Ok, the taste of these wings are great, but the company and the shop need some work, that's why I only gave it three stars. The shop's floor is sticky, and service takes forever! The people are nice but I have no idea why it takes so long to make wings or strips, but you'd think they were de-feathering the chickens in the back. My complaint about the company is that I only wanted 7 wings,and then found out that if I wanted dipping sauce, it would be an extra charge! An extra charge for dipping sauce, not extra sauce mind you, just to have sauce. Does anyone out there eat buffalo wings without dipping sauce? We observed the crew and the place to confirm all the hype on the reviews...also just to be on guard. We got our lunch in a good 20 mins. with almost a full house. Hot and mouth watering..So..so miss the Lemon Pepper, Parmesan and the Atomic Wings....It was as good as the other Wingstop @ Oakland and San Jose. I've been off yelp for a few years but this experience made me come back. Holy hell... where to start? As my family and I walk in we are greeted by a slovenly dressed, unkempt, slack jawed man who rushed us through our order, despite it being our first time at a wing-stop in a few years. Nobody behind us, no reason to rush, but every step he pushed us. After we ordered we were told that the food would be a few minutes, my kids wanted to sit near a t.v. and watch the Giants play, however the back of the store reeks of sewage. The majority of the remaining tables either have stacked plates or are just dirty, and stayed that way our entire visit. While waiting for our food one of the employees came into the store while holding a Bluetooth speaker which was about the size of a coke can, blasting rap music. Now I have no issues with rap music, but don't walk into a family establishment while all the "shits and fucks" blaring, he walked into the back and the music continuted for the rest of our visit. When the food came out we were greeted by chicken that looked like glorified McDonald's nuggets. I remember wing stop having good chicken, perhaps my memory isn't good on this. The veggies were freezing cold, the French fries were room temperature. The food was not appealing overall. When I walked up to the counter and asked one of the employees to come talk from the back I was greeted with a one word response "what?" I was wasting his time apparently. Overall I'll never go back. This place is a nightmare!! I have never been less impressed with a place that only serves a few different deep fried foods. We made the mistake of ordering food here on Super Bowl and it was a mess. We ordered food for 3 pm, and at 330 they were still trying to make orders for 2 pm. Their online ordering system allowed people to order hundreds of wings without capping the orders. The line was out the door and wrapped around the building. The icing on the cake was their unprofessional incompetent staff. Ultimately we canceled our order after 45 minutes, it was very difficult because their online ordering service is not connected to their computers and the owner was not present, and no employees were able to reach them. We go to WingStop all the time in other areas. This particular location is always smoked out, i.e., there's no fan which means the smoke permeates the seating area. The first time I went there the food was ok. I didn't call ahead which is a mistake. I made sure to call ahead on my second outing. I got there and it was still a long wait. When I received my order there were no french fries so I had to wait longer for that. The food was ok. I won't say it's the best, but it's also not the worst. I think Wing Stop has some good prices compared to other places. I probably won't come back to this one, as it's a little out of the way but I will definitely still go to other Wing Stops. Our favorite sauces are the original mild and the hawaiian. I love dipping my FLAT ONLY wings in Blue Cheese with a crunch of celery. Am I making your mouth water yet. LOL We also get the french fries. I like my fries krispy and you have to tell them to cook them as such otherwise they will be droopy. On my most recent trip I finally tried their fresh baked rolls which were pretty good. I give Wing Stop 4 stars overall but this particular location only gets the 3 stars because you will be breathing kitchen smoke the entire time you are in there. read more

Today I had the absolute final straw with wing stop! They ALWAYS get my order or something wrong. I end up walking back in to get it fixed or end up not getting what I paid for. But this time it went too far! They over charged me but I just left it as is. But the worst part is that I got RAW CHICKEN! Not undercooked but literally RAW CHICKEN COMPLETELY RAW 100% RAW! Not just one piece but half if not more of my order. I called and the guy on the phone said and I quote " we don't have a manager,sorry, I don't know what to tell you. I trusted this establishment enough to give them 5 stars.....sadly i am here to say that i am revoking 4 of those stars with a quickness....since my last review in 2011 i have seen the service plummet into the ground as well as the quality of the food. This place is horrible. I went to Santa Rosa for the day for work. My coworkers wanted wingstop so I ordered a 3plc meal online. It was a busy day so I was hoping to just make an easy trip to pick up the food. When I picked up my order the guy that packed my order decided to put my fries in the bag sideways so that the fries fall to the bottiom of my bag ...What a genius. So of course I asked if this is how they pack orders and everyone looked confused. So I decided to help them out and take out the fries and ask for a bag to put them in separately. When I handed the cashier the fries for a bag she still looked confused and handed it to the genius that originally packed my order. Then he says very sarcastically "Oh they want a bag... Here you go!" What a j....ss! To top off my great experience they didn't put any sauces in my bag! I paid extra for the extra sauces!! Of course I called them to let them know and the funny thing is is that they already knew which customer I was and said they would "keep my name" so that next time I can get my sauces for free. Went to this Wingstop location twice. The first time, they took ~20 minutes for a 7 piece order and forgot to put the flavor on the wings. Also, the place looked really untidy (trash on top of many tables) and it was hard for some customers to find a clean table to sit at. The second time, I put in the same order (7 wings + fries) and had to wait half an hour for it to come out. Ridiculous. The restaurant wasn't even that crowded. When our order finally came, I only received 6 wings and had to stand at the counter and wait an additional few minutes for the 7th piece to come out. The wings were okay in terms of quality compared to other locations, but the fries were soggy and not hot. If you come here, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes even for a small order, and for them to mess your order up. read more

