Last night we ordered 20 boneless wings two flavors and got bone in wings. The order taker was either not paying attention or didn't know what he was doing. When I called, the order was correct in their systems but we did not get what we wanted. As a person that is disabled, I was not able to get another order as it would cost me more to retrieve the right order. They should have offered to deliver. I did get a credit back, however, I had to make mac and cheese instead Very poor service read more

I'll start this by saying that I hate to write bad reviews, but based on my last experience at this place, I won't be going back. When ordering my food I specifically asked them "what dry rubs do you have?" The person behind the counter told me Cajun which I thought sounded good, so that's what I ordered. When I got the wings, they were first dipped in Buffalo sauce, which I hate, then tons of Cajun spice sprinkled on top. They were so hot and so vinegary I brought them back to the counter and asked why they put sauce on wing that I asked to be a dry rub. They told me they would re-do them, and within a couple minutes, I'm convienced they brought me back the same wings...sauce still on them, covered in cajun spice. I didn't want to make a scene, so I just ate some of the fries and left. If I can be honest, I think they thought it was funny to re-bring me the same order and tell me they were different. I will be writing the company in this case and won't be going back. I despise bad service, and hate even more when people think they can take advantage of someone. 3.5 stars! We have ordered wings from here twice. Both times the order was correct, hot and fresh but it did take some time to be ready past the designated pick up time. Staff were courteous and efficient. The inside of the restaurant could be cleaner - there were noticeable flies and several tables that needed to be bussed. First of all I wanted to say if you can manage your promotion don't do them! yesterday they had that buy any wings and get 5 free great deal horrible service. I ordered and didn't even know there were having that deal so when I saw it on the app I thought sure let me add some more wings on. Placed my order and was 10 mins late it said it would be done at 6:44 I drove out to pick them up at 6:55. Got there and it was a disaster in there you couldn't even walk through the front door without bumping into people no room to walk forward or backwards. I had to squeeze myself to the front of the store to get to the cashier just to be told I had to wait another 20 mins before I could get my food. Not the greatest but oh well we are here now. So I not going to wait in that store so go back to my car and wait. 20 mins pass I check the board to see my name has disappeared from the board so I ask the lady if my order was ready she hands me a bag. I know with these busy times the soda machine was down and 10 people were waiting on it to be back up. You would think they would make sure all the drinks and ice are fully stocked but now just about 5-9 drinks were out And no ice!!! whatever at this point I just wanted to get my food and run out. Funny how the first time I try this place is in a different state, but my friend loves it and wanted to take me here. She usually gets the combo of 8 wings and it comes with a drink and fries or celery. I ordered the 6 piece classic, 3 Cajun spice and 3 original hot, and didn't realize that it was a choice between fries and celery so I got fries but would have rather had the celery. Anyways. We got our food in a reasonable amount of time and the wings were delicious. My friend got them extra wet and I didn't, but there was still plenty of sauce on my wings. I didn't care for the fries but that was on me, should've gotten the celery. I would personally recommend eating in as opposed to ordering so that the wings are at optimal temperature, but that's just me. Although I did have to be put on hold, I truly didn't mind it that much since I understand how hectic and busy the restaurant gets (which is something people should expect when you try to call-in an order). The wings were hot and fresh when I took a bite out of one. The fries were cut a decent length and size, and they were pretty good too. The veggie sticks were fresh and delicious. The ranch was good. I really do love wingstop. I think compared to other wing places they have amazing wings and the wings are bigger than others. However, ordering delivery is a nightmare. The time that is quoted is always off by 30 mins and every "Track Order" link says something different, and that's my reason for the 3 stars. Some delivery people don't knock so I have had orders sitting there, but that's not Wingstop's fault! But, whenever I do pick up my orders, everything is hot and delicious. My wings were just not up to par. I've been trying to get back to the original Wingstop prepared wings. Wingstop was my "go to" for wings a while back. Every time I order I them, I specify "well done". Meaning I'm supposed to get a dry wing and I understand they shrivel up but they're skin becomes crispy and that's what I like what Wingstop provided. This time my wings were not made well done and barely had any flavor and I noticed there was mostly butter at the bottom of tray. The other thing I've noticed my fries order was made up of potato skins and barely any fries and very little seasonings. Come on! I think we can do better. I keep giving you guys chances and go back for wing redemption but have been let down too may times now. I considered myself a faithful customer but I am no longer impressed. Wing stop is usually always busy on De Zavala. They are conveniently located near he exit of I-10 and De Zavala. Unless you are eating their, you should call or order on the app. It usually takes them about 15 to 20 minutes for them to prepare the meal. In terms of the quality, I really like their lemon pepper. It taste great and is crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. Their food tends to be pretty salty. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pretty good for a chain restaurant, they have inside seating with tvs everywhere and outdoor seating as well. read more

Very disappointed with this location. I ordered through doordash and was VERY disappointed in my overcooked/ seasoned wings. I tried to eat the wings but even the bone was burnt. What employee packages food like this knowing its not edible or up to standards? I called the store and the manager (a male) basically told me there was nothing he could do because it was ordered through doordash. I only got pictures of 2 because they scurried away before I could take any more. Each time I saw them there was a baby with them leading me to believe there was a colony in the wall. This wall backed up to the kitchen and I was so grossed out that I got up and walked out mid meal. I asked to speak to a manager but the employee said there was nothing he could do and that he would inform the manager. I didn't get to speak to one and that really irritated me, so I decided to hit them where it counts. These are german cockroaches (the little nasty ones not the big tree ones). I'm disgusted. The wings were big and still hot when they arrived. It's really disappointing that this location doesn't offer the option to pay online. my daughter was picking up the wings on her lunch break and didn't have any money so I told her I would order online and she can just go get them, there was not an option to pay online so I called Wingstop and the manager said if I wanted to pay online then I needed to order through DoorDash, fine, I asked if there was any extra fees, she said no, that was a lie, it was almost $5 more through DoorDash. Placed an order online and it said it would be ready at 6:37. I get there exactly at 6:37 and it is ready as stated! Front counter people were friendly and helped me immediately. However, fries were soggy and lukewarm upon pickup, as I tried one in the car. I'm assuming they were held and used past their hold time. In addition, I got a drink with my order and I went to use the Freestyle soda machine and it seems to need to be recalibrated. Attempted to pick Dr Pepper, kept trying to get me to use the options to the right of it and kept freezing. Once I finally got the Dr Pepper, it dispensed about 1/4 of a cups worth and then greyed out for a couple of seconds and booted me back to the main screen and had many options greyed out as unavailable now, where as when I went to first use it nothing was greyed out.
