Placed an order through the app for the family pack. The order was ready on time, which seems to be an issue for every location throughout SoCal and Northern Utah that I've ever been to. I had been meaning to try this place for a while. (Why is there no BWW in San Diego!?) I need a boneless wing fix every now and then. I got 5 garlic parmesan and 5 original hot. Garlic parmesan were crispy and delicious, original were kinda soggy and just ok. They charge like 70 cents for blue cheese and ranch. I paid just under $10 total which is decent. The place just didn't have an energetic vibe to it that I expect when I step into a small specialty place. There just weren't enough people. Wow... my boyfriend just called me LIVID because the wings he called in HOURS ago were not ready and he had to wait like 30 minutes. Ranch is not included- they charge you for it and never give you a heads up. I swore this place off the last time I went to pick up wings. Long story short: Poor Customer Service Disappointing Food Tonight was the first and LAST time my girlfriend and I visit a WingStop. We ordered online and when we arrived several minutes after the projected completion time, like a previous Yelper, our order hadn't even been started. The girl at the front register looked lost when we told her the name on the order. We told her it was an online order so she looked at the printer, made a face, told us she didn't know there was an online order, then told us it would be a nine minute wait. I thought that seemed rather short for a decent order and wondered what the quality of the food might be. More than a half hour later we received our food, which was mediocre at best. It is so hard for me to review Wing Stop because I have such mixed feelings. First, their wings are delicious! So if you are going for the food this is a must! Go for a hot one and then get lemon pepper to cool you down! However the service is not very good at all.