-Terrible Customer Service - Frauds -As of right now theives, as they owe me $65.42 This place is TERRIBLE and I will never go here again, let alone any other Wingstop. My friends and I placed an online order for 100 wings over 2 hours before our requested pick up time for our football party we were throwing. Thats ridiculous as during our 20 minutes of standing there we see easily 5-6 orders go out from pickups and in-store. 3. WHY COULDN"T YOU CALL AND TELL ME THE ORDER COULD NOT BE FILLED! This way I wouldn't waste my time driving up there to be turned away with no wings, and not even my money back. So the guy starts trying to call his supervisor (from what I am guessing as he was pretty vague on what he was doing when I asked) which takes about 20 minutes as we just stand there twiddling our thumbs trying to figure out what we are going to do. I ask for my money back and he says "no, he has to run it through corporate tomorrow" as he can't access his registers? WTF!? He finally gets in contact with whoever he has been trying to call and and then he offers me this "If you wait till after 5 when our shipment gets here was can give you your order then and give you 10% off." I immediately say "no" as that is pretty much an insult, as they expect me to wait another 45 minutes (probably more) and then only give me 10% off. Give me a break! So once again he explains that I cannot get my money back as it must be done the next day on Monday through corporate (which is total crap btw as there is a perfectly fine register right in front of us). So I give him my name, phone number, and sign a sheet so they can give me my money back. It is now Thursday night and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK!!! 5 days!!!! I did not get mad initially at the young guy at the counter as he seemed to be flustered by the situation... but this is getting ridiculous. I also understand that it was Sunday so a manager is not likely to be there. So I was fine to wait till Monday to get my money back (even though it is still pretty ridiculous it even came to this). I tried calling the store Wednesday to speak to a manager, got put on hold, then hung up on. I am going to try again tomorrow and I better get some answers as to where is my money and why this situation even occurred. I would not recommend anyone go to this location as their customer service is insanely bad and there seems to not be anyone who cares to please the customer. Bad experience the moment I came in. The manager's first words when I walked in, "give me a minute" in a rude tone as if I was his last priority to deal with (it was dead inside). When he was ready to take my order, he rudely asked what he could get for me...and then went on about how his staff all came in 2 hours late and his beer order was late. I told him to get better customer service skills, and then he apologized and said "let me just take a deep breath" and it was just weird ordering experience for nobody else being in the restaurant. Based off of my observations while waiting for the food to be prepared: Kitchen cleanliness: 2 (cooks were on their phones and another employee came in with Starbucks for the staff from next door and didn't wash his hands. Service: Jessica (a redhead around 23 I'd say) had the best customer service I have seen at a wing place. She has a very large smile and when I asked her what her favorite was she promptly told me and discussed the different flavors. She very quickly offered for me to sample two of them to see the difference, which most places don't do. Also, she accepted the "free fries" check in offer off of my phone (no portable printer needed). Wings: I am a Buffalo Wing fan of epic proportions. Yes, I have been to Buffalo, NY to try the original "Buffalo Wings" and I order them pretty much whenever they are on the menu. These wings were awesome! The samplers I had were Teriyaki and Hawaiian. Both were good, sweet, flavorful, but I want spice when I have Buffalo Wings. So, I ordered the Original Hot and the next step up the Cajun. Both were mouth watering, jaw dropping, beat up your best friend for them...FABULOUS! The original hot was classic, that good spicy Buffalo flavor. The Cajun was smoking hot, but so flavorful. Neither were that acidic spiciness for the only reason to be spicy. They were both very tasty! Also, the chicken was cooked nicely, very juicy and hot. From the time on the receipt to the time I had wings in my hand was exactly 19 minutes. That is pretty darn fast for freshly fried chicken wings. If you have ever fried them yourself, you know it takes a bare minimum of 10 minutes frying time. Usually it takes a bit longer, closer to 15 minutes and that is in the fryer alone. Add time for sauce application, serving, and pulling the entire order together 19 minutes is fast. Atmosphere: It is a typical almost fast food kind of atmosphere. They do have TV's but this is the only aspect of the place that made me consider 4 stars instead of 5. First, the door was open, so it was pretty cold. The chairs are not that comfortable and the place is very small so each table is right up against the wall. I prefer taking the wings home and then I save on beer as well. Side note there beer selection is not bad if you do end up eating there. They have Lagunitas and usually a couple other micro brews. read more

I've given this place too many chances. I'm sad to say I won't be coming back here. I ordered 60 wings for my family on Monday night. Picked up the order. Got home. And they only gave us 35 wings and the fries and sauces that we ordered. I called and they said yeah they had the remaining wings if I want to go get them. I asked if I could just get a refund but the guy said only a manager could do that and if I leave my info, a manager will call the following day. It's been a week now and no call back.
