My gift card has still not been replaced. Im still out 47.50 I was told it came in May but nothing. I was to have my card replaced because the balance was transferred to a new card. It was done because my card wasn't working at a local wing stop it was assumed it was damaged or demagnetized, upon further inspection it was discovered that the local wingstop dosent accept wing stop gift cards and was given an apology and told I would be given an extra 15 for in inconvenience. But i was told it was sent in May and when i do the contact us link i get no response. I still havent gotten anything. read more

Ordered 30 wings Togo. I have 3 kids and live 10 miles away. Got home and only have 20 wings. Call and no MOD and nobody speaks English except Jeremey who was the one who took my order. Well, two things: it's football season and it's been hot. Who wants to turn on an oven?! This Wing Stop gets wings done on time even on game days. There are only 4 tables inside this location- 1 seats 2 people and the other 3 is for 4. No clean tables at all! Garbage all over the floor. I doubt everyone that ate at all 4 tables finished eating together. Its only 4pm, that means lazy staff. Dont eat here. read more

Was supposed to be boneless and it was bone in then they forgot 30 of my wings They mixed all the orders into 20 pieces when I needed 10 individual orders for business purposes. I will start by saying I LOVE CHICKEN WINGS. I can eat them all day for every meal. My preferred style of wing is sauceless and extra crispy. I will say that this wingstop doesn't disappoint with that. Its the fries that are a huge let down. And it doesn't matter if its togo or to eat there, somehow the fries are always soft and limp. Even if you ask for them well done. Then comes the issue with the "cool soda" machine here, it seems to never have any of the flavors. Its always out of everything. So many times I'm forced to get sprite, guess people in my area don't drink that. I mea literally its out of everything, dr pepper, coke, diet coke, fanta. None of the flavorings are even available. If they fixed those two issues this may be a five star review. I will still go here as its the closest place to me. read more

This has to be the slowest and least motivated crew I have ever seen working at this place. One order ahead of me and it took over five minutes to start making my order after I placed it. I watched them l the whole time. The counter guy looks and acts like he is high. This place was a comedy of errors. When we walked in, there was no one at the front register - we quickly realized the cashier was sitting in one of the patrons chairs looking at her phone. There were bones on the floors that employees walked over several times. Second visit to a wing stop. Second time disappointed. Saltiest wings I have ever had!!! Almost inedible. It must be in the boneless breading since our friends who ate the bone-in style thought they were ok. The sm store doesn't coincide with the mobile app and the menu options in store are not the same as the menu on the website. The potato salad was really thin and the fries are way way too salty.
