Myself and everyone else entering the establishment was greeted by the cashiers. They seem to have a very friendly staff. The opening of this location has long been anticipated. The inside seems to be of a traditional Wing Stop restaurant. The only thing I would change on the inside entrance area is that there is no separate area for Online order pickup. After not having visited a Wingstop location in many years I stopped in this one last night. I was pleased with the service but disappointed with the food. The quality seems to have deteriorated. I ordered the boneless Louisiana Rub and the Lemon Pepper wings. My wings were fried, and fried wings are not my preference unless they're Hooters' original buffalo wings (meaty and with the bone in). Apparently Wingstop fries their wings now. The wings were also too salty. Maybe boneless wings tend to be. When I ordered a different restaurant chain's boneless wings a few weeks ago they also overly salted them. Wingstop: Please dispense with the fried wings. You're not Hooters. Return to grilled or roasted wings. read more

This location has the worst customer service ever. It's sad. I don't know why they hire these kind of people... Don't call to order to go. On more than one occasion I've had the cashier answer and put me straight to hold and never pick up again. They won't even let me get a small question in. It's straight to hold. Over and over again. They will purposely put you on hold forever to not take your order. One time I tested it. So I stayed on the phone and drove there, arrived to an empty wing stop and asked why I was still on hold (25 minutes later) and the cashier just laughed and said she forgot... No apology. Another time they finally answered, I asked what comes with this deal (some wing bundle)? She replied angrily "wings and drinks" LMAO DUH! - I need specifics though... Like how many.. Ay dios mio.. Made the mistake of coming to this location again when they always mess up my order here. This time they forgot my sauces, gave me no ranch, and didn't give me a brownie I paid for. When I called the store they told me they would put me down in the book for free sauce, a brownie and 6 wings, even though I ordered 15 wings. She told me since all my wings were there they couldn't replace all of them, even though they didn't give me any sauce or ranch for the wings in my order. Got placed on hold and was told they would go ahead and replace my order and write my info in their book...which is what I was told they would do last time but when I went to get my replacement meal I was told my info wasn't in their book. AVOID this location! We usually drive much farther away to Austin Highway location since this one on San Pedro never gets it right. The manager never even apologized. The most I got was that they would replace 6 wings for the inconvenience...that was her apology. read more

HORRIBLE. There were TWO dead roaches by the door, and when I told the staff about the disgusting situation they said "oh ok thank you for letting us know" instead of immediately cleaning and apologizing! I was so shocked, I left without my food because I can no longer trust that my food is okay. I look to see the best in places and always defend restaurants when the reviews don't match, but this was something I had to share to warn future customers of the unsanitary circumstances! read more

Okay, I'm editing my previous review.... the previous review no longer applies...the people that are working at this Wing Stop now have TERRIBLE customer service. Rude and they don't care. I was excited when this Wing Stop was opened near my house and now I'm no longer excited. I hope the owner of this location actually cares and realizes that these employees are driving his/her business into the ground. I will no longer return here. Terrible attitudes. As I'm sitting here waiting for our order, we are waiting and waiting and waiting and eventually go up and ask Natasha about our order and she says that our dine in order was bagged "to go" and we clearly told her it was to dine in. My colleague asked her "how long has it been sitting there?" Natasha just responded "I don't know" and walked away back into the kitchen. How pathetically unprofessional and rude. So we just asked for a refund. Crystal (I believe, the manager) came up and was very nice and offered us a refund. She even apologized and asked us to take the order to go as her apology. Reluctantly, we took it. When we get home, we open it up and see that the ENTIRE order is wrong. I ordered Louisiana Rub and I got Lemon Pepper... missing an order of fries. The whole order was wrong... I can not believe how a place like this stays in business. They can't do anything right. And this Nina G. person that responds to all these other terrible reviews. Take less time behind the keyboard typing about how you're sorry you didn't meet expectations. Go in there and do something about it, or don't, either way I don't care anymore. Worker let us move a table outside so we could eat with our dog . After we moved ( we asked before we did this ) the manager had us move it back. Then they took three other parties orders before ours. Despite ya being at the front of the line. We will never come here again. read more

Decided to try a different location of wingstop other than our usual. Once my boyfriend and I parked, we were hesitant to go inside, as the place was very small. We decided to give it go. The service was meh. The cashier wasn't very friendly. Once seated, we waited quite a while for our food, but we figured it was because there was a family who came in before us. Once we got our food, what we saw was completely laughable and ridiculous. The boneless wings we ordered were so tiny, like a child's chicken nugget meal. It was like eating a ball of seasoned breading with no chicken. Immediate regret upon choosing this location. The fries were good, but honestly, skip this location. read more

DON'T GO THERE! I called in a take out order during my lunch hour to try and bring a friend some birthday wings. I was told it would take 18 minutes. I show up 30 minutes later to pick up my order and am told it was never put in and that it'll take another 18 minutes. I tell them that it's my lunch hour and I don't have time and all I get is an "oh well, that's not our problem" attitude from the manager. This place deserves a flat double 00. The cashier named Cassandra was very un-professional along with her supposed to be Asst. Manager Mr. Lamb with no last name. I order 10 flat wings xxx crispy and made it perfectly clear. I received just the opposite. Upon returning the wings I was told it would be 30 minutes more of a wait. I stood patiently watching as Cassandra took the wings that I returned, placed them in the deep fryer and cooked them for 7 minutes. She picked the basket up from the hot grease and just left the wings sitting. When I ask why are my just sitting in the basket I was treated like I did something wrong. Trust the yelp reviews, this place is by far the worst wingstop in town. I've given this location multiple chances, and it always disappoints. The last straw was on my last visit, waited over 30 minutes to get my wings still never got them finally went to ask for a status update because people who arrived way after me were already receiving their food. When I went to ask my order they asked if I was picking up an online order? Like they had no idea who I was and didn't recognize me from the other 3 people who were in the location at the time. When I asked I was given 3 different responses, all different why my food wasn't ready finally I was told that conveniently an over the phone order that was placed by the same name as mine that just so happened to be the exact same order as mine for a door dash, and so my order was either given away, then when I said that makes no sense I was told oh no were working on it. So which is it I would have rather just heard we forgot to place the order, instead of 3 lies that made no sense in the first place. AVOID THIS WINGSTOP AT ALL COST!
