Please listen to me and do not ever order delivery from this place!!! I ordered wings and veggies for delivery and they charge a 5 dollar delivery fee plus a 3 dollar service fee. What is the service fee for? Isnt delivery a service in itself? Why are you charging people two separate fees for the same thing! What a shady and underhanded thing to do to your customers! For 8 bucks you could order another whole dish! And to top it off the food came 30 minutes later than they said it would AND to top it off the driver showed up with no change to break two twenties. I handed him 40 bucks for a 25 dollar tab and he starts walking away. I called him back and said you owe me 15 dollars and he said he didnt have change. What kind of driver has zero change? Really?!?! Zero change. He then says let me ask my girlfriend if she has change. Comes back with five bucks. I either had to short change him or give him a big tip so i decided to just give him the tip even though everything about the experience said stiff the establishment. I'd like to give this more than one star but I never got a chance to try the food. I went here last week because every place says they accept ebt (they even have it posted on their own window as a form of payment) yet for some reason they said they do not. They still have the sticker up on their window as a form of acceptable payment. I would understand if they stopped taking ebt and told the websites and ebt programs and those sites just haven't gotten around to updating their info, but I doubt they did inform them as they wont even take down a sticker from their own window. If this wasnt embarrassing enough the front counter person wanted to make sure they stop taking ebt so she yelled the question to the guy in the back rather than walking 15 feet and being discreet. So I had to cancel my order and the other customers knew it was because I couldnt pay. I am really disappointed I couldnt get my wings and I went out of my way to try and get them. read more

This place has the best wings. Most of the flavors are really good. My favorites are garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. They have awesome fries too. For about $8 u can get a meal with 10 wings, fries, and a drink. Highly recommend it to everyone =) read more

This place doesn't know how to cook wings, which is quite unfortunate for a wing place. My wings were not only overcooked, but the mild sauce I ordered seemed to be straight-up oil. It was gross, not even worth giving another chance. read more

Best of what's around...Closest thing we got here to a midwest style wings & beer carry-out. BW3's (now Buffalo Wild Wings) and lots of other places out there are better, but I'll be a loyal customer of Wingstop until something better comes to town which I suspect could be a mighty long time. Fries are also very good. But don't expect a big menu variety. If you're coming here, you're coming for wings and fries/beans/slaw. read more

WORSE SERVICE EVER! It's a shame because the food use to be so YUMMERS! My friend and I went there awaiting their yummy parmasan bonesless wings and fries. After waiting about 15 mins for this extremely large teen to finish taking her dump she had attitude with us and gave us the silent treatment with dirty looks. She ran her hands under the sink for 1 sec w/no soap then proceeded to wipe on her nasty shirt w/all these stains. She then scratched her scalp and fixed her sloppy ponytail. At this point my friend and I were really discussed but still wanted wings...I know gross but we were craving bad! She never apologized but just pointed at the total on the register. It was like we interrupted her dump and we were gonna pay. She truely didn't want to be there and it showed! I then asked for ranch since she didn't offer any sauce. The mute finally spoke and said "NO Ranch". Then I said "What?" wings w/out ranch she rolled her eyes and cancelled my order. OMG! WTF? I didn't ask her to do that. I was just shocked there was no ranch! I never will go there again. She made me want to swim in antibacterial just looking at her. We still ordered just to spite her and make her lazy butt work! the lemon pepper wings here are PHENOMENAL. they are the best wings i've ever had in my life! they are perfectly cooked every time i order them: crunchy on the outside and succulent and juicy on the inside. the first time i ordered them they were a little too salty, so i tell them to go easy on the salt, and they come out perfect. i've tried some of the other flavors, but i can't remember which ones. they were ok. the customer service is great too, you can tell they appreciate you and care about their service and food. they are really nice and friendly, which catches you off guard because they look too young to be that polite and caring. read more

