The owner and his family are amazing people in the community and I've always appreciated the way they run their business. Guess forward and employee focus focused. Highly recommend all of their flavors, especially the garlic Parmesan and funnel cake. Anything hot is always delicious but it's nice to do something different from time to time. Also their wings are significantly larger than most places.

The service was very nice and helpful, the lady who we ordered from even told us the most popular wings as well as her favorites. The wings were cooked perfectly and the flavors were fantastic. I ordered 4 of the original buffalo just to get a baseline of their take on the classic flavor and I'd have to say this was not my favorite. Although the other two flavors I got were delicious. The decor on the walls are cool pictures of the owner and also showcased a lot of the awards the place has won. Overall I enjoyed the Wings!

The atmosphere is homey. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. Someone had spilled some sugar on the table, and we sat down before they could get someone to clean it up. It was obvious the worker were challenged, as we saw them constantly on the move between cooking, the cashier station and the drive up window. I found the music just a little too loud, but I think I may be fixated on this aspect of dining out. All in all, just what to expect from a small restaurant near a military installation: good food at a decent price without pretensions. Definitely will return.

First off $27.79 for 4 pc tenders and 3 pc seemed a little steep, and they didn't have biscuits. We weren't offered an extra side or discount considering the meal was missing the biscuit. The chicken my husband had was ok , we were expecting a lot more flavor based on the color it came out, but the breast was juicy . My tenders were sad, no real flavor. The batter tasted like flour and that's it. I don't understand if the owners have their flavorful tenders at smoke shack why aren't they to the same standard here . The sauce options are ok , loved the hot honey. The max n cheese reminded us of frozen meal standards. As my husband said "There's good restaurants, there's fast food & then there's Honeys..." Overall I would not recommend it .

When I came up to the place it wasn't a sit down place to eat, but that you have to order which was confusing as there were a lot of other restaurants within the small space. And I place my order as it was Wednesday dollar day for wings so I order wings. I had the parmesan garlic, lemon pepper. Let me tell you they were so good, the wait was too long but worth the wait. The texture of fish is crunchy on the outside with a flaky, meaty texture on the inside . The wings are fried in a way that's just right. They are crunchy and the sauce adheres so well without making them soggy. The green beans, red beans, and wedges are great options for sides to accompany the fish and wings. It was my first time ordering from a place with this type of setup. It was so cool! I scanned my order on an iPad and open pops a locker door with my food. What really stood out were the flavors. Even the hotter sauces had amazing taste. Too many wing spots seem to think "hot" means sacrificing flavor, but Fried Hard nailed both heat and taste. Our favorite flavors were the Hot Lemon Pepper and Memphis Bold. Both were packed with flavor and easily some of the best wings we've had in a long time. The food was so good that during our 4th of July weekend trip, we ended up coming back two days in a row. That's probably the best compliment I can give. If you're a wing fan, do yourself a favor and check this place out.

The ranch doesn't really taste like ranch I didn't like it at all The southern fried wings looked large to me... I would say in the year plus that we have been in San Antonio. I've only found a handful of pizza places, that I thought we were any good and this is way up there And to make it even better, I normally would've gotten a more complicated Pizza but because my eight year-old is with us we just got the pepperoni and it was great. The sourdough crust is nice and different and it's got that nice Coal fire char on the crust. The flavor itself was wonderful. We then also got the pretzel board from the Oktoberfest menu I thought the pretzel was good, but I didn't think the board was particularly well put together in terms of the other things on the board that didn't necessarily go with the pretzel Again that being said it was a one-day menu so we would definitely go back. I would definitely get the pizza again. I really would love to try their burger And I want to highlight their french fries. These are my new favorite french fries in all of San Antonio. They are very crispy and then covered in some awesome spicing sort of like Doritos, not necessarily in the taste just in the amazingness of the feel of that spice on your fingers as you eat it they were so so so good.

I immediately book marked it as a place I wanted to hit! The front street view of the place wasn't eye catching, but once inside, it was lively and busy. Super casual, order at the counter. We received a very friendly greeting and the gentleman happily introduced us to their menu. Love how everything is made in house scratch. They make their own sourdough breads, brews, and brisket. We made it just in time before brunch ended ( ends at 1400). We ordered: Brunch Pastrami and egg on sourdough potato roll sando. Delicious!!!!! The roll was so soft , the house made pastrami was tasty and not overly salty, paired with 2 fried eggs, and ooey gooey melted Swiss. Yumm!!! Little pricey as it didn't come with anything else. But, it definitely was amazing! Shared a large Native Texan pizza. Woweee! One of the best pizzas we ever had. It had house made pastrami brisket, house pickled jalapeños, red onions, and various cheeses. It was topped and swirled with a tallow Bbq sauce, which gave it a slight smoky flavor. The jalapeños gave a nice after bite kick. The sourdough crust was perfectly thin, with a slight sweet aftertaste. We took home some leftover pizza slices and they were still as delicious the first day. Hubby is still raving about the pizza today lol Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We didn't try any of their home brews as it was too early in the day for us, but for sure next time. Can't wait to revisit and try some more things on the menu. Military discount is offered.
