a Mai Tai because they are out of dark rum. Run your butt to Specs and get more since you are incapable of properly ordering. We went to watch a Nascar Xfinity race. (Could have watched at home) Got there at 4pm. Sat at the bar. Great bartender Sarah. Half way thru the race the Manager changes the channel on the TV right in front of us. Bartender explains we are watching and changes it back. Then Literally the last lap after a caution, the same Manager, who had been doing nothing but trying to flirt with people at the end of the bar, CHANGES THE CHANNEL, AND WE MISS THE END OF THE RACE. We barely saw our waitress and when we did it wasn't because she was asking us how we are or anything, but she made plenty of appearances at other tables. We sat with no refills our entire stay. And on top of that my order comes out wrong and I get the receipt and am charged a dollar for what I should have had in the first place. Not a big deal didn't say anything paid for it anyway. Asked for a Togo box waited 15 mins for one and she never showed up. But saw her got to multiple tables asking them if they needed refills and how they are doing.