Ive had bad luck with wing stop but this by far took the cake. I ordered my meal online late lastnight , at about 10:30pm. Confirmation email said the order was recieved and will be ready by 10:50pm. I was in the north park area so if you know the area, rosecrans is not close but its better than their el cajon blvd location. (Or so i thought) anyway, i got there around 10:45pm . Waited for the girls scrambling to acknowledge that i was waiting to be helped. Dining room was a mess, there was water all over the floor in the kitchen, which told me they were pre closing the store, even though they dont close until midnight. anyway, she finallg came to me and i told her im here to pick up an order, she said was it online? As if my order wasnt completed, so i said yes an online order, she said their machine isnt working and sometimes it prints online orders, sometimes it doesnt. Sorry, do you want to place it again. By that time , i was so furious that i lost my appetite and left. This is unacceptable. I do not forsee this company lasting to much longer. Ive worked in food and customer service my entire working career but to not offer anything for your cheap machine not sending through my order and to just say sorry nonchalantly because you dont think its your fault is dissapointing. We had dinner here last night and I will not be returning! First of all the young guy at the front really did not have any customer service skills what's so ever. So we order a big order of boneless and traditional wings. When we got our order the fries were extremely salty so we take them back and all they do is throw them back in the deep fryer to remove the salt. Then my traditional wings were dripping of oil it was disgusting, I had never seen anything like it. I went back told the young guy and he said that it was normal. He indicated that they take them out of the oil and stir them with the dry rub right away and serve them. Well ley me tell you, my family owns a Wingstop in Texas and this is why I chose to eat there yesterday because their Wings are good, but not this place!!! I know quality and yes I know that I am eating something that is cooked in oil but come on not when it's dripping down your fingers and the bottom of the tray is drenched! The regular is not hot enough and the atomic is more of a cajun season Wing and really hot, they need something in between. Was there on 10/28/2011. I ordered Original Hot and Cajun. I've never had Cajun anything drenched in buffalo sauce. In fact, I could not taste the difference between the Original Hot and Cajun. So, I went back to the counter and asked if they had accidentally gave me all Original Hot. The girl behind the counter explained to me that the Cajun uses the exact same sauce as the Original Hot recipe...minus one spice. I think that's weird. Both versions were so salty, I couldn't eat them and threw them all out. I should have asked for my money back. And, that comes from a saltaholic! They truly were disgusting. And they charge for ranch...that's insulting. Over $9 for 7 strips? I will never go back and would strongly advise anyone reading this to reconsider patronizing this place. read more

I usually would go to wings and things when Im in the san diego area since that was the only place that had good quality wings...but then I discovered that a "wing stop" was built in the area so I had to check it out. As like the ones in L.A. and Dallas, this wing stop had the same layout will the same style menu's. I've had a good experience before at a Wing Stop in LA but this place was just terrible. I ordered half and half 10 piece boneless wings. When I got my order they gave me boned instead of boneless. Normally I'll eat things anyways but I don't like boned wings at all so I went back up to talk to the guy who took my order. He said I had asked for boned which I know I didn't since I never eat boned chicken. Then he said and I quote "If I take them back it comes out of my paycheck". I'm not an aggressive person so I kindly asked him if there was anything we can do about this and he said I would need to buy another 10 piece of chicken or he could give me a free cup of ranch. (like that will help) My friend then went over and talked with him and he have my friend the same excuses. When we asked to speak to a manager he claimed the manager was not in and that he was in charge. The chicken has some unique flavors but I refuse to go back after this. Food was better two months ago. I have been there two times since then and the service is terrible. Two young male kids behind the counter have to be the dumbest rocks I have seen in years. Really dumb. Probably not even a GED. When I asked them questions one would just give me a blank stare and the other would mumble. Then they also wanted to charge 95 cents for a little extra BBQ sauce so my 6 year old could dip his wings in. This was after we had already started eating our food. I asked him if he was serious and it took an extended exchange between us until he understood. I have to repeat...real dumb, should be washing dishes not interacting with customers. The food has gone downhill(dry and tough) and the service is terrible. How are these folks going to stay in business? The owner or manager obviously is not there. I wouldn't be surprised if these kids are stealing money from the register....just a gut feeling. The staff should be fired and start over. It's too bad because I used to like to go there. What a terrible experience!!! I should have found another place for lunch when the only guy working met me at the door and said "5 minutes" when they're supposed to open at 11.. well after 10 mins the door opens and the ORKIN man walks out!!!!!! ....This in itself should have detoured me.. but nevertheless the guy says they're good no worries ok.. i order. The ice machine doesn't work or hasn't been filled up yet. Okay whatever I'll wash my hands. No lights on in the women's restroom, no light switch, and an open step ladder left just inside the door... grrr starting to get annoyed. Food comes, I ordered a combo and potato salad. They forget my fries... looking for salt and pepper now. Salt packets only, and no pepper... i ask for pepper. The guy doesn't understand. "Ummm pepper?
