As a person that is disabled, I was not able to get another order as it would cost me more to retrieve the right order. They should have offered to deliver. I'll start this by saying that I hate to write bad reviews, but based on my last experience at this place, I won't be going back. When ordering my food I specifically asked them "what dry rubs do you have?" The person behind the counter told me Cajun which I thought sounded good, so that's what I ordered. When I got the wings, they were first dipped in Buffalo sauce, which I hate, then tons of Cajun spice sprinkled on top. They were so hot and so vinegary I brought them back to the counter and asked why they put sauce on wing that I asked to be a dry rub. They told me they would re-do them, and within a couple minutes, I'm convienced they brought me back the same wings...sauce still on them, covered in cajun spice. I didn't want to make a scene, so I just ate some of the fries and left. If I can be honest, I think they thought it was funny to re-bring me the same order and tell me they were different. I will be writing the company in this case and won't be going back. I despise bad service, and hate even more when people think they can take advantage of someone. First of all I wanted to say if you can manage your promotion don't do them! yesterday they had that buy any wings and get 5 free great deal horrible service. I ordered and didn't even know there were having that deal so when I saw it on the app I thought sure let me add some more wings on. Funny how the first time I try this place is in a different state, but my friend loves it and wanted to take me here. She usually gets the combo of 8 wings and it comes with a drink and fries or celery. I ordered the 6 piece classic, 3 Cajun spice and 3 original hot, and didn't realize that it was a choice between fries and celery so I got fries but would have rather had the celery. Anyways. We got our food in a reasonable amount of time and the wings were delicious. My friend got them extra wet and I didn't, but there was still plenty of sauce on my wings. Wingstop is a great place to get wings, whether you choose to eat them bone-in or boneless (or if you decide to eat thighs, which is something completely different). I had called-in an order for pick-up and it was a pretty stream-lined process that you had to go through; you tell them the phone number and the name before you start your order. Although I did have to be put on hold, I truly didn't mind it that much since I understand how hectic and busy the restaurant gets (which is something people should expect when you try to call-in an order). As I went into the store, got my food, and went back home, I notice how nice and organized the food was. I set up my own eating table and as an end result, the food looks fantastic. The wings were hot and fresh when I took a bite out of one. The fries were cut a decent length and size, and they were pretty good too. The veggie sticks were fresh and delicious. The ranch was good. I sure enjoyed my dinner that night. I would highly recommend ordering the wings wet and the hot lemon pepper flavor; it popped out really well! I will come back for more. :) read more

My wings were just not up to par. I've been trying to get back to the original Wingstop prepared wings. Wingstop was my "go to" for wings a while back. Every time I order I them, I specify "well done". Meaning I'm supposed to get a dry wing and I understand they shrivel up but they're skin becomes crispy and that's what I like what Wingstop provided. This time my wings were not made well done and barely had any flavor and I noticed there was mostly butter at the bottom of tray. The other thing I've noticed my fries order was made up of potato skins and barely any fries and very little seasonings. Come on! I think we can do better. Wing stop is usually always busy on De Zavala. They are conveniently located near he exit of I-10 and De Zavala. Unless you are eating their, you should call or order on the app. It usually takes them about 15 to 20 minutes for them to prepare the meal. In terms of the quality, I really like their lemon pepper. It taste great and is crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. Their food tends to be pretty salty. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pretty good for a chain restaurant, they have inside seating with tvs everywhere and outdoor seating as well. read more

What employee packages food like this knowing its not edible or up to standards? This wall backed up to the kitchen and I was so grossed out that I got up and walked out mid meal. It's really disappointing that this location doesn't offer the option to pay online. my daughter was picking up the wings on her lunch break and didn't have any money so I told her I would order online and she can just go get them, there was not an option to pay online so I called Wingstop and the manager said if I wanted to pay online then I needed to order through DoorDash, fine, I asked if there was any extra fees, she said no, that was a lie, it was almost $5 more through DoorDash.
